They constantly forget to fill prescriptions until you call a week after getting notified that your medication needs to be ordered. I understand that staffing is an issue due to COVID, but neglecting to put in an order for medication that isnt in stock is really dangerous. Go literally anywhere else for pharmacy needs if you can. Used to be great, but some mooring has slipped.
Busy 0hone place good items to go and quick store maybe be faster at talking to people when there a long line not sure
Rude rude people working here, but always clean.
Some people at the pharmacy are rude. Called to see if I could take another medication with my antibiotic. The person I spoke with corrected me when I pronounced the name of the antibiotic wrong and when I told her to have a good evening she said uh huh, bye. I understand they are understaffed but that is no excuse to be harsh with customers. Also, my daughters antibiotic was 10 ml, twice a day, for 7 days. She should have received 140 ml of her antibiotic but she only received 100 ml. Needless to say, I will not be using this pharmacy anymore.
They Walgreens pharmacy called me to let me know that I have a prescription that wont be ready for days due to stock issues and instead of using that as an opportunity to discuss other options for getting the prescription thats where they left it. Then I called at 1 p.m. got put on hold until they went on lunch at 1:30 and am still sitting on hold so I dont lose my spot over an hour later and it has said there are two callers ahead of me for over 45 minutes, they are not answering pharmacy phone calls at all at this point. The customer service is terrible and they have no regard for people who need their prescriptions in any type of a timely manner. Will definitely be looking at Walmart or any number of other pharmacies in castle Rock before I look at using Walgreens again. I absolutely recommend you and I go literally anywhere else in castle rock. Theyir phone line just went on a second meal break since I called. This is absolutely rediculous. I will be filing a complaint.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THIS OUTSTANDING TEAM YOU HAVE AT STORE #06987 Castle Rock Colorado store - 355 S. WILCOX.I have had to use pharmacies once a month since a BAD Workers Comp injury on a job site in Denver in 2017. I have used many Pharmacies but this Pharmacy hands down is the Most Professional, clean, Polite and Respectful of all I have set foot in. They are incredibly fast at filling scripts and informing Customers. They operate like a Fine tuned machine. I have seen a lot of chaos in Pharmacies but this Team is Amazing. I watch them rotate from drive thru to the counter inside and I have never seen such an efficient team. It’s almost as if they are Telepathic! LOL! They seem to just know if a person has been waiting for over 10 seconds and I have never witnessed such Amazing service from a Pharmacy, EVER! All of this comes from the top so please Thank the Beautiful Pharmacist Miranda. She is the key to what makes this machine So fluid. I’ve never seen a wasted movement since coming here and that says a lot for a Manager. I am one, so I see these things. Please let them know they are Amazing because this is the kind of team I would want working for me. I didn’t get last names but Miranda Pharmacist, Kayla, The red haired Gentleman and also Dale, Another Pharmacist that I have had the pleasure of meeting. These are the kind of people you want to hang on to! Thank You all for such amazing service every single time as I actually look forward to seeing them all again. Day shift on 8/4/21 at lunchtime. I hope they are getting raises as this team deserves them! I would also have them train the Walgreens Pharmacy teams in Colorado Springs and Pueblo! No offense to them but I’ve waited 3 to 5 hours and this team it’s 20 minutes like clockwork, every single time.Respectfully,Clayton Lea (Raytheon Technologies Project Manager and Senior Facilities Manager.)
We pick up prescriptions here via drive through. Quite convenient.
Wonderful! I love this location, especially the pharmacy. Dale, the manager is plesent and professional. I cant say enough about the entire staff.
This is my second time to schedule a flu shot at Walgreens on Wilcox. It has been a pretty terrible and unprofessional experience. This first time I scheduled online I arrived and the pharmacy was closed. Even though it let me schedule online. The second time was even worse. I scheduled my appointment at 9:50 am Today Saturday 2/4/20. I arrived at 9:40 am like it said to do online. I get there and finally get checked in. I then sat and waited for 30 minutes. I finally walked up to the window and said I have to leave. I have somewhere to be at 11am. I said to the guy behind the window do you not go off appointments. He said we don’t. You need to come in and wait. I said oh that’s crazy then why do they have that’s option online. It should be communicated that it is a walk in only situation. He said I don’t know. I am so confused by this. It seemed so unorganized and they were very understaffed. I’m actually a little scared to get a shot there due the lack of organization of the company and pharmacy. Do better Walgreens. You have lost my business if you even care.
Had HORRIBLE experience at this location. Pharmacy lost 3 prescriptions that they had previously stated they had but that I had to come back in 2 weeks for the refills. On return trip, the female pharmacist spoke in the most condescending voice stating that they did not have scripts. Admitted after questioning and reminding her of prior conversation, that the scripts could have been deleted from system. Said that I had to call Dr to get new scripts. The only competent pharmacist at that location is the pharmacy manager Dale.
This Walgreens is wonderful, I go there a lot.. I use the photo section frequently and they are very helpful & friendly. The cashiers Ive dealt with are fun & courteous and Ive met a few of the management team and they have also been great. I do not routinely use the pharmacy, but when I do (3-4 times per year) Ive had no troubles whatsoever.
