Hendrick automotive, is a great place to take the car you bought from there. The staff is courteous and very helpful when you have a issue with a car.
They handled the recall on my husbands Lexus, what had to be done and the length of time it would take. 1st time there great service.
The superior and consistent customer service at Hendrick Lexus Independence Blvd in Charlotte is one of the reasons Ive been a Lexus driver for 21 years. Over the years Ive had three service advisors - Preston, Jeff, and Michael (my current one). Having the same service advisor each time allows us to know each other and the service history on my car. I really like the new feature of receiving a video of my car being inspected for the service requested, narrated by the service technician. It comes straight to my cell phone. Just awesome!
This is not a dealership. This is the accounting office and the business development center for Hendrick automotive group. They also conduct training sessions and meetings there. Its also the home for Hendrick autoguard which offers aftermarket products like extended service agreements, prepaid maintenance plans and so on. I work for the company and is a great place to work for. I think the category should be changed in Google.

Service visit on 9/1/20. Jeffrey Granzen was able to work me into the schedule to correct a caution light issue on my wifes RX350. The service was performed in the usual excellent way. Jeffs attention to detail and personal, professional manner continue to serve as a key reason I drive Lexus cars and have them serviced at Hendrick.
11/6/2020I have waited years to purchase a Mercedes! Ive accomplished so much, including serving this country, obtaining multiple degrees and having a successful career. My journey began with scheduling an appointment with an individual at 4pm on a Friday. When we got there, the front desk lady went to the individual and returned to us with someone else, as the original guy was busy. I thought we had an appointment! Well, we proceeded to look for a vehicle. We found something I was open to considering. I had outside financing with my financial institution, but my husband wanted yo take advantage of the perks there. My husband was approved for financing with over and 800 credit score and a decent salary! We left that evening with the vehicle. The next morning I get a call that I needed to be added to the financing as well, but no one could justify why. I wouldnt do it as anyone who manages their credit well know you shouldnt carry debt together! Anyhow, I decided to return the vehicle. When I arrive my sales person convinces me to look at another car. I do and pick a pretty blue one. I tell them Im using my personal financing and that is where all hell continues to break loose. To spare more detail, I did more work on my end telling the finance manager what he needed to do, i was passed to two other people because the finance manager was too busy. I finally get the bank to send the commitment letter and I was given the thumbs up to leave...never invited into the private finance office, all in the open with people around. The car I chose needed a window trim according to the sales person. I was told I could pick up the car on that Tuesday. Tuesday I call and was assured it would happen. Tuesday afternoon came around and was told the part didnt come in but it was due to be Fedexed by Wednesday. Wednesday came and nothing, moved to Thursday, Thursday came and still nothing. Finally my husband got involved and demanded the trim be removed from one car to be placed in mine. I pick up my car, notice paints chips on the hood. I was told the paint would be fixed, drive off and notice no gas in the car. Just a horrible week, without a vehicle, stressed because I was silly enough to buy a car I didnt take home, not to mention the finance guy never finished my DMV paperwork the Saturday. I had to come back in on Tuesday to wrap things up. I wasnt treated with respect, maybe because we didnt look like other customers in the store, maybe because my vehicle was 39k and not 121k, maybe because I didnt need their financing...i dont know! I finally got the paint fixed on the hood, its not smooth, its bubbled up.Fast forward, a woman named Sarah emails me for my feedback. I call her, give it yo her with details and she states, what can we do to make this right? I reply with, Im not sure, thats your call! Hendricks is a huge company and they couldnt even offer a gas card for failing to at least put gas in my car. Im not going to tell you what to do, you decide that and treat my money like everyone elses money! Needless to say, it is day 3 and Sarah has yet to call me back, or email me back. Listen, maybe you wont have the experience I had, but I do not recommend this place. I dont even want to get my vehicle serviced there. Ill drive the extra 30 minutes to another place to do it. If you attend this establishment, I wish you well and hope you get the service and respect you deserve. Excuse the grammar, still a bit emotional about all of this.

Dropped my Lexus yesterday for service at 10am and I picked up at 4pm and nothing have been done to it. Very poor mechanic service with a lot of excuses. Not happy

Very efficiently run. Excellent customer service, Erin. I was having an air bag replaced for a recall. They also did a diagnostic on the whole car. Unfortunately we have a very pricey repair ahead. They gave us a loaner for the day which is especially nice.

I had my LS430 serviced today and was assisted by Jeffrey Granzen. He is the best. My LS 430 is a 2005 model and Jeffery always explains what work needs to be done, if any is needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure I understand everything that is being done to my car. He is so courteous and friendly it is simply a pleasure to deal with him.
Pre ordered a car on the lot. It was a luxury Lexus LX460. I had the money in hand, but didnt purchase due to the harsh treatment by sales manager. I had an appointment and was on time with my wife to help me drive the car home. I was treated like a street person. I drove 2 hours to pick up the car. I think they must not wanted to sell it because it was nice and a crowd drawing vehicle. I wouldnt go back to get a free car. I can afford to go somewhere else where I can be treated with some kind of reasonable treatment. If they treated me this way before they got their money can you imagine how nasty they would be after you gave them money. Thats why I said I wouldnt want a free car from there. This place is what gives car salesmen a bad name. Maybe with enough training these guys could be telemarketers but Im not sure..
I have been in this dealership twice in the last year. I have been ignored every time. First time I needed something in retail first so I went back there and got what I needed. I came out and looked at the X models in the showrooms. No one approached me at all. I looked around outside still no one bothered with me. Today I returned and got almost the same treatment. Only this time one salesman acknowledged me with a hello another with I like your Christmas shirt That was it. I am in the market for a midsize SUV like the X Series and after 2 visits, I have not even been able to get inside one. I have had this treatment with the Hendricks Lexus dealership also. As I search for a new car I will steer clear of ANY Hendrick dealership, even if I have to go clear to Winston-Salem to look at the X Series I like so much. (At least I think I do, Cant seen to get to even sit in one.
Second and that would be my last negative interaction with Hendricks Automotive / Mercedes Benz dealer on Independence Blvd. I picked a car and was told to wait till its out of prep shop. Then I was told that it was sold to someone else while in the shop! Waisted afternoon.

Very large dealer place is very nice very clean youre treated with respect and very very nice order soft drinks to take care of you and treat you right I have the car up there for you Nicole the car with you and then when you buy the car they have special people does electronic stuff the show you and teach you about all the electronics for the car very impressed I guess they have wheelchair entrance and restrooms

Recently brought in our 2018 RX450hL for a special service campaign to reprogram the Intelligent Clearance Sonar. As always, our service advisor Jeff Granzen managed the process seamlessly. In addition to Jeff being friendly and knowledgeable, the service department is spotless and the waiting area is comfortable and inviting. Being a Hendrick Lexus customer means first class service from the time you drive into the garage to the time you depart with a freshly washed and vacuumed car.

Its never been more true to me than today. You wanna hear a life story. About Hendrick motorsports. From just starting out till today. I put a picture of the DVDs to get. It was really amazing. One real down-to-earth individual. And it appears that is the way he is with all his employees. Pretty awesome.

Visited here over a month ago and still waiting on the parts to fix my car. They never follow up to tell you what is going on. This is the third time they have messed up service in my car. If this wasnt a warranty issue....I would not be there. Overpriced.
