Okay so my wife drove our car to the location 30 minutes early. A representative came out and was professional and polite. They werent even open yet 20210517 @ 0730, he didnt want my wife to wait until they opened nice guy! I was concerned about the negative reviews and was on the phone the whole time. He got his camera and snapped the photos and said okay maam your all finished. The negative reviews are probably to do with the fact their location is kind of a pain to find. But all in all we were okay with the services. I will possibly add another star depending on the outcome of their service. Be open minded when you come because remember that they are there for the convenience of the insurance company not you.
People. Wake up. This company exists to give you a hassle because you did not go to the insurance specified glass replacement multi-national (Safelielieliete) that uses the cheapest glass and gives kickbacks to the insurance companies. If you went to their specified provider, you would not have to do this or other things like three-way calling and being told you have to repair rather than replace. Again, all designed to make it hard for you to go anywhere else even though it is your right. This is collusion and we as consumers are the losers. Why states or the feds do not go after thes companies is a question that I would like an answer to. Their other business practices are also shady and unethical but they still keep getting away with it. Never mind the outrageous quotes or price increases you get when you do not have insurance. I have Safeco and was told I need an inspection. I just spent over 55 minutes with the third party (Safelielieliete) I reached (unbeknowst to me when I called Safeco) who assured me my windshield does not need an inspection and will be replaced if I go with them. Like I want their cheap glass to obstruct and distort my view while I am on a highway. Sticking to my guns in choosing who I want to replace my windshield.
These people help steal hard earned money from small business owners and help the Billion dollar insurance companies take money that isnt theres. If they arrive to your house deny them and call your Insurance agent. They are only suppose to be a customer service support; yet they have a 2.7 rating ... 🤔
They said Esurance doesnt cover wear and tear and denied a windshield replacement on a 12 year old OEM glass. Said it could be repaired. Spoke with Esurance and they said theyd be happy to approve the replacement and when the install guys came a week later, the little chip that the inspection said could be repaired had turned into a 10 inch long crack.
So far so good. I arrived 8 minutes before closing and Heather promptly came out and examined my windshield. She took about 6 photos of the crack both with and without a dollar bill. She says the images will be submitted and Allstate should contact me within 24 Hours. If all goes well, I will update my review to five Stars, if its as bad as the other reviews Ill drop it to one star. DISCLAIMER: THE IMAGES IN THIS REVIEW WERE TAKEN BY ME.
Andy showed up to my home to inspect my windshield. He was dressed completely unprofessional, he was belittling and condescending when I expressed concerns about the more than 12 cracks and pits on my windshield that he promised me could Never crack Under any circumstances. He’s a glass specialist who showed up to my home with a crack clear across his window and stated to me “you can drive your car completely safe with no issues with a crack all the way across, I have been driving with mine cracked for a year!” I reminded him it’s against Motor Vehicle Laws to drive your vehicle with a cracked window! Andy literally responded “I have been pulled over at least three times and the police just released me with a warning every time” to which I responded “it must be nice to have such privilege”How can a company who is supposed to be experts in glass send a tech to your home who’s driving against motor vehicle laws to customer with a crack clear across their own windshield” it’s absolutely unbelievable! This company has no real knowledge of vehicles, repairs, or how the windshield impacts the overall structural integrity of the vehicle or impacts the functionality of safety features. Absolutely mind boggling
Very unhelpful. Very rude and YOU as a customer dont matter. Dont use insurance companies that use them. They always make someone come out to look at it no matter what and the window time is ridiculous.. 8-3 12-6.. people have lives as well. Liberty Mutual, Travelers, and Amica do not use them and dont give you a hard time with replacing a glass.
Have taken all my vehicles here for years and never disappointed. They make the process seamless and hassle free.
Quick and easy inspection.
They do an inspection ONLY when you choose your own shop and get OEM glass. But if you go with their guys! They will authorize automatically but youll be stuck with Aftermarket glass. Dont Drink the kool-aid.
This company is an absolute joke. Have to deal with them every time I schedule glass replacement with GEICO, who will also be getting relieved of their services.I scheduled glass “inspection”, they can only give a noon-5pm window (awful planning if you can’t figure out a path for the driver to shorten this). I’m at work for half of that window, home for the other half. The representative said she’d have him come on the front end, called them after 3pm, and they said he will be there close to 5pm. Your company is awful, and I hope insurance companies realize you’re not worth the headache & cut their ties.
Very reputable place that really helps in your time of need. Friendly knowledgeable inspectors and the phone agents are superb. I spoke with Shawnta and she was so helpful and friendly. She really turned my day around.

