I have been taking my Mercedes Benz to Arandas since 2011. The team is very knowledgeable and transparent with any repair. The prices are very reasonable and the team is on top of everything from drop off to the finished repair. I have done breaks, suspension work and even axle changes there at the work was excellent. It is rare to find mechanic business of this caliber and I always recommend to family and friends.

Ive changed my own oil, filters and other light mechnic work, but when I need larger jobs done I got to Arandas.I was recommended them by a tow truck driver when a car over heated. Since that first repair I now take both my cars to them.They have the best prices when doing price comparisons to other places around Charlotte and surrounding areas.You can even buy your own parts and they will quote you for and perform the labor.Ive gotten a cracked head gasket repaired, brakes and brake fluid and hoses changed and oil changed fixed there.They will also help you find places junk your car for cash or sell it if you no longer want it after a repair.

I have been to several different mechanics in Charlotte and 9 out of 10 times left dissatisfied or ripped off! Arandas has never failed to deliver awesome service mechanically as well as customer service! They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will be a lifelong Customer! I strayed away and lost $1400 literally so before you make that same drastic mistake as I did, Go to Arandas!!!

The WORSE Experience I have ever had dealing with Mechanics. I took my car to check for a noise, when they were finished my car drove for 5 minutes then COMPLETELY shut off. Then the manager says there is nothing he can do. I brought a WORKING car to a Mechanic and then drive away and my ALTERNATOR, & my PULLEY destroyed, my radio and AC stopped working as well which were completely fine before taking. They are CROOKS damaging your vehicles. Believe Me

Took a working van to get engine rebuilt cause of water and oils were leaking and when i got it back it was still leaking oil. a different situation was another car i took to get door harness back in i knew what it was but did not have the equipment to do so, i took it in and took about 4 hours to do so and was charge 350 for just that and i asked what all did they do and he said everything new in the door panel when i took it home my speaker was not working now and i opened and nothing was new it was such a slopy lazy job they did took it back and they just wired the left speaker to right one and they broke my stereo harness and subwoofer was not working anymore not worth my time and money.

I know you from a 2003 to today you have the best shop in North Carolina

My husband took a car with an electric problem and the 4 × 4 solved the problem for him, but it caused others. The air left him dead and the interior lights did not turn on when the sunset started, but that did charge his fair ... my opinion very pessimistic the service.

Of all the Charlotte workshops that I have visited, this is the worst. First of all, they charged me 300 dollars just for changing some cables. They uncontrolled me all. My system of automatic ignition and the worst. in my car they stole an amplifier and tried to steal the other one that was stuck behind my bass box but since they couldnt get it they ripped it out of the back of the box and broke the supports ........ LADRONASOS that are In that workshop of washers I dont recommend it to anyone tomorrow first thing I go to the police
