I recently took my Audi to this location. I had purchased all the oem parts and a parts kit to upgrade my taillights from the Gen 1, to the Gen 2 style plus add a spoiler.I had a bumpy start even though I had been to this location previously. I came with the instructions of the upgrade and all the correct parts.At first I was quoted a price and a time of completion. Within 3 days of my car being taken apart I received a call from someone new stating that the old rep was no longer at the company, and he would be taking my account over. Next he stated that the quote was incorrect and the price was double and the time of completion would be double as well. They brought me in to talk with the tech and he showed my why the quote had to be adjusted.I agreed to the new double price and estimate as it seemed correct. About a week or so later I received yet another call from a new rep who also stated, that my last rep no longer worked for the company and that hed be taking over. Then he hit me with they were understaffed and my car would need to be there for at least 2 months longer because their insurance jobs took priority over me and my car since I was cash pay. Next he hit me with the big bomb and stated that the quote again was wrong and that the price would be 7x the amount from the previous reps quote.At this time it started to seem extremely bait and switch. 3 reps, each rep extended the time of completion each rep raised the estimate all while I hadnt had my car in approximately a month and a half. I couldnt afford the last estimate as my car is in parts. Lets say I wasnt very happy. The rep recognized there was a huge problem and stated he talk to the manager about what the correct course of action was.A week later I received a call from Autobahn stating my car was done and ready for pick up. So I went in not knowing what to expect.The last rep I dealt with was now also gone and no longer worked for the company. So I was put with Eric.Eric listened to what I had to say and he apologized for the poor communication and the continual staff changes. He honored the second estimate I was given which even though was double the original estimate, the work necessary was definitely fitting for that quote. Eric fixed everything and communicated very well with me, which reassured me that Autobahn at their core or at a management/owner level is an honest company. My car had been worked on here prior, and even though this was a bumpy road it was fixed in the end and because they handled the cleanup so well I will definitely be a returning customer. Everybody is suffering from a labor shortage and inflation currently. Autobahn made sure it was right by me before I left and thats what matters most.
I have had the worst experience with autobahn, they kept my car for 4 weeks just to replace my cars bumper, didnt notify me once for any update and when i pickup my car it wasnt completely fixed i had to drive back again to get it fixed. I have to call them always and theyll never give you straight answers.Ill never want to go to them ever again and Ill definitely NOT recommending it to anyone.
My wife and I recently got in an accident after moving to the area. We decided to go with Autobahn Collision since they were close to our home. I had the pleasure to work with Randy and he went above and beyond to keep us updated daily along with getting our car back to us in a timely manner. Aside from the great customer service, we picked up the car looking like nothing happened! We are beyond pleased with the service that was provided and I would highly recommend Autobahn to anyone looking to get their car fixed correctly.

They weren’t able to help with the collision repair that I needed, but David was kind and quick to refer me to Mesa Valley Collision Center, which proved to be exactly the shop my rented Mercedes RV needed to go for the appropriate fiberglass patch/repair. This place is ridiculous, from the lying employees to the unprofessional owner. They had my vehicle for almost 3 months.!!! See attached photos.... I also had to take it back to mercedes-benz due to these clowns welding my wiring harness in my truck which shorted out my radio and windows.
No one likes being rear-ended, or even having to deal with another insurance company, but Autobahn truly made this experience easy. Their customer service is top notch, their facility is clean and inviting, and their work is superior. The communication regarding the progress of my repairs was much appreciated, and the best part was that my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule! Excellent customer service and overall professionalism. I left my car with Autobahn Collision after a small accident that damaged the passenger side doors to my Porsche. While the insurance company was less than a pleasant to work with, the people at Autobahn made the experience a lot better. Not to mention, the car looks like new! I came to appreciate their constant updates and explanations; their overall great attitude and every effort to make a bad situation, work out very well in the end. What a great thing, to find an honest Body Shop! I thought I would have to have my hood and fender repainted, but Russ convinced me to let his guys have a go at buffing out the scuffs and scratches. The result was fantastic, they did it while I waited, and I saved hundreds. What a great shop!

