Pretty lame! But its NOT the employees fault for once....she gets 10 stars. She was enthusiastic, engaging, knowagable, up sold, everything you would want in an employee... charming. I would tell you her name but my receipt is not legible. All of your items are out of date, overpriced, bottle is have empty? Polish never dries? 4 hours enough time?

The staff is always friendly, the shelves are always stocked, and it’s clean. They remember me and what products I buy so when I come through the door they tell me what’s on sale and if I need any help. Great people! Great store!

Frustrating customer service! HELP . Cosmoprof website lists the Castle Rock location as a place for curbside pickup but there is no way to put items in a cart and click pick-up. If I note it in the notes section, I have no way to know that it will be read before it is inadvertently sent. I have tried calling, but there is NO ANSWER. Does anyone know what hours (if any) the CosmoProf store in Castle Rock is open for curb-side service and how to best order products for such pick-up?

*No unlicensed professionals allowed!!Just happened to be walking by the store and wanted to check it out. On the door it does state we only service licensed providers. But I thought hey I’ll just go check it out, I’ve got friends that are hairstylist.Walked in and the first associate greeted me and the second walked over and asked if I was licensed. I said no, she said then you can’t be in here. Was pretty shocked. Never been asked to leave a store. Was a bit humiliated :( Not recommending this place to anyone Know.
