I wanted to write a detailed review on my experience between Bose phone customer service (1.06 hours on the phone only to disappoint) compared to the service I received from Jimmy C at the store in Castle Rock but it was turning into a novel and no one wants to read that!! The short and sweet version is Jimmy C was able to locate the receipt, I had lost, in his system and I was able to exchange my defective uncomfortable noise cancelling headphones for some fantastic sleep phones and I have slept like a baby ever since!! Costumer service is under-appreciated and theres a lack of great costumer service today because of it. Jimmy C you deserve five stars for exceptional costumer service and going above and beyond for a customer that had a less than ideal situation!! Thank You for taking amazing care of me and rectifying my situation!!
Im going to be very sad when this location closes sometime around March. I went for the first time around a month ago and didnt expect to buy anything, but when they showed me their Bose Frames were as cheap as $100 I knew I had to pick some up and try them out. Since then, Ive went back a second time and got a spare charger for free along with some wireless earbusa for my stepfather for a very good price. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Im definitely going back before they close to try and score some new headphones to replace my SoundLinks.
Even though Ive had to replace my headphones three times, its quick and the staff is always very helpful.

Have bought several refurbished headphones and a nice soundbar all at a great price. All products have worked great with no issues. By far my favorite store at Castle Rock. My wife hates it cause she is always afraid I will find a deal just too good to pass up....I just hope BOSE doesnt close it.

Ive had nothing but problems with my home theater system. Sound quality doesnt match the price you pay.

Bose ? Expensive price tag with the beer budget consumer support .. dont waste your money on a company that has absolutely no regard for quality service when other products of similar likeness are available for a better price and comes with a better consumer support ..

Excellent customer service! Im a pilot in the Air Force deployed to Kuwait for a year and I was home for Christmas for 2 weeks. I had an issue with my A20 aviation headset and I took it into this store to get repaired or replaced. Josh was amazing and swapped the headset for a brand new one. I was amazed at how quick everything was done and how very few questions were asked. There arent many companies or employees like Josh that will provide such amazing support. Bose has definitely earned my future business!
Terrible customer service! Also they seem sexist. They will not let me speak to a manager and claim there is no general manager available to return phone calls. I have been hung up on by Anthony several times.
Will forever purchase Bose. Very friendly, very approachable. Wasnt in to purchase, had questions about my Bose products bought online, they spent the time to discuss and advise. Next time I buy I will make the trip to this location.

Awesome store! Everyone is always so helpful. Young lady who works there (she must be a manager) was amazing! She helped with my aviation headset. It was not working correctly and she went out of her way to help me get it repaired! She spent about an hour on the phone with Bose support to help me rather than just sending me away with a phone number to call. I will forever go to Bose Factory Store at the Outlets in Castle Rock! There sound bars break after less than a year and want to charge $100 for servjce on a $150 sound bar. Just a complete joke of a company. DO NOT BUY BOSE IT WILL BREAK. BUY SONY. BOSE IS TERRIBLE.

Matthew was amazing! I bought a mini speaker for my daughter for Christmas and it stopped working. He went out of his way to send her a shipping label to mail it back to the store and then he sent a new one back to her dorm room at OSU! Great customer service. I will definitely be buying more BOSE products from here.
Not the high quality sound I remember. The service guy was great and accommodating, but the product didnt play a bass drop that I get on other less expensive devices. I was disappointed and dont plan on returning.
Walked in. Listened to two different sets of speakers Id read a lot about online. Chose my favorites after being assisted with listening to several various songs on them. Had two people helping me with that and three at checkout. Whole transaction was under 30 minutes. Bam! Bose speakers and great service!
Great place to pick up some awesome sounding gear.. these guys helped me out with a warranty replacement quiet comfort and I had no receipt.
I have a Bose speaker and I love it. I use it all the time. Great sound and even produces bass.

Elizabeth was helpful, but one staff member rolled his eyes at our elderly aunt who was looking for speakers or headphones. She has severe hearing loss, but wants to listen to NPR and music again. Show some courtesy and empathy folks. You, too, will be elderly some day. You lost a sale today.
I broke a bracket holding a speaker to the wall, but they wouldnt even look to see if they had a replacement. Or offer to get me one, even if I had to buy a whole kit, which I was ok with... but they just did not want to help me.
Only bose store in denver. Good one but people working here are not aware about any corporate discounts at this outlets. My friend from my own company got the discount in NYC Bose showroom.

Poor customer service. Bought the expensive extra warranty protection. Product broke. Bose made it difficult to use the warranty. Store employees wouldnt help. Difficult to file claim with 3rd party company. Expected much better customer service from Bose. Buyer beware.

Very limited selection. Seems to be catering more to audiophiles than the average consumer. A few factory restored deals and the ability to try expensive equipment wont be a reason for many to come here.

Well it is Bose so you know it is a nice store.
At first I was dissappointed, I had picked up a Bose soundbar and had sliced my pinky on the box. I began to bleed a little, and when I arrived at the register, on Black Friday mind you, I asked the associate if he had a bandaid, and he stopped what he was doing, took a phone call and went to the back to see if he had a bandaid. He came back in 30 seconds with not one, but two bandaids that were different sizes! In summary, good speakers, great customer service, and watch out for those boxes.

Worst place ever! Everything is over priced and everything is made in China! Sales reps. are rude, arrogant, and ignorant! Bose products are low quality due to incorrect sound frequency output( No bass and high pitch treble). Dont buy Bose! Your better off with JBLs or skullcandys, they have way better sound quality and are more affordable!

Dont go an hour before closing. Sales guys are a joke. Rude and not very knowledgeable as I was asking basic questions after telling them I was definitely going to buy the item. I will not return to this store and I should have just walked out.
I waited patiently who was there before me however, 2 different sales people helped people before me that came in after me. I literally drive from Co springs specifically to buy the wireless ear buds, but walked out empty handed after being passed up multiple times.

We were looking around and discussing the products while one of the employees followed us and stared at us angrily the entire time. After about five minutes, he asked us to leave. I was thinking about buying a speaker for my dorm room, but Ill never buy a product from this store with how terrible their customer service is. Just despicable.

Though the shop claims to be a Factory outlet, price-wise no much benefits for the customer. The souldlink is available for 50 USD, but these are refurbished ones, not worth reaching to this specific shop for your favorite Bose products as there are no cost advantages.
Went into buy the sound touch and subwoofer. poor customer service, know it all attitude, one customer service guy was yawning while talking...not going there again.
