On June 24th 2020 we received the engine we ordered from Tyler. The engine was no good according to our mechanic. We called him back to discuss the options, Tyler offered to order a replacement and we declined. We decided to return it and get our refund. Tyler stated that could be done with a 25% restocking fee, and we agreed. Once the engine was ready we called back to discuss shipment. All the calls we made were avoided, never returned the calls or text messages. Multiple calls were made without any luck. This man just decided to take our money and block the calls. Top of the line scum bag move for sure. Avoid this place at all costs! See you in court bud the claim is being filed.
I bought a transmission for my 99 BMW 323i from them and they more than just sold it to me they brought it closer to me to make it easier for me to pick up and helped me out tremendously Im getting it. very satisfied with the service they were very helpful and friendly and would highly recommend them for all your Auto parts needs
Stay away!! Claimed to change a female friends engine whi9le she was out of town. She got it back home and the mechanic matched the engine to the VIN. NEVER CHANGED IT.
After hunting and searching across the depths of the internet for parts I decided to just start calling shops. I started local here in texas and then began spiraling out until I came across these guys. I gave him a call and explained what i was looking for and my intentions and he said let me give you a call back . No more than an hour later he gave me a call back but only with a quote on what I was looking for but an option for something better. If your hunting for something specific give this man a call and let him know what you need with his resources and customer service skills I can guarantee youll be satisfied

Back in June date 11th we found this person on Facebook I regret that I did we placed an order that Knight had to give half down payment he said he will order the part the next morning when the office will open I’ll let my Mechanic know that we have placed this order and it was $550 I text him right away not even 10 minutes after I had given him the money and I told him for him to please not to order the park the next Morning he didn’t respond of course the office was closed I understand the next morning I called I had already emailed him text him so at nine when the office opens I talk to him he said not to worry would not order the part of what had happened and I told him it was something else it wasn’t what we thought that I had ordered I told him just to hold on give me one more day to see if we can find out what was it and we can order it from him he said fine well it was going to be more it wasn’t in our budget so I called him the next day and told him just to refund me the money he said it would take 4 to 7 business days I said OK two weeks went by I text him called him it’s like he knew my number because he will not even answer I emailed him to find out what was going on with my money he did not respond so I had to threaten him to take him to court he text me right away he said that he had a confirmation that he has sent my money and I told him to send me the confirmation I went to the bank and we are disputing right now so just be very careful with this guy I thought we had found somebody honest but know this is a very bad person very bad company I don’t know if he is in need of money but doing it this way by Sterling it’s not the right way I could let you borrow the $550
