I am still trying to find the words to explain how grateful i am for having the opportunity for Drew Brothers Customs to paint my trucks front end. I was in a rut at another shop close by that refused to complete the work. Drew Brothers not only saved the day but THEY KILLED the paint job and to top it all off it was completed very quickly. They were amazing in helping me work with the insurance to get my car fixed. They even set up my rental car! They did great work on my car and you cant even tell someone ran into it! They are super nice and customer service oriented.
I finally had time to follow up on this review, I brought my car to Drews with the hope of getting quality work done on my vehicle. My complete post is under Mike Smith. I used a fictitious name at the time because I had a pending court case and that is what I felt comfortable with. The owner made smart remarks about what I posted, however it doesnt dimish the fact that the shop did not take care of me and completed poor work. As the owner stated the car may have had problems, after all it was a 50+ year old 67 Camaro, big surprise. My experience was very disappointing. I would think any shop would give the customer the opportunity to fix any problems that would affect the final product and their lifetime warranty. Wouldnt that be in the benefit of both parties? Wouldnt the owner want the same opportunity if it was him? or do you just paint over the problems and give the customer the car back with substandard work? In my case, the car was given back with cracks in the paint. Of course, because I wasnt given the opportunity to pay additional to fix the car properly, the shop was able to get out of their lifetime warranty. Isnt that convenient.Many people have good experiences with Drews and that makes me happy, however just know you are taking you chances.At the end of the day its their work product not mine. I do my best to take care of my customers. I couldnt live with myself otherwise. Im not sure how they do....

I brought my car into Drew Brothers on a recommendation. And I have to say that it was a pleasant and quick experience. My bumper looks beautiful and if I ever have any other repairs or customizations I will use Drew Brothers customs.

I worked with Rob the owner for 14 yearsHe had a project of mine for 2 1/2 years and kept putting it off. I gave him a 5k deposit which he kept for substandard work.He also offered to give it back and reneged.Im regard to lifetime warranty he doesnt honor it. If he pulls this in a loyal customer of 14 years who knows what else is happening. Robs response is untrue because he forgot to add he blocked my phone,never refunded any monies to date and the quality of work was terrible and never completed. If you call screwing in two patch panels and expoxying over rust quality work then Rob is correct. If the man had kept his word this review wouldnt be on here. Pictures and money spent on rework of a unproffessional job will speak volumes. Mr. Drew reneged after refusing to return my calls text and emails and I had to deliver him the message when he decided to renege his agreement via hearsay.
Drew Brothers is a rare breed in their industry. No pretense. Absolute integrity. Hope I dont need to get body work done any time soon, but if I did, Id use Drew Brothers again without hesitation.
Customer service was awesome for my GTO collision repair. Amber and Rob were great to deal with and I always knew the status of my repair. I picked up the car and it looked better than it did when it was new. Highly recommend them for any job.

Drew Brothers has done work on several cars for us and weve had them perform full restorations on two cars as well. The work is always done with a level of care and attention to detail not found elsewhere. On top of that, the prices are fair. I have and will continue to recommend Drew Brothers to anyone looking for anything from basic body work to full restorations!
I cant say enough good things about their service. Our car was totalled and we were pretty much clueless on what to do. After getting jerked around by the insurance company for three days, we brought it into Drew Bros for an estimate. Amber was the first person we talked to that actually explained the process to us and told us what our options were, and then set up a rental car for us. It was good to finally talk to someone who we felt was in our corner. Id give ten stars if could, and would highly recommend them.
Fixed my murano and it looked great! My husband worked in a body shop for years in Illinois so he was very picky when it came to getting my car fixed. He was extremely pleased with the service. When the car was going to be an extra day to fix, they even arranged for another car for me to use. Perfect experience.

I just want to give a shout out to the team at Drew Brothers Customs. Id had my new parked car hit several years ago, and Drew Brothers did the fix up for me. Sometime later, the top coat failed, (manufacture defect) and Ive been stressed out about it for a couple of years. Finally, a friend that was going to give me a quote to correct the problem said hed done some business recently with Drew Brothers, and he thought they were pretty stand up guys. Maybe I should take the car over there to see what they might do. Not only did they redo the panels theyd originally fixed, they totally painted the whole car, and there wasnt a ding, scratch, mark or any abnormalities present. Its as beautiful as it was when I first purchased the car. I couldnt have been more pleased. Honestly, it felt like I was the recipient of a random act of kindness. ROCK ON Drew Brothers!!!

It appears most people have been happy with their work unless they have friends posting. The girl in front Amber does a great job and really takes care of you, unfortunately she is not doing the actual work. The car is a hot rod that I have been working on for 20 years. It recently got a complete paint job at a high end shop up North and its unfortunate it was to far to take it back to. The car was flawless until I took it to get some oil leaks fixed and the shop backed into it. I took it to Drew s because supposedly they did good work and raved about their life time warranty. The paint work was overall fine, however to bad the owner doesnt care too much about the overall product. Im not sure if my vehicle wasnt good enough, however it was returned to me with small cracks in the paint and the story was they were ready there and when it got painted they showed up. Of course, this wasnt covered by the lifetime warranty. This brought a few things to mind and Im not sure what is worse. Either a poor job was done and they stated they were already there to get out of their warranty or the owner does care enough about other peoples vehicles or doesnt have a strong enough work ethic to let me know Hey I found damage. While I have the car taken apart and masked and ready for paint would you like to fix this this for $400- $500? He doesnt say anything and delivers my car with cracks in the paint and no explanation. When I inquired thinking there was a problem with the paint, Amber was surprised so I brought the car in. The owner arrogantly said They were already there and painting over them bought them out. I was quoted $3500 stating they would be starting over. Not even a discount. I dont know what kind of person doesnt take care of their customers. Even someone that has a stock Prius doesnt want their car back with cracks in the paint, let alone someone with a vintage 60s hotrod. Its extremely disappointing. I hope when the owner has owner has a slow month and is sad for himself him enjoys his arrogance. I have 2 other Corvettes and he would have had my business for life.
