Not sure what the night staff does differently but when I tell you this oatmilk and expresso taste like God himself came and stirred the foam from the clouds after a rainy day!!! I mean just that. The bliss I get after taking a sip from heavens very own 😩 I almost went to church, almost turned straight, almost slapped somebody’s momma, almost applied lol No but seriously give them a raise!!! Shout out to the night staff workers, I know it’s not easy but you all are doing an amazing job, keeping us going. Whoever worked today around this time you all are the real mvps!!

Only drive thru service, indoor pickup is no longer available. Ill return when I can get the friendly and fast service Id grown to expect.

Hit or miss. Never know if my order will come out right. Yesterday I got a white chocolate mocha, or so I thought, until I drove off, tried it and realized they literally gave me a cup of hot milk with whip cream on top. Gross and disappointing.

Always so messy here when it comes to drink and service quality. Out of the three in the area this one is the least reliable and it’s the standalone store

The staff here is incredible! Theres always a long line but they keep it moving and ensure the order is always correct. They work so hard here and I cant imagine how stressful it can be sometimes to be a barista. Great job Starbucks!

I love this shop. Drive through is great. Its not as pleasant to go into the store to pick up mobile orders as they are often so busy and focus on what they are doing, rather than acknowledge the people in the store. Walking up to the till to order and pay is a great experience, very friendly and fast. Amazing product.

Always a great place to get coffee! Drive through line is ALWAYS filled, but I just order online and go inside, its always quicker.

The service was quick and the employees were polite and courteous, but theres something really wrong with the coffee here. The drip coffee tasted like beef broth and my espresso drink tasted like dirt. Honestly, youd be better off going to the gas station.

Rude staff. All i wanted to ask was if they were open and they straight up hung up on me.

Served me a breakfast sandwich that was still frozen inside, had to wait 10 more minutes in drive thru. Gave me money back for the sandwich (that I threw away) but no other compensation for my wasted time. My wife says the coffee is fine, but think twice about ordering food.

If there was less stars I would give it!!!! This store needs general management to come in retrain everyone in this store and fire the current managament cause they are not doing there job!! There is no drink consistency at!! all drink comes out tasting different everytime!!! Now they have this thing where they like to just randomly close and look there doors on customers so they have to sit in a drive thru that is wrapped around the build and a drive threw that they run sooooo slow that if you dont have a extra 30 minutes in the morning no coffee for you!! There drive thru also traps you so you cant pull out of line if you run out of time and change your mind!!! And they cant tell me they are closed in store cause of covid they were open last week and so is everywhere else in town!! Seems like pure lazyness to me!!

Convenient location although parkings a little difficult. Baristas are very attentive.

I usually love coming to Starbucks, staff is very nice and always talkative, but yesterday when I went the drive through lady was extremely rude and not the Starbucks customer service I expected!

I ordered extra caramel in a drink. When I got to the window, there did not appear to be extra. I asked for a little more very politely. The woman at the cash register rolled her eyes, took the drink back. She did follow through with my request. However, the interaction was very unfriendly. She would not make eye contact. When I said thank you when she gave me my drink and card back she gave no response.

Normally they have had pretty good service but lately it has been going down hill. I went with my daughter tonight and the Barista was very rude. She did not offer me a stopper for our 4 drinks but the stoppers were sitting on the counter so I took 4. She informed me that next time I should ask. Me taking the stoppers was a health hazard and now she would have to throw all of the stoppers away. Its kind of funny that they have stir sticks sitting out but if you touch the top of a stopper its a health hazard? They were only about 10 inches from the sleeves. You have to put your own sleeve on so there was no reason for me to think that I could not get my own stopper. The ironic side of this is she was touching her hair and then dumped in some coffee beans (touching the dusty top of the machine). Im pretty sure me hands were as clean if not cleaner. Note: I go to Starbucks between one and four times a week. I have been a gold customer for years.

Convenient location. Always clean and well maintained every time Ive stopped by. Staff always seems happy and helpful.

