Today, January 31, 2021 at 4:15pm I came into the Shell/ circle k gas station off Wolfensberger and Caprice to see both of the employees, one completely without a mask and the other under her chin. The older employee was coughing while stocking inventory, not even covering her mouth. It is extremely uncomfortable to go into a store and see such blind neglect to the policies they have been instructed to mandate.In the bathroom they have a manager number to call if there are issues regarding this kind of concern but I tried calling 3 times and it just continued to ring with no one answering as well as no voicemail, the email provided on their website doesn’t exist.What happened is not only disgust on a health level but for them to have the audacity to have a number that doesn’t even work is pathetic.

No signs anywhere, but when I got to the register to pay for my item that was $2.03, I was told by the very rude employee, paying cash? Oh then its $3 because Im not giving change excuse me? You expect me to pay nearly a dollar more, because you dont want to make change? Again, no signs anywhere, and when I pointed that out, she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well this same employee had her mask down around her chin, wiping her nose with her bare hands and sniffling the whole time. So you pick and choose which rules you get to follow? Pretty sad. If you hate your job so much, dont work there.

By far the dirtiest gas station I have ever been too. Come on, management and ownership, have some pride. Clean this place up and make it presentable.

The station has summer diesel in its tank and its January. The diesel gelled in my tank and left me stranded. Its only 0 degrees... winter Diesel doesnt gel in 0 degrees, I just filled up my tank there.A cold walk to AutoZone and some anti gelling agent fix the issue!

They tell me the air machine is known to take peoples money when using a card. Manager tells me well you need to call the number on the machine to get a refund. Well thats real convenient. But dont warn people its not working properly Im out six dollars and no air. What a joke. Poor service didnt even offer to help me get air didnt even bother to look at the machine.

The young gentleman was very nice and tried to be helpful. The older lady was very rude and dismissive, it was clear she did not want me in there, even though all I did was ask if they had Styrofoam coolers. She didnt even bother to look up from her phone, interrupted the young man, and rudely told me I had to go to Walmart. Go to the Valero across the street, the girls are very friendly and the store is well stocked. I did not have to go to Walmart, and will never go back to this circle K.

Dirty broken bathroom made a typical gas station bathroom. Only a few islands for gas made for a fight for fuel.
