I chose AutoNation Collision Center Chandler West because they were recommended by my insurer and had very positive online reviews. My Honda Odyssey had collision damage to the drivers side bumper, front fender, drivers door, and passenger door. In addition, I had damage to the passenger side mirror which I personally paid. AutoNation was the least expensive of the four repair facilities I took bids from. The repairs were excellent. The paint on the repaired sections are an exact match to the original. The repairs did take 3 weeks instead of the estimated 2 weeks. Overall I would recommend AutoNation Collision Center Chandler West.

Worst place to get your car fixed, the rebuilt my bumper and messed up on almost every clip that holds it up now my bumper is coming off from the corners and It gets me super frustrated that they call themself pros

Brought my car here due to being rear ended. Dropped the car off on March 29th. Barely picked my car up April 27th, with so many issues I had already addressed and asked to have fixed. First issue was somehow they curb rashed my brand new wheels, second issue was my car has over spray all over the car, third issue is my engine for some reason now is knocking (didn’t knock before or the first day I tried to pick my car up), fourth issue is my tail lights weren’t even hooked up properly. Nobody was going to tell me about my wheels being curb rashed, I had to find that issue on my own. My car now has swirls up the whazzo because of their “by hand washing”, they supposedly polished my car after I told them my car was rough everywhere (my car is even worse now!). Overall I had an extremely terrible time being a customer here. I would not suggest this place at all, completely unprofessional and terrible quality control.

Dano and the AutoNation Collision crew were extremely professional, courteous, explained the process, and always kept in contact to update me on the repairs to my vehicle. The work was completed earlier than expected and Dano went the extra mile to apply touch up paint to some small rusty areas on the body of the vehicle with no charge. I know there were many others with the team that assisted with my vehicle and I thank them as well. I’m extremely pleased with the repair they were able to make. My truck was returned washed and the interior looked amazing as they cleaned and vacuumed without asking! I would highly recommend this business and I will return here if needed for my repairs. He was very professional, arranged a rental car and transportation pick up, he gave me updates throughout the entire process and the collision center did a superb job with the repairs. They did competent job of repairing the body damage on my Volvo C70. They gave me an accurate schedule for parts delivery and the repair work. The staff were great to work with. I will recommend them to others should the opportunity arise.

This is an honest, family owned shop that does great work at a competitive price. The work was done on time, and at the exact price quoted. When I picked it up, not only was it washed, it appeared to be detailed inside and out. It even smelled good! I would definitely use this shop again in the future.

Picked this shop when someone rear-ended my Prius. Not only did they repair the damage completely, but the outside of my car looked like it had come out of a detail shop when I got it back! A little paint smell was present, but it only lasted a few days. Very happy with their customer service as well.

Ive looked and looked for a trusted shop for quite a few years. Ive never had an accident on the road but my wife may or may not have had a few (shhh!). Finally I found Invision! Its not often that youd find a body shop that would keep you coming back, even if you DIDNT have a bump or bruise you needed to take care of, because of the employees. Ive never been treated better from the moment I walked through the door.My wife is never really happy to tell me that she might have dented our brand new cars but the owners and employees at Invision were always the ones to make her feel at ease. I hesitate to say that she might have even made a couple of friends there because the last time we needed them she just said, Ill just swing by Invision on my way home from work...The first time I thought about going to Invision I shopped around two other shops to compare prices and ETA on work completed and Invision had them beat by a bit on labor but by a mile on time to complete the job. They had her in and out, with what looked like a full detail, in half the time any other shop could even try to guess or estimate. I will never EVER go to another body shop in the Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, Phoenix area, period. Top notch people, equipment and experience.Thanks Invision!

I recently had a guy hit me and I had to get my truck fixed. I took it to invision Autobody and they took great car of me. They gave me a ride home! They fixed up the truck and handled the insurance company. I take my truck there any time I need work and tell all my friends about it. Kyle the head guy is not so bad either!!
