The staffs customer service is on point! Katina is AMAZING! She instantly greeted me and offered to help me shop. I explained how I wanted to change things up for my new career in Real Estate and Katina found the perfect style for me! She even recommended tips on how to maintain my new look. Iam notice that most beauty supple store dont carry a large variety of hair care products most of the beauty supply stores are for wigs in makeup

So, Im not the type to wear wigs at all, and I decided to change it up a bit. I went here to look at wigs and the staff within this location, took the time to help teach me about the different colors and style in wigs I can choose from. After paying $.50 for a stocking cap, she was able to show me how to install the wig and keep up with it. I appreciate her being very patient with me as I learn something I wasnt that use to. I thought wigs was extremely expensive, thats why I never wanted to invest in one, but the wig I ended up getting was on sale for only $30. I like that price, lol. Customer service here was so good that I have to rate them 5 stars. #ayterrell

If I can give a 0 stars I would. I just left this store and had the WORST experience ever ! I shopped here 2 days ago buying marley hair. When I purchased the hair the older Asian man never gave me a receipt . So I returned to 2 days later to exchange the colored hair I had for black. I just wanted to do a swap he gave me a hard time when it was his mess up. All I wanted to do was swap my color to black and buy a additional two packs. The lady and him proceed to say that I was there the day before trying to get a store credit excuse me ! DO WE ALL LOOK ALIKE TO YOU ! I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY NEVER WENT NEAR THERE STORE. I AM A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST WHO JUST MOVED TO THE AREA I AM KNOWN FOR REFERRING MY CLIENTS TO LOCAL BEAUTY SUPLY STORES THAT I GO TO . I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN THAT INCLUDES HAIR AND NAILS . THEY DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND I WILL BE DAMNED IF I GIVE MY MONEY I WORK SO HARD FOR TO PEOPLE WHO LOOK AT ME AS IF I STEAL OR AM TRYING TO GET OVER . Very small selection variety throughout the store. It says they close at one time on Google but I got there before Googles closing time and they were closed. Im natural, if that helps any.

Just want to give a feel good story. I rock with certain places not because of prices but because of their customer service and quality. I want to thank Star Beauty for being a great company throughout the years... they may not be the cheapest but their employees and family are good. Long story short since when I got my first apartment in the 90’s and would be short sometimes because I messed up money but still wanted to be fly they would look out... (not all the time but I appreciated it🤣🤣). Today I wasn’t feeling well and I couldn’t go with my daughter to get her weave for her hair appointment (It’s almost her 18th Birthday!!!) Mrs. Moon and Keara Symone Bethea took the time and looked out for her. I really appreciate it and I thank you for being a stand up, quality company through the years.🙏🏾💜

This store will never ever see my service again ever. Went there to purchase the crochet special which is buy 4 get one free. However I needed 6 packs, so we only use the five packs which is the special. Went back to get a store credit for the 6th pack the young man with the tattoos on both arms said he cant give a store credit for something that is free. Maybe its me but basic math is 4+1=5. Not 6. So try to explain to him that the 6th pack is separate from the special he said no that Im cutting into the special. So to everyone if there is a special with these people get it ring up seperate from what you need extra. They come in this country with tax breaks and turn around and tax us and rip us off. So please beware pf these scammers. Like I have time to argue about 7dollars and 59 cents. Its ridiculous they still have the dam money its a store credit maybe he was doing chinese math.
