Nothing was bagged, everything was thrown in my car smooshed, and most the produce I had to throw away because they gave me stuff that wasn’t good anymore. I called and all they could say was were sorry. What about all the money I spent on produce that I had to throw away. Sure I could drive back with the produce but I chose pick up cause I don’t have time to just go back and forth and do shopping . I am a mom that also works 50-60 hours a week. How is this going to get fixed. I always chose king soopers cause their produce is so much better. I’m starting to regret this decision. This isn’t the first time this has happened I just never felt the need until today...

This King Soopers is on the smaller scale and seemed a bit cramped considering size and the amount of shoppers all at one time. Despite this one slight concern, this grocery store wasn’t all that bad but no comparison to its sister store on Promenade in Castle Rock.

This is the only store in my neighborhood and I basically have to shop here unless I wanna drive 5 to 10 miles. I have spoken to just about every manager in the store and they do not seem to care that they are selling expired and rotten food to this community!Here are the onions I weeded through today in the produce section. This location appears to be intentionally selling expired products/produce to their customers. It shouldn’t take me significantly longer to shop at your location because I am going through expired products throughout your store because your store staff couldn’t do it initially. Super disappointed considering how beautiful the actual establishment is.

I feel like three stars is very generous. They mostly have what I need and surprisingly have a reasonably decent gluten-free section (my husband has Celiac disease, so it’s important to us). I used to love this store. It was close, convenient, and the staff was friendly. But now, every time I go, I have to bag my own groceries with a baby in tow, which I get it they’re understaffed. Still, the last few times I was bagging my groceries, other employees were standing around talking. The staff seems bothered and not very friendly or helpful anymore. Its clear they dont want to be there and are annoyed that you are. Not sure what’s going on, but from now on, I’m only going to this location if I need a few things and can do self-checkout. On the bigger trips, I’ll go somewhere else.

The Bakery and specifically Tom, was so incredibly helpful with a graduation cake that I needed to have made on kind of short notice. It was such a specific order and he made sure to do whatever he could to make it happen. I needed red velvet which only the King Soopers on Ridge Road had, but also a picture on the cake which only the King Soopers on Promenade Parkway could do. Tom made the cake and actually dropped it off at the other store so they could finish the decorations. Great customer service and I just really appreciated both stores going out of their way to make this amazing graduation cake!

I used to work here untill January this year! I worked in the meat department! Recently I had to quit because of an employee name kevin who now works in the deli department decided he wanted to threaten me before the end of my shift. I decided to work until my shift was over. I went home and tried to call in the next day because I was scheduled to work with Kevin again! When I called I talked to ana henry the store manager. Ana henry refused to do anything about it and expected me to come in and work with Kevin who threatened me. I went in the next day and I talked to mae the assistant store manager and said I quit I will not work here anymore and went home. Kevin is the worst employee I have ever worked with. Kevin always left the shrimp to be room temperature and left shrimp on the same cutting board het cut other fish on. Kevin never cleaned the cutting boards that had raw meat on them! He claims he is a chef, but he doesnt know anything about cross contamination and food safety! Im shocked he hasnt killed anyone yet! How can you be a chef like that? Unless if you want to be a chef that kills people cause you have no idea what you are doing. Maybe bagging groceries and pushing carts will be a better fit for him but I m not the store manager. The store manager ana henry hired kevin by the way. Ana henry is the worst store manager I have ever worked with. Im surprised this store is not a hole in the ground yet. She has no idea what she is doing. All I see her is work in the grocery department. I always think she is the grocery manager not the store manager! Every time ana henry works in the grocery department she makes it worst every second she is in that department! Ana henry decided not to promote me and make me work in every department while she promoted kids out of clicklist to become produce managers and deli managers. Ana henry needs to be fired from King soopers! Emma reed is the meat manager and ED Worysz is the seafood manager. Both of them decided one day to pull me aside and write me up for kevins actions! I said uh no and refused to sign it and walked away! Emma and Ed always yelled at me for not doing the job right but they never trained me how to do it! I had to learn on my own! Ed and emma are the worst department managers Ive ever worked for! Emma would always do the schedule every Thursday before the next week would begin so I couldnt have a life! She would make sure I would only have 8 hours between my shifts! I would always find product expired months ago on the shelf! Ed and emma need to step down from managers to clerks, they have no idea what they are doing! The employee moral is at 40% because of ana henry the store manager! The whole store probably wants to transfer or quit just like I did! Human resources and the district manager are in there everyday trying to figure out what is going on! The problem is Ana henry the store manager! She needs to be fired ASAP!!