This starbucks has slowly gone down hill! It has become few and far between that I get my coffee made right! I have even tried to alter my drink so it would stop coming out so sweet! Now it just comes out tasting like milk even though there is 3 shots of espresso in it! I think Ill just have to order there white chocolate online and start making my drink at home all together!

They always make my drinks correctly and the staff is always nice and hardworking.

I experienced poor customer service here, as a woman working at the window snapped at me. She seemed very stressed out due to covid regulation. I will not return to this location.

I got there so much that they know me by name, they always have my mobile order ready by the time I approach the counter!

I went on Thursday, Jan. 9th because of buy one get one starting at 2pm. I had went with my daughter the week before and had no problems. This vist I went inside and asked if it was still BOGO and the worker said yes so I placed my order and then she asked me for the code on my phone from their app. I asked what she meant and she said I had to have a Starbucks card or debit put in the app to get the deal which was the first Id heard of that. So since I didnt have that I didnt get BOGO and with the line behind me I just paid for both and left. Not going there again to pay for the name. Very disappointed.

Rude staff gave me the wrong drink after s long wait and didnt even apologize. You pay $5 for ever decreasing drink and they keep taking off vegetarian options from their menu. Now they dont even offer smoothies anymore except strawberry which Im allergic to. So sad cause I used to love this place and used to get treated so well here. They seriously need to teach their people some basic customer service skills, with their hefty prices youd expect a portion of your money to go that way anyhow...

Very friendly, they were training a new employee and told us that is why it is taking a little longer and we were very understanding! We still got our drinks rather quickly and were very pleased!

Great experience. The only thing I can think of for them to work on is profesionalism. A younger lady could have been more helpful to me a new Starbucks goer when I was having trouble ordering what my daughter regularly drinks when she dines there with her grandmother. I told her what my daughter wanted and instead of telling me what it was technically called and making it, she just said they dont have that there, we got it figured out though. Also, another girl was up front with her phone at the register socializing while I, the only person in line waited. The beverages were very delicious though and now I know what to order next time. And I will be returning:-)

The drive thru line on Saturdays has been ridiculously slow. I had a few cars ahead of me and it took nearly a half hour to get through the line. I was almost late to work. Needs better weekend management.

Ive only came here twice in he past month and all I got to say about this place is good things! The service is amazing! Cashier (Liz) actually has a conversation with you and is very nice, products are always made right and to your specifications unlike any other waterloo Starbucks especially on Flammang Dr. will definitely be going here for my coffee!

Good coffee, but reeeealllly slow. Be sure to bring something to do while they get your drinks ready. Like a jigsaw puzzle. Or some sudoku. Or a dremel and some wood blanks. And possibly a pillow and blanket. Did I mention they are slow?

Starbucks is nearly always a great experience, and this location hasnt disappointed me yet. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs, and drinks are made quickly.

Over priced

Couldn’t hear the staff at the drive through speaker. Finally made it to the window and it’s pouring rain the last hands me the card reader and walks away I’m sitting there with the card reader for like 5Minutes window wide open. She hands me the coffee the lid isn’t on it so I spill it in my car then she hands me the sand which so quickly I can’t even request me receipt. They weren’t busy so she had no reason to be that ridiculous and rushed.

Always friendly service. Wide variety of menu choices. If you dont see what you want on menu ask usually they can come up with sonething close.

I went here and got a bacon and egg sandwich after seeing Jurassic theater at the Marcus theater just a few minutes walk away. I love the location of this shoppe because it is easy to get to and shop at the mall, hyvee, and go to the movies. Although Hyvee has a Starbucks now. (kind of defeats the purpose.)

1st world problem... Starbucks wont sell me a Pumpkin Spice Latte as Im not a Gold Card holder. That makes it easy... no more Starbucks!

Went through the drive thru. Received smaller size thab what was actually ordered, yet, was still charged for the larger one because they were out of those cups. Very disappointed.

Atmosphere is nice, but the day staff is rude and today they forgot my expensive drink for the 4th time in the last 6 months. I have made a habit of spending my lunch hour there to relax and take a break during the day, but this location makes me question why I have been so loyal to Starbucks over the years.