Amazing customer service from the register boy...I think his name was arsom or arsem? Anyways, will definitely come back for his number someday :)
I had to run in a couple weeks ago to get a few over the counter medications for my wife and the pharmacist was very helpful. I always ask a lot of questions since my wife is sensitive to taking any medications. The pharmacist took the time to listen to my concerns and made some great recommendations. I was very happy with personal service.
Ive had no issues like some other people have. Its a decent location.
Great service and amazing people here. The gentleman that helped me, Artsiom, was very kind and helpful. He deserves a gold star!
Always had a good experience. Most drug stores are an older sales model with limited cashiers so patience is a must, but seems like I always receive great customer service in exchange.Sales on electronics always good.I go often for the essential oils, especially when they are on sale. They have a large variety of consumer goods, its still a Pharmacy. My 15 yr old daughter adores the photo dept and is always printing pictures. It is rather neat to print photos from so many types of media instantly and for very little $$.
I know the people in the pharmacy deal with lots of people in different states of mind each day, but is this a reason to be as rude as they are to every person coming to them for assistance? I thought it was me, and I tried to be as cordial as possible, however I noticed that it seems to be everyone that comes to their counter. My wife asked for cough medicine and sore throat medicine for our 4 yo since there was only items on the shelf for 6-12yo (that she could see) and when she asked the pharmacy personnel they were also rude. Can they be replaced with robots already, since that is how they act anyway?
This has got to be the worst Pharmacy I have been to. They are rude, never have my meds in stock....I could go on. Trust me. You will be better off going some place else for prescriptions.
I have never ever been to a Walgreens that has ever been so rude to me when calling to check on my prescription status. They were so so rude and take forever to fill a prescription! They all have attitude problems! We are switching pharmacies because of this.
I love the new set up at the counter and the older woman at the counter was very helpful and sweet in finding what I needed and changing the zip code for my reward points!
Jason, the pharmacist, was extremely rude when i called to check on the status of my prescription that I put in for a refill 4 days ago. He told me he was super slammed and when i told him i needed the script asap he brushed me off saying I dont have an ETA for you. I called Walgreens on Allen street and they immediately helped me. My script will be ready within 30 mins. GO TO ALLEN STREET WALGREENS. Jason does not need to have access to talk to customers. If he talks to all customers the way he did me, then that Walgreens will be needing a new pharmacist due to loss of customers in no time.
This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. They never called me for my prescription, typed my insurance information in wrong (twice) - tried to tell me that my insurance would not change the price, and did not know how to socialize. I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy, unless you like to waste time and money.
So apparently if you need to buy needles, you will automatically have someone calling you a junkie. I went in and had 2 helpful assistants when I was asking questions, but I guess their foreign boss lady gets to decide who gets helped with what they need based on the opinions she forms about people at the counter. I have NEVER in the 7 years that I have been using Walgreens to purchase my needles, had an issue with purchase or EVER experienced such discrimination! My normal experience has always been that I go in and ask questions (I never remember the gauge correctly and usually dont have to since every other person I have encountered was friendly and happy to help) I will NEVER use Walgreens again, be it for my prescriptions or otherwise!
Very friendly employees pharmacy is great love to deal with the pharmacist named Dale. Very personable and truly care For their customers.
Cold or flu season? Need to make a quick run to get some Sudafed? Walgreens has it
Dale at this location is wonderful. He goes above and beyond to communicate with insurance companies on my behalf as he understands that health insurance policies can be a foreign language for patients.
We are very pleased with the pharmacy department. They are so helpful and friendly.
Good
This Walgreens pharmacy is so awful now. They never have your prescription ready when they say they will just has turned into a joke!
Mass confusion from the technician to pick up my prescription and then she tried to quote me an additional 30 min wait time after I was quoted it 30 min earlier. Train your staff better!!
Stopped going there, as I feel like Im bothering them by being there.
I agree with the review regarding the pharmacys incompetence. I have tried several times to refill a prescription for 23g syringes but they keep telling me that my insurance denied it and Im not eligible to refill until April 8th. Something fishy is going on here because I havent refilled it in over a month but their records say I did. I had to go to my Dr. Office so they would give me one to take my medication. My Dr was irate when I told him what was going on. By the way my Doctor said that you can get the syringes on Amazon and he was right. No prescription needed and brand name, good reviews. 100 for 10 bucks. Im DONE with this Walgreens.
Manager there closes 15-20 minutes to early. Team is unprofessional and need better management. Worse walgreens Ive ever been in!
When I have enough time to log in, Google the business and write a long review, some things wrong. Pharmacy, always late. Found out today they havent been processing my insurance for two months ths??? More to come, Im out of screen space
The pharmacist is awesome! She told me about a copay assistance card that saved me $75 on a prescription.
Adequate. I have been in much larger and nicer Walgreens stores. Pharmacy takes a long time, like most.
Dale is great. Professional and friendly.
Awful. Two days in a row the pharmacy staff was just awful. Called to talk with the manager and couldnt get an answer there either. It is disappointing.
Very high prescription prices; check around as they charged 600% more than the grocery store up the street for a generic cholesterol med; Im done with them; do your due-diligence and you will see the difference
It is convenient
It okay.
This pharmacy has canceled 2 Moderna booster appointments in 3 days! The first excuse was that theyre out of vaccine. 2nd reason was staffing issues. Poor management.