King Soopers is the go to place for groceries. There is up front handicap parking available with handicap entry available. Theres a red-box, Star bucks and a pharmacy at this location. Bathroom are available and are typically clean. You can always order online and pick up in the pickup locations available. Customer service is consistently exceptional!

Gloomy and depressing atmosphere, they are stocked and have what I need but there’s something about this place that is just off. I feel like I’ve traveled back in time shopping here, it’s entirely bizarre. Hostile environment, I can feel everyone working here hates their job.. I like coming here late at night as well because it is entirely desolate and terrifying, all the beforementioned elements combine for a truly bizarre shopping experience..

Pharmacy has the worst customer service and long waits! Avoid if possible.

A worker named Alex was very respectful to me and my friends! He handled a mask situation very well, a women was rudely telling us to put a mask on, and Alex nicely asked us if we wanted one and we said no and said okay and walked away. Promote him!!

An employee named Alex was so nice and respectful. Dealing with the rude and irrational customers and then speaking with Alex was a breath of fresh air for me and my friends. He should be promoted.

Alex was so incredibly respectful to me and the other girls I was with. There was an elderly lady who was very upset that we were not wearing masks, and he handled us and her with ease. Promote him!!

Went in and forgot my ID for a four pack of beer. 7pm on a Tuesday. Place was dead store manager older lady with short hair said sorry not going to sell to you. I’m over 40years old btw. I asked if my wife could just run in and started to shake her finger and raised her voice at me and told me she wasn’t going to sell to me or my wife. I have never been treated like that before in my life at king Soopers I’m fine if your not going to sell beer to me but don’t be a old miserable hag. I will just take my business to sams Costco or Safeway. If she treats customers like that imagine how she employees. Hey kings why don’t you train your managers in some customer service.

Who manages the bakery here. Take some pride in your work. I thought it was just an anomaly when I went to get a dozen donuts from the bakery and every single one of them looked like a 5 year old applied the frosting. This has been like this for months now. This tells me the staff and the manager doesn’t care which is a reflection on what you think of your customers.

I requested a $15.00 gift card to cold stone and received a $50.00 card and they cannot adjust the sale. Im sure they couldnt hear me through the mask but I dont find this store helpful.

Your meat manager Emma has to be the rudest person I have met. Why is she a manager if she does want to talk or even deal with her customers??!! Two weeks in a row I have gone in and both times I received the same treatment.Go somewhere else if you want meat from the counter!

Nice local grocery store to get the essentials at.

I have shopped at King Sooper at Ridge Road for a long time because of some health problems I need to use a electric chair. Today when they had only 3 chairs that work or werent charged. Several times I have gone and they stop in middle of store.

Its okay. Everyone here clearly hates their jobs. I feel lots of animosity towards myself as a customer. Its in the air. You can just feel it. That being said, I like it better than the big king Soopers on the other side of town. Its got all the groceries I need and its easier to get in and out of this one. Plus its closer to my house. Avoid the sushi counter though! They dont pull the old stuff until the day AFTER it expires instead of the day of expiration.

Humiliated and discriminated against by Management. They refused to acknowledge my legal I.D. when I ask to see their policy they told no that they did not have access to it. Zero stars

Why are you guys allowing people in this store without masks when we’re surging? It’s 11:40 on Sunday the 15th and I’m looking at, at least seven people at the checkout without masks on. Guess I’m not shopping here anymore.

King Soopers should be ashamed of themselves for selling disposable masks made in China. First they created this crisis and now theyre trying to profit from us. King Soopers it should immediately remove these items from the shopping

For a small town store this store exceeded my expectations. I hesitated to switch from Castle Pines, where I normally shopped, but now Im hooked. Love the US bank longer hours and weekends! Love that the store is so clean and well stocked. Love grabbing a Starbucks right upon entering on a cold day to enjoy as I shop. You will find the produce is always fresh and the checkout lines are never long. This is my hidden gold mine when I need to get in and out quick. I always make sure to visit Lori in the deli; shes bubbling with smiles and energy and will make any day brighter. All in all just great management!