In fact, I am going to likely go bad to have them fix the bad job Scottsdale Bummer Benz did.I was shocked to see how low the final bill was. I had the best service. I spoke to Noel on the phone. I was so shaken up from the accident she heard it in my voice she was so amazing, so kind, she told me just to come in and see her and they would take care of everything. I got there and wow, she was even better in person then the phone you can truly see how much she really cares. She’s had been an amazing part of this horrible experience. Then they got me a rental and Told me I was going to be dealing with a Jim with the damages to my car. I would come back most definitely. And I highly recommend working with them. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a collision repair shop. Brought my car in for an estimate, they quoted me almost 10k to repair my vehicle which another shop fixed for 2k. It seems as if they never inspected the car just wrote up miscellaneous repairs and labor charges. I requested a refund for the estimate that they charged me 2hrs labor for in my opinion a dishonest estimate, then received a rude attitude from Jim and Marvin. I would not recommend this shop to fix anyone’s car.
Just wanted to thank Autobahn Collision for the repairs they did on my truck. My wife and I were rear-ended in my 2017 Ford F-250. As soon as I took it there the staff handled everything for me. They dealt with insurance for both parties and always kept me informed on what was going on. The facility is beautiful and extremely clean. All repairs have been made and my truck looks beautiful. We cannot thank Autobahn Collision enough for the work they did on our vehicle. We got a quote from a different body shop which included aftermarket parts on our vehicle. When we came to Autobahn Collision, not only did they recommend getting factory parts on our vehicle, but also found more damage that was not picked up on by the other body shop. Brandon and his team kept us informed and called us weekly, if not more, to keep us “in the know” of what was going on. Our vehicle was done in a timely matter and our vehicle looks as good as new. Overall I give them 4 stars because first it took them almost a month to fix and my tire pressure was low when they gave me it back but I also love how slow they took because my car is running just normal I would recommend them to anyone just have to wait some time but they update you every couple days.

My intention is to be factual and not emotional. I wrecked my 2018 Porsche 911 gts. Porsche recommended this company to the repairs so I wouldnt have any issues once the lease was up. I took it in. The autobahn guy (Tim I think) looked it over, took some pictures and gave me a quote. So far so good. I am going out of town and he says it will take less than a week. I drop the car off on a Saturday no problem. Now comes 1 week later. I get a text saying my car is finished and someone will contact me. I must say the texting thing is pretty cool. I wait for 2 hours and I hear nothing. So I call. They guys says uhhh let me check and call you back. So thats the first odd thing. Who sent the text? lol. He calls me back pretty fast and says its ready but I need to run a quality assurance check first. he calls me back and says you can pick your car up in an hour Im going to clean it. I arrive to pick it up. We walk out to take a look at it but WAIT! one of the turn signal covers is shattered. How did their appraiser and I miss this? Did I miss it? Did they accidentally break it? They guys says Oh that looks bad. Let me look at the work order. Nope not on the work order so it wasnt fixed. I say or it maybe it wasnt on there because it wasnt broken. He says Lets take a look at the photos. fair enough. Im open cause I could be wrong. The photo is too blurry to tell. So I say What should we do? He says my techs are pretty honest so I doubt they broke it. Thats an odd thing to say. So I asked Wouldnt they have thought something was off if it was in for repairs but the busted light wasnt on the order? He says let me go talk to the techs. He comes back and here is were my BS meter completely goes off Yep, just like I thought, my techs saw it but it wasnt on the work order so they didnt fix it. I cant even remember what I said at this point. But reader, doesnt all of this seem fishy? I do know I said your guys arent trained to say something if they see an item that needs fixed but its not on the work order? At this point I am very upset. Something isnt adding up. Finally the manager comes out and says You know Tim wasnt reliable, He just stopped showing up. The techs sent and email to Tim but Tim was gone. Blah Blah blah. Im thinking, holy cow, this Porsche recommended repair shop is lying to me. He said he would order the part and all would be well. I cant in good conscious give these guys any more of my time and money. Buyer beware. Form your own opinion. But just know, if you wreck your Porsche, and their house appraiser misses an item, they dont have the wherewithal to mention anything. Or they just dont speak the truth. Either way its seems like you could find a better option. Oh and to be fair, the work they did do was really good. So gave and extra star.
