I used to live an hour away from the Castle Rock location but I had just lost the girl I used to go to in my area and I was reading reviews online for other locations and found many positive reviews for Blanca and decided to try her out one day. Ive been seeing Blanca for my Brazilian Wax for about 6 or 7 consecutive months now and I can honestly say that she is the best technician Ive ever gone to. She is genuinely worth making the commute for every month! If youre hesitant about anything regarding the waxing process, she is so knowledgeable about it, she always educates her clients on the proper ways to care for the areas, the proper products to use, and if youre looking to build a good relationship with your technician, I highly recommend Blanca. Every session is a breeze because she creates a very friendly environment, she makes it very painless, and shes extremely efficient at her job.

I can’t think of anyone who actually loves getting waxed it is not the most comfortable thing to do however, seeing Lyric has made all of the uncomfortableness worth it. If you know anything about being waxed pressure is key and she knows how to ease the pain as well as ensure the best quality for results. I’ll continue to be a client as long as she’s there!!

This was my first visit to a wax center, so I was a but unsure of what to expect. The front desk staff member, Alyssa, was extremely welcoming and kind. As a first timer, I had a few questions. Alyssa answered them all thoroughly and even showed me a couple products I was unaware even existed. My eyebrows were in desperate need of maintenance, with some hairs nearing 3 inches in length. This was no problem for my wax specialist, who also made me feel very comfortable and left the brows looking dapper. I will certainly be returning in the future.

I had a great experience at this location. Morgan was my wax technician. She was super sweet, thorough and has the best personality. I was initially very nervous, because I had never had a Brazilian before; but Morgan made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step. Like every other person in the world, I dont typically look forward to my full bikini wax. But Lyric was amazing! She made the process so easy and was very attentive. I asked her to tell me before she pulled each strip off, and she did each time, which helped me mentally prepare. And everyone at the office was so sweet!

A couple of days ago was my first time. I used to be a frequent Customer to waxing the city, however they kept getting rid of the girls I liked and got tired of exposing my cookie to everyone in that place. I need to find somewhere that seemed much more consistent. I found Kira, and I loved her. She is gentle and very fun to chat with. Kinda makes you forget that youre a customer, makes you feel more like a friend. The wax was wonderful. Very clean and easy. I have been a big fan of European Wax Center for a long time, but as much as the location and the products are important, the waxing specialist is the one that makes a difference. It was pretty fateful that my favorite specialist when I lived in Texas, Morgan, just moved to Colorado at this location, close to where I moved. I couldnt be more thrilled! Morgan is awesome and makes the typically awkward and slightly painful experience SO much better. She is so personable and fun and great at what she does!

Morgan is absolutely amazing! She’s been doing my Brazilians for about 3 years now and has made the entire process effortless. I went to her through out my entire pregnancy and about 3 months after delivering my son via cesarean. I was extremely nervous that first wax after delivering my baby, but Morgan made it a breeze! She had been checking on me and my son while I was on maternity leave and reminded me not to shave, only trim the hairs with scissors. I followed her advice and it felt like a normal 5 week reoccurring wax! If you’re new to waxing or still haven’t found someone that makes your Brazilian painless, GO TO MORGAN!!

I used Morgan for a long time. I’m from Mckinney Texas. I’m a picky customer. I like things done right. Morgan is meticulous about her work. I had issues on one eyebrow, due to another wax center messing my left eyebrow. Morgan told me what products to use, to help that eyebrow grow. Now, due to Morgan, my eyebrow is beautiful. It needs a little more time to grow, but it beautiful. She is wonderful. I miss her so much. Morgan knows what’s she doing, and very good at what she does. If anyone doesn’t know who to use at this location in Colorado, use Morgan. She does beautiful work with her waxing skills, especially eyebrows. That’s her JAM. Morgan, if you’re reading this, I miss you, and want you back in Texas. To the store manager, you did well by hiring Morgan. 🤗

My Brazilian was practically painless, and she takes the time to make sure your skin is smooth and will give you advice for minimizing ingrown hairs and irritation. Overall very positive experience and I will always choose EWC for waxing.