The staff is always kind and helpful, and their selection is very good. If you require cheeses, they have many high quality options. Their bakery is usually well stocked.

Id give a zero review if possible. Been shopping at both King Soopers since we moved to Castle Rock, used to be mainly at the North to the Ridge.Spoke Pharmacy Manager Michael around noon about transferring my pain prescription to this stores as my regular pharmacy was out of stock and I am in extreme pain. He said that King Soopers policy is 24 hours on transfers and the soonest he could get the prescription filled was by the end of day, even though they have plenty on their shelves. I asked Michael if he could help me out and get filled sooner as my knee is in a lot of pain. He said that is policy and if he helped me, a KING SOOPER CUSTOMER, hed have to do it for other customers, after all anyone can call and claim to be in extreme pain. All I can say to Michael is I hope you never need someone to go out of their way, beyond policy, to help you out!!! This King Soopers will never get another dollar from me or mine. Thank you Michael, where would the world be with only Michaels! Yes. I called to speak with the Store Manager Anna but she was unavailable. And yes I was able to have my prescription filled within a couple of hours at the Stroh Ranch King Soopers by an awesome young man named Henry. It may be a little further but Ill be shopping there from now on .

I enjoy every time that I go here. Thats every night and they have great prices. Ive moved to Oklahoma where they dont have a king SoopersGuys get some stores down here.

Do NOT buy your produce from this absolutely embarrassing store. Every week I stop in to pick something up and they stock fruit that is covered in mold, even displaying it on the top of the stacks. The few times Ive handed a piece of mold covered fruit to an employee that just set it out theyve laughed and said should have to pay extra for that!And last night my husband picked up a pack of kiwis- open the package this morning and two in the container are so moldy theyve turned to mush. Maybe employees should know what mold looks like and not stock it? Absolutely disgusting.

King Scooper is my favorite grocery chain. I know I can go into any store along front range and I will find a clean inviting environment. Their prices are consistently low and I will find what I need.

Bought crab dip on July 28. After we got home and my kids ate half of it we noticed the USE BY date is July 23. What the hell. Now everyone feels nauseated 24 hours after eating it. Called the store and talked to a manager named Anna - she basically said so what do you want me to do about it? Well let’s start off by going back and pulling all expired containers off the shelf? Have a talk with your seafood manager? Maybe I need to let Tri-County Health Dept know so they can train you in proper seafood handling. Unreal!

This place is ran very poorly. They are limiting 5 items for sanitary purposes. When they carry less that 50 of each item it only covers ten families. Math must come very difficult to these managers.

Very convenient for most people! They need to keep their pizza in Stock, and the baskets with baby car seat carriers need to be accessible. They are usually stuffed in the back where no one can get to them.

Dont do the Click List--Rotten Food. And the customer service on the back-end is non-existent. They will do NOTHING unless you go back in the store. After you are home with the order you got, you really dont want to go BACK to the store when you didnt want to go in to it in the first place to return the rotten food they gave you. Rotten??--yes, the hot dogs were browning as the liquid had drained from its packaging. The salad mixes--2/3 had browning salad. The apples--bruised and insect-spotted. The POUND of bananas I ordered--they gave me ONE banana. Walmart will correct their mistakes with a simple call from home. King Soopers makes you go back if you want a refund. That is bologna (and dont order the bologna--its probably rotten). Click List=FAIL

They usually have everything that I need here. The staff is very helpful and doing a great job at the cash registers to move lines so youre not wasting time standing around.

This is a great King Soopers. Newly remodeled, and everything is ready to find. Its a great size too, not a giant store like many of the others.

Deli employee told me it was time for him to go home and he would go find someone to help me and when he couldnt find anyone else to help me, he told me how much he hated the place. Checker never said hello, or responded to me at all, not even when I said thank you, after I bagged my own groceries and put them in my cart. Place has really gone down hill!!!

Still an easy location to manage. Lots of parking. And in the past few months, lots of booze and less food. This is the most unfortunate turn of events four our community. We have less true grocery stores and more alcohol. The staff is great and the Starbucks is lovely. And it has gone downhill and theyre doing it again. So sad.

