Its a Game Stop so you likely already know what the store has to offer. However, the staff here are so friendly. My kids are younger and the staff are very good at telling me what they may or may not enjoy given their age (theyre right between E and T rated games depending on content/difficulty so the advice is greatly appreciated).

Little disappointed. This store has no trade ins at this time - they also have no gaming consoles available used or new. (In store or online). Needed a new power cable and they couldn’t even order one for us. Reminds me of the days before blockbuster closed.Customer service was good considering his limited product to offer.The store is clean and in a good location.

Manager literally buys most of the Pokémon cards that come in. And he scalps from the target right next to the GameStop. Actually gross

Most of the time when I take my kids here we have a good experience. However we went in today and they would not honor the priced marked on their game. It broke my little boys heart. There is a limited selection for DS games. We wont be coming back here Any time soon

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They typically have what youre looking for, but if not they go out of their way to help you locate items either through another store or online.

Came in wanting to buy the NBA jams 1Up Arcade cabinet. They had no idea what it was and jad none of any title at the actual location. I spent my 600$ that wanted it!

Good service. The workers are nice, and there is rarely a line. Rarely, things will come out-of-stock, but that is pretty much normal for any store.

Decent prices on used games. You can buy a game for 59.99 come back a month later to trade in or sell and they offer you 5 dollars

Went to GameStop to buy a plush Yoshi and they had exactly what I was looking for I was afraid they wouldnt have the original green one but the service representative went right over to the plush stuffed animals dug around a little bit and found the green plush Yoshi toy that I was needing for Christmas for my six-year-old son. Originally told my son I could not find the plush toy and I would get it for him next month for his birthday and when he opened it up on Christmas morning he and I laughed because I told him I tricked him and couldnt find the Yoshi but I had it and he has been with it every since.

Good large selection but still high prices you know they will just buy back a $60 game for less than 5 bucks thats totally unfair. And the game rewards perks is a joke that basically only takes off tax part of the item. Ive seen vudeos and heard from old employees from gamestop. About how that business is run. And how they talk to each other about how they scammed another customer into buying some junk the store needed to get rid of. I dont know I just would rather get them on line or even not at all anymore 😒

Man I came here looking for Rabbis and I was not disappointed.I often have to remind myself that I am living in a society with laws so I just can’t capture rabbis.But this place is full of them and as a prime member of rabbis monthly I do recommend eating here as I do every day.

Consistently the worst video game store Ive ever been to. Not only do they rarely have what Im looking for, but every time I go there I wait forever to be seen because none of the employees seem to know how to work the registers. Like today, I went in to get the New Legend of Zelda game and 3ds combo. I stood in line as the next person up with 4 others behind me for 15-20 minutes before I decided to just leave. On top of that they are extremely incompetent in their trade. Once I walked in wanting a new game, not sure exactly what, but knowing I wanted some kind of shooter. One of the employees greets me with the typical Hello, anything I can help you find today? to which I reply Yes, Im looking for a new shooter game but I already have Call of Duty and Battlefield. Stunningly she said, Oh, I cant help you with that, I dont even play video games. Hold on hold on... Why are you working in a store that specifically markets video games and consoles then? Do not waste your time or money here, go to the Parker or Lone Tree stores.

Always have a great experience with the workers. Usually well stocked and can tell you where to get something they dont have. Lots of accessories and merchandise.

Not very busy at opening, went for MTG cards and had exactly what we were after. Prices higher than most places but far better selection.

I camed to get legends of zelda and thy didnt have it. Me wasted my time. my dog died while i was going to gamestop and now they dont give me refund. very rude and not very cool

Muy me gusta. They had an excellent selection of games, and while not as large as some of their locations, it was an excellent experience. Staff was kind, friendly, and attentive. I had to return two games, and I also got two more. Games were as expected, in excellent condition. My one qualm is that they dont wipe nintendo games. It only takes a few seconds, but instead they rely on the previous owner to do that. In my eyes as a computer person that is a security breach. But in most cases it isnt that big of a deal. It would just be nice if they did do it.

If I could rate this place any lower I would. I tried to sell my games that were in great condition that I payed over $50 for and since i’m moving I decided to sell them. They took not even half of my games and priced them at $2 each. On top of that they were extremely rude.

I purchased a XBOX ONE remote online for my son. When I purchased it, it did not say it was pre-owned, nor did the price reflect a pre-owned item. I received a pre-owned item. It was near Christmas and I did not want to deal with the return, so I gifted it to my son. He liked it, but it was such an outdated version that it didnt even work with his new gaming headset that was designed specifically for the console. I was pretty frustrated. I stopped in the Castle Rock store expecting to get turned away and told tough luck, as I had opened the pre-owned package. To my surprise and delight, they were HAPPY to help and agreed that the one sent should not have been sent. Since the color we wanted was not available, they accommodated us with the one most similar, which was more expensive. They did not ask me to pay the difference because they wanted to correct the mistake. I was shocked at the incredible customer service. Way to go guys. I will happily return!

RJ is the rudest team member I have ever worked with. The have a game displayed and none in stock. My question the a lady was Can I order this ar that price RJ said to me if you say please.I walked out and will never be back and I pay for the upgraded membership.

They dont rebuy for much but you will almost always find a good deal on a game even if its not what your not looking for.

Gamestop has gone completely downhill and honestly I cant believe they still exist. Worst customer service every time. The people working there are obviously depressed as they are trying to upsell you 50 different things at checkout, or when they are trying to slyly add something during checkout you didnt ask for. These tactics should be considered harassment and this place deserves to shutdown.

This gamestop is amazing. I just moved north to Thornton and wish I could have picked this gamestop up and brought it with me. Austin is a great employee and their manager is a guy named RJ. They always take excellent care of their customers and they are always on top of their game. Definitely wished I had these guys at my gamestop near me. They rock!

My first and only experience wasnt so great. The manger was the only in the store was a little rude when we asked about ps2 games. Maybe she was having a bad day!

Got everything we needed. The clerk who checked us out was nice and helpful.

Game stop is only really good for pre-releases, or pre-orders. (Or if you are a pokemon fan, events!) Do the world a favor and dont but or sell any used video games here. I guarantee you can find the game you want for at least half the price they offer. As for selling, I think any game ever is worth more than 50 cents (Yes, 50 cents is what they offer for some CURRENT console, less than 2 year old games)

I think gamestop is a great store because they are always tryng to help you pick out the good games and there employies are very nice but somtimes gamestop can be a little slow and there games are almost always scratched
