Went to look at a used Jeep that was advertised for a particular price WITH a hard top. Upon getting to the dealership I noticed the Jeep no longer had a hard top but rather a soft top. The price did not change and the sales guy we were working with wasn’t even aware that it came with a hard top, they got defensive when we brought this up. The advertised price online that we locked in was drastically different from the price upon arrival almost a $4000 more than what had been advertised. Third issue was I was presented a coupon that the dealership had given my employer. On this coupon it did not state that the car had to be new or used. They declined to let me use the coupon. Overall one of the worst experiences I have had. They had the opportunity to sale two cars today and they blew that out of the water. Definitely don’t recommend this dealership. Buyers be aware this place is definitely sketchy.

Absolutely horrific and will be contacting a lawyer. Do not shop here, go elsewhere. Safety of my 16 year old daughter is clearly not their priority... appalling..I just left the dealership and was appalled by the lack of customer service.In short, weve been having difficulties with a 2020 jeep cherokee. We got this car for our daughter (16). Our first issue was the vehicle would stall out (4 times) at traffic lights, which happened on/off for the first few months we had the vehicle. Finally, after the 3rd attempt, they were able to determine the car factory setting and a part were missing and it had to be replaced (poor QA/QC). In addition, we had a flat tire two nights ago only to find out there was no spare tire in the truck (even though there is a wheel well). I spoke to the manager yesterday and he asked us to come in and work together to get into another vehicle. I made it very clear that safety was our top priority, and wanted to make sure Keffer would do the right thing and help us swap out for an equivalent make/model. I was assured this would be the end result.Unfortunately, not only didnt they come close to doing the right thing, but we were told the economics and rebates at this time arent aligned. How can a car dealership put $ over the safety of their customers? Thats flat out scary and a dealership should think twice about hiring sales managers that lack empathy and an ear for how to handle customers.Needless to say, we will never, ever step foot in a Keffer owned dealership again and hope no one reading this experiences the type of customer experience (or lack thereof) at any point in your car purchasing journey.

I would like to give them 0 stars,i wish i will never deal with this service anymore,I feel bad that i did buy my truck from them and pay this guys for all this stupid programs! And when i returned for oil change,had an appointment,they just told me that they have no time for me! Have to come back next business day! This i a 0 customer care, but when they are selling this trucks,they promised a lot of benefits,just to pay extra for something!

Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!!! Have tried getting in touch with them since the day I purchased my car and no answer won’t return emails have went all the way up to the general manager and still won’t return a phone call or email

I have had two experiences with service at this dealership. The first required me sitting longer, even with an appointment because “we treat all of our customers like VIPs,” meaning it’s really first come first serve and there’s no reason for appointments to even be made. The second meant that my car, which had to have the computer system flashed after the battery was changed out causing an automaker known issue with the make/model/year to force engage the electronic e-brake which must be fixed at the dealership, had to sit for 2 weeks until they could hook it up to the computer because they were back logged with cars that needed actual service. Also no call backs over multiple days, had to have disabled vehicle towed at my own expense for their known issue before being told it would be sitting for 2 weeks without service and the cherry on top was that they have no loaner vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous. A known issue that requires next to no labor to remedy and a software update that takes less than an hour to run by itself but will take over two weeks because of this bullish!t. I will never recommend my car or Chrysler again.

I enjoy my vehicle. Returning for service is awful. Try to be efficient with your time and make an appointment. Anyone who drives up before you with no appointment pushes you back and it’s disregarded. Time to look for a new dealer.

I recently purchased a new car and traded in my old car in February. It is now March and this dealership has still failed to pay off my car that I traded in. Due to them not doing so in a timely manner the finance company has added on so much in late fees as well as it is now reporting to my credit as late and has lowered my credit score. I have called this dealership soooo many times and I get the run around everytime I speak with someone. Of course there is no sense of urgency because they have already gotten their sale but at this point Im thinking about seeking legal action because they are affecting my credit score and I consider that to be serious. At this point I dont know who else to contact. My finance company is asking for a tracking number for the check that allegedly sent and I havent received that. I havent received a confirmation number for a ach or anything.

I recently have to go there to get my car fixed because I been try it to do it my self I got the code reader and the code the code reader give me can be caused for different sensors or wires....I replaced some by my self and I don’t have any good results I decide to take it to the (expertises) and after been pay it 1,300.00 dollars I got my car not fixed what a big mistake!! I could take the car to any corner shop and have the same results for 200!

Dont buy a used car..... they will not fix anything they say they will when you drive off the lot.