Friends who have worked here confirm this with related horror stories of abhorring their employment here. The other night I asked an employee, Sheri, for help finding an item and she was very visibly inconvenienced. Im sorry she had to do her job?This King Soopers rarely has what I need. For no apparent reason theyve recently began nixing items once stocked, such as Valentina (a popular Mexican sauce), Rennet tablets (for making homeade ice cream), and more—or their stock of seemingly common foods has been depleted.Theres little reason to shop at this old location, unless its very close and youve got the midnight munchies.

Just opened up a liquor Center and management doesnt know a thing about what they are doing. Keep the money out of the hands of King Soopers and go to Bubbles instead. But, the sushi is amazing.

Not laid out well... very haphazard arrangement of food and other items. I am normally not bothered by these things but this store grates on my nerves every time I go into it.

Store is great, about 2 months ago I asked that they carry Simply Orange oj with pineapple, still dont carry it, how can I get them to carry it?

It has a beautiful view. And a Starbucks inside. Staff is great. Courteous, informative, and helpful. Carry out your groceries for you, as well as help you load into the car.

They are constantly out things and seem to only stock items once per day (during business hours blocking isles). The people working there are rude, most employees at other stores will move out of your way, not here, they look at you like they are the customer and you are in the wrong. The pharmacy is horrible, my doctor calls in prescriptions and 8 hours later they still havent filled them. This happens all the time. When I call the pharmacy because I have become so sick of waiting for them to fill my prescription in the store I get put on hold for 10 min. Its close, and since they moved the other King Soopers down the road, I suck it up, but I have moved to another pharmacy.

So unimpressed with this new King Soopers. Ordered a birthday cake 3 days ahead for a 30th birthday. Asked for a beer theme. There was no one in the bakery when we came to pick it up. Took them 10 minutes to find it once we found a person. The cake was as minimal as you can get. It had a rectangle on it that was supposed to be a beer mug. That was it! If you want anything besides a name written on a cake, you need to go elsewhere. The bakery dept here will disappoint you.

I choose to use kings for my prescriptions and love their produce and meat. I love that they have a large selection in organic foods, because my 6 year old cant have red dye. I love that they carry my favorite coffee from Hawaii, the yogurt selection is large and customer service is fabulous! I just wish there was more room in the checkout area, although there is way more room at the Southside kings than in the North side location, their selections are larger at the Southside kings as well!

Always order my holiday deli trays from King Soopers...the deli department does such a nice job with meats, cheeses, fruit etc. My guests usually compliment me on the food...I just smile and silently thank King Soopers.

A much needed and welcomed addition to our community 15 years ago and has been heavily used since. We just had an interior makeover but what really needs to happen is isle widening and wall expansion.

UPDATE 05/31/2016 @ 8:30pm - Had to stop in to grab a few(3) items for the morning. Guess what...they only had 1 of the 3 items in stock! Everytime....every darn time i visit this store, they are out od something! Absolute terrible management!This store has the poorest inventory management I have ever experienced. They are consistently out of product. From chewing tobacco to saltine crackers to milk, hamburger, everything. They are always out of something! It has been this way from the opening of this store. So convenient to have a grocery store close by...only to be disappointed because, yet again, they are out of something!!! I am also very disappointed in the quality of this stores produce. Consistently bad. Spoils quickly. Generally just poor looking fruit & vegetables! I try my very best to avoid this store!

I hate coming to this king sooper. Its laid out so strange, theres no natural flow. The shelves always seem empty when Im there. The staff is not very professional I came in one time while two of the bag kids were fighting. And this is the third time Ive paid for food that didnt make it to my car. Im mad every time Im in this store.

Love King Soopers fresh produce, organic and vegan options as well as the deli selection of hot foods. We probably buy more Sushi than anything else.

This King Soooers is very convenient, however lately it has been the worst. About a month ago i bought sour cream with the expiration date of November 29th. It was spoiled. I just purchased tortillas and the expiration date is November 22, they have mold on them. During the same trip EVERY head of lettuce I looked at was spoiled. They are out of stock of at least one thing I need at each trip. I will be going to Safeway or Wal-Mart from now on. It is always so frustrating. The manager Jayden is also very rude and unprofessional to employees and customers.I will not be returning, except to return these moldy tortillas.

First off I go out of my way to shop at King Soopers. As they go this one is very nice, updated with lots of space and lots of choices.
