Well, I have to say Im surprised that this place has positive reviews. I went into their facility a week ago to order 2 shirts. 4 X4 embroidery in one corner for our business. The guy in the shop told me he would call me in two days to come down and approve the embroidery proof. Well two days came and about 4 hours before they were to close I called and he said oh yeah, let me get that done. So I went down that afternoon and approved it. The same guy said 2-3 days and it will be ready. Again just 2 shirts. I just called at 3:00pm on Wednesday now 7 days after I initially went in and he said oh crap, I forgot to even order your shirts, they will be ready Friday evening Bottom line is we needed two shirts for a meeting tomorrow, I thought 7 days was more than enough time for 2 shirts. Their customer service sucks and because of that, We will NEVER order from them again!

Horrible service very rude. Ken was the worst person to work with. Hung up the phone on me. What is even funnier is he wrote his own review on here as if he was a buyer. HAHAHAHA what a joke.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dont even bother.