Geico, American Family and USAA use this company to refrain from paying out auto glass claims. Have full glass and want to use safelite? Sweet, easy peasy. Sort of. Safelite is hit or miss with their technicians. Can you blame them? They have so much retail and fleets to provide for that they will hire anyone. Did you know safelite is owned by a company in united kingdom? Thats right, the profits from safelite go to belron, which is in the united kingdom. Its strange geico, usaa and american family would hire these people to do inspections. They are based in arizona. So their inspection in different states is a phone call. Nice. But most people dont answer their phone if they dont recognize the number. So local shops, end up losing. Insurance providers win with this scam. And customers lose time and safety. Geico, American Family, and USAA does not support America in this sense. They support themselves. And the united kingdom of course. Switch insurance, lets support our country, USA!!!
More of a hassle to insurers who pay top dollar for there insurance and have to wait for a phone call from this company asking same questions insurance company asked the first time. There basically calling us liars. Lay off these inspections over qualified affiliate glass shops. There affiliates for a reason. Absolute laughable joke and inconveniant. Hopefully they stop this made up program that penalised us the insurers and hurts all the great glass shops. Move on past shops that pass so many inspections and go after real fraud
Terrible company to work for. Training sucks. Expectations are ridiculous. Was threatened to be written up for basic human mistakes because “they need perfect inspectors”. Good luck with that guy. ✌🏼 Stay far away from here!

First off, nobody answered the locked door for several minutes. An employee showing up for work let me in. Great start.Now Im inside. A woman shows up and knocks on the door, then rings the doorbell. Nobody answers. After a full minute, I stand up and let the lady in. Shes here for training.A guy named Ronaldo (I think) finally enters the front office and says hell be inspecting my windshield. Cool dude, inspect away. This guy spends a full three minutes staring at my windshield from every conceivable angle. He busts out a ruler. He covers the center of the chip leading to the crack with a small sticker. He measures once. He measures twice. He walks around the car and stares at it from the opposite side of the windshield. He squints, scribbles on his work pad, and comes inside.Im finished, did you know your windshield is repairable?The crack is over 3 inches long and branches off in four different directions, right in my driver line of sight. I tell the guy to look harder. Within a few seconds, he squints and says maybe he can see it better from the inside. Yeah pal, you do that, and I unlock my car door. He gets inside.Ohhhh, it is bigger.This is where Im effin done with AGIS, and screw my insurance company for putting me thru this cow pile.What kind of auto glass inspection company does their work in the full shade? Its much harder and takes longer to spot damage.What kind of auto glass inspection company trains their employees to be so incompetent? I had to literally tell this moron to do his job correctly. He would have tried to have the chip repaired, when its plainly an unrepairable crack. Horrible customer service. I live in surprise and they expect me to drive to Chandler after waiting over a week for an inspection. Then they want to show up randomly between a 5 hour time frame. This place is a joke.
Absolutely pathetic. Had a customer with a broken door glass trying to go on vacation to Florida. They not only delayed the customers departure but cost him a nights fee at a hotel because Geico would not allow an independent glass company to perform the service and was trying to steer the business to Safelite. Took more than half a day and 2 hours on the phone for my customer to get authorization for the replacement, for A DOOR GLASS that he has FULL GLASS COVERAGE ON.
Wait times to get connected to someone is really long. And they miss information or do not report right away to insurance companies
Horrible customer service. I can’t believe a large insurance company would partner with a company of this manner. Rinky dinky office with incompetent people running it. All the reviews are negative for a reason. If your insurance carrier happens to send you to these people immedialty start looking for a new insurance company. They claim they work with all insurance companies but that is BS. Geico is the only one.

Unqualified company. Ive been waiting 2 weeks to have glass fixed by geico because of these clowns.
I missed a call from this company at 6:40 am this morning, who calls that early, so unprofessional. I returned their call during normal business hours and have been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get my inspection scheduled.
