This building is beautifully decorated, and kept clean and organized. The staff was very friendly. The drinks were delicious. It was a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful! The drinks are fantastic, the food is amazing and hot, and the staff are always friendly no matter what! Barista Hannah is always super nice to me at the window and it makes my day a little brighter to see her at the drive thru :)

I love Caribou coffee, favorite caramel lattes, but they have the dumbest policy on take out orders. They refuse to take orders over the phone. You must order in person or in their app. Ive had other coffee shops request it, but never turn away business.

There’s never a long line during the morning rush hour. I love the Maple Waffle breakfast sandwich. The staff is all very sweet. One of the last coffee shops in that area with comfortable armchairs in their lobby. I only wish they were open later than 5 pm...

Staff were friendly and patient— it always takes me a while to choose my drink. My latte was delicious— some of the better coffee I have had. The space was comfortable and clean— a great spot to work on some schoolwork!

Caribou is my favorite coffee place. Their drinks are cheaper and sweeter than Starbucks. I 10/10 recommend the Berry White Mocha, blended is best.🙂

I have a soft spot for Caribou coffee. Love their hot drinks. The Turtle Mocha and Mint Condition will always be favorites. Now I want to get one.....

This location is very nice. My orders have always been correct and the staff is always friendly. Often this location is very busy, usually with students that are studying, so it can often be hard to find a table, especially during the school year.

I love coffee places like Caribou Coffee and Starbucks and this was no exception. The place was very modern. The coffee was honestly a little pricey even for a premium coffee shoppe like Caribou. Still it tasted really good. Get the mint mocha.

Good place to sit and study, or have a nice conversation with friends. A variety of comfy sitting options and plenty of electrical outlets. Atmosphere is very relaxed. It isnt very loud even when the shop is full. Wi-fi is free to customers and very reliable. Love studying here!

More often than not when I come here they get my order wrong. It is so frustrating. I order a white chocolate mocha with no whip, and receive a dark chocolate mocha, an inch of whip, a vanilla white mocha, or something else. As a Caribou employee at another location, it is ridiculous that I continue to have so many issues. I have brought it to the attention of the management multiple times and nothing has changed. Unless something drastically changes, I will no longer be going there. I would rather go to Starbucks at this point. And thats saying a lot.

I like the place. It is a good place to sit down, chill, do your homework or read a book. But I wish the music volume was a bit lowered...coffee shops should not have music blasting! But overall, the place is good, clean and coffee is very good.

Well, Im sure there was coffee in there somewhere. I got a cold Caramel Highrise that, if analysis were done, was 60% ice, 30% a milk-like substance, 5% coffee and 5% caramel-corn syrup. It was kinda tasty, but mostly gave an initial mmmmm, followed by a hmmm, which was then subsequently followed by a huh?. This particular Caribou store stands out only that it consistently provides the slowest service of any local store, combined with blast-chiller a/c that results in a you-cant-stay-for-more-than-30-minutes without your winter gear experience. Enjoy the coffee here only if other local owned and run shops are closed.

I used to go here every single day and it was great but lately they never get my coffee right so I haven’t been going much. Used to be my favorite place and it’s great when it’s right.

This Caribou is a relaxing and quiet place to unwind in the middle of busy downtown Cedar Falls. The drinks are great too!
