Shame on you Kim! You are not a customer and how dare you rate our company because you did not receive a return phone call during THE WORST PANDEMIC OF OUR CENTURY!!!!! I stand by my staff 100%, who has worked more hours than you could even understand, working overtime to provide our front range stylists and salons with products when other distributors are closed. Let me repeat, you are not a customer so take down your false review. I hope it is easy for someone like you who is completely ignorant about the gravity of false statements about our company, to be able to know how to concede to ignorance.

Regina is great and always makes sure I have what I need and that my orders are filled. Everyone is friendly and have never had an issue. Thank you for all you do!

5 years of service and its still my favorite place to go for all my supplies. They have the best staff whose always friendly and if they dont have something they will do their best to make it happen. Thanks for everything you guys do ❤❤❤❤

I called and called no answer and doesnt go to a voice mail either. Are they even still open for business

When I walked into the store, the lady by the front door behind the counter never acknowledged me, never said a word. She was more interested in counting the change in her cash register because it happened to be 15 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. Nor did she ever ask if I needed assistance the whole 5-7 minutes I was in the store. Luckily I knew what I wanted to buy. Its really unfortunate that there was not a good example of customer service when I spent my money in that store. I will think again before doing so in the future. News Flash - without your customers, you have no business.
