My daughter vomited and had abdominal pain. I came here to look for the corresponding medicine. After 10 minutes of searching, I still couldn’t find it. I went to the front desk and asked the clerk. A male clerk helped me and explained the effect of the medicine. He introduced Very detailed, my daughter is also getting better, thanks for his help, this is 3 minutes near my home I think if everyone lives in the meadows, you should patronize this cvs! !
Worst customer service. I had a prescription sent in by my doctor at 9am. At 4:15pm I went to go pick it up and when I got there I was told that they did not have that specific brand of prescription in stock. Never got a call from them telling me that nor did they let my doctor know either. They had 8 HOURS to call one of us to keep us updated. Then they told me they would transfer it to a different CVS location, drove all the way to a different location for them to tell me that the CVS in castle rock deleted it out of the system and now it is no longer active and that I need to go see my doctor AGAIN. It is now the weekend and have to wait until Monday to get in contact with my doctor. They did NOTHING to help whatsoever. They are lucky that it is not for a serious medical condition or I would be doing more than writing a review. This behavior is not acceptable and the customer service is horrible. Do not come here.

I just transferred two of my medicines at this store hoping it would be better off. Nope I was wrong, I was trying to work things through with the pharmacy tech for my sensor and meter. She was inputting my Rx card all wrong and when I was trying to tell her what was wrong, she whispered I wished I didnt answer this call. Great way to show how you treat people, yea I talked to the manager about it and the girl tried to apologize when my husband stopped by to get my stuff. I give it three stars since the manager was very professional and handling my questions and concerns. Sorry cupcake I too work in the medical field and I still know how to treat people even if they are concerned about their medical needs r
They couldnt tell me when a vaccine appointment was and had to call a corporate number and listen to Jimmy Buffett, Toto and others before talking to someone. Which took longer that actually getting the shot!
I love and adore this pharmacy. They are always amazing at getting my prescriptions fast and helping me resolve any issues I encounter with authorizations!

Ive been to this location several times and have received not only bad customer service from the store clerks, I received it from the store manager as well. So if you want bad service go to this location. Also, due to the bad service from this location I no longer shop at CVS.
The pharmacy can never fill prescription within a timely manner. It takes hours to fill simple prescriptions. The staff is typical nice, however Gracie is rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. I understand being understaffed but decent customer service lacking.
THIS IS FROM A RETAIL ARBITRAGE POV ONLY: For some reason this store gets brand name products and then puts them on clearance, namely in the Beauty/Fashion and Cleaning Supplies (lysol, banvil etc) arena. And for one who is an aspiring Retail Arbitrage Expert, this is a goldmine!Im talking they might sell a 3-pack of Lysol wipes for $3 and you can flip those on Ebay for $9 giving you a whopping $6 profit per purchase.Got a few hundred extra bucks? This place is your hub for treasure!Trust and believe that you can get good stuff here for cheap and resell it online for more. I dont know why they do it, but please dont stop!
Decent location in Colorado; would definitely return during my travels. They had what I needed when I was vacationing here back in October 2020.
The pharmacy tech, I believe her name is Ann always makes me feel so uncomfortable, its like Ive bothered her because Im picking up my prescription. She is dismissive, and even when I say thank you, she just hands me the bag aggressively, its honestly unnecessary, Im not rude in anyway. I will be going to a different CVS.
Very rude and curt pharmacy employee working the phone this morning. Uninformative, still dont have a clue about 5 prescriptions that were transmitted yesterday.
Had a great experience with the pharmacy staff. I was worried for a friend who needed meds for an anaphylactic reaction. The meds were not going to be ready until late in the day, and I was concerned about a relapse. The pharmacy expedited filling the prescription and we received the meds right away. Thank you kindly!

The lack of professionalism at this CVS is astounding. My doctor has had to call for me to finally get my prescription. Constant attitude from the staff. If this wasn’t the only CVS by my house I would go elsewhere. If you’re feeling under the weather and don’t also want to worry about being treated like your subpar it might be worth the drive to go somewhere else just so you don’t have to deal with bad service in addition to not feeling well.
They don’t answer their phone. I called ten times no answer!
The pharmacy is awful they don’t know what they are doing.......
