You can get a better deal here than at a department store. Decent selections bring nose plugs lol. I just think that the store itself is a little tacky.

Love this shop. Every time I walk in, I buy something. Staff is just as knowledgeable as I am in the area of fragrance. If youre looking to smell like you shop right out of the Department store, they can accommodate. If youre looking to smell like the amazing individual creatures you all are, this is your store. For the inexperienced.... This is an eye opener. For the initiated, this is a sanctuary. Shop on.

Been going here for years I love this store. They have every single cologne/perfume that Ulta/Sephora has but for way cheaper! Not only do they just not mark it up as much so it’s a cheaper price anyways, but they always have all sorts of deals and sales going on. This is the best place to get gifts for people. I always get my hubby like 4 colognes when I’m there. They also have a bunch of gift sets for presents! Cynthia who works there is amazing, all of the girl there will listen to your preference and have you smell a couple of scents to get an idea of what you like. And then they just totally know what you want and can recommend seriously like a hundred different scents that you would like. They let you smell and sample to your hearts desire, my first visit here my grandmother and I were probably testing out and deciding between scents for like 2 hours. I highly recommend this place! Save money and go here instead of a big mall store that’ll overcharge you!

Thanks to the assistant manager I was able to pick out the fragrance that is my favorite. She also helped with choices for future purchases. The prices are very good also.

Chaos. Crowded. Staff was friendly but I had a panic attack with the amount of people all over and got an almost instant headache from all.of the smells. Found what I needed at Kohls for half the price.

Good selection, but it seems that their employees may be a little too heavily commission based. Kind of stressful. They are extremely nice though.

Ok place...still expensive

Have been shopping here for years with my mom. Usually receive great service. Today received the worst service from Keri (after she refused to give us her name). We came in earlier but they were super busy and helped the people who came into the store after us. So we left and came back when they were less busy. We specifically came wanting to smell the Yves Saint Laurent and Prada brand. We smelt 4 perfumes and decided they were too sweet for our taste. Additionally, own Prada candy and it did not smell the same here. We really liked their lotion and decided we wanted to just buy at least four of those. When we told her we said we are okay we are just going to buy lotion she scoffed and said “you just want the $5 lotion” and just kept laughing at us. I asked her if she was being rude and asked for her name and she refused to give me her name but luckily I saw her name. Highly recommend not going here. Horrible service.

Okay selection of Mens cologne. When I was here they had a buy 1 bottle and get a 2nd bottle for $10 on select mens colognes. I ended up walking out with 2 different bottles of good cologne for under $80. The service was okay... a little pushy. I would have preferred more self serve options then having somebody spraying multiple colognes. Overall, pretty good experience.

The upside is that there are so many collections to choose from that it can make you dizzy... or maybe thats because theres absolutely no adequate ventilation throughout the store. I can only be in the store for so long before my lungs start fighting back. But the products are sufficient

Warning!!! Im not from Colorado, we went to perfumania and used our debit card. This was the only place in Colorado we used it. Now three weeks later someone has that card information and is using it in Castle Rock. Do not use a card at this store! Your information is not safe!!
