It’s hard to find an auto shop with integrity but this is definitely one of them. I initially came to them for a second opinion - the first shop I took it to quoted me $1,000 over what I ended up paying at TTS! I had my car inspected and oil change services done at tts auto, as well as a repair for a power steering pump and rack. They were very professional and were great to work with. One small issue was missed but once discovered they not only made it right but also went out of their way to help repair another issue that was not related in any way to the small issue was missed or any repairs they completed. Very quickly I might add, and will be taking my car back for other maintenance it requires. As well as regular oil changes from now on. I cant say enough nice things about the folks who worked there and to help Me above and beyond what I was asking of them. I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a good honest auto repair shop!

They did an annual registration inspection, replaced a flat tire that was not repairable, and gave me a referral for Volvo specific service needs when the check engine light could not be solved by their mechanics. The service I received was explained with cost quotes for my permission to proceed. The staff excelled when it came to excellent customer service and I plan to return In the future. I will highly recommend them to others!

I recently decided to increase the tire size for my mid-size truck (Canyon). Lots of things to consider in the process, including a durable all season tire (which one?), suspension work, tire balance and wheel alignment. Dave & team took great care of me, walking me through the entire process and making spot-on tire recommendations. Ive used national chains for most of this work in the past and it was a refreshing change to work with a local business that went the extra mile. Would highly recommend TTS, and will continue to bring my work there.

I just moved to the area recently and found TTS in Charlotte is and has by far been the best mechanic shop in NC. Had oil change, new tires ordered with balancing and alignment done. Service was friendly and completed in a timely manner. The guys in the shop are friendly and helpful. David is the guy who did my service and he makes sure you are completely satisfied. All i can say is after4 different shops to have tail pipes reattached and being told that pipes would have to ordered and changed went here and Brandon looked under truck and said no problem. 1 1/2 hours later pipes were on. True it wasnt easy job but he did exactly what needed to be done and saved me a good 5 to 600$ by taking the time to just do the job. Thank you so much. Go here and you will not be disappointed.

Great shop! I had heard some good things through a reference but the level of customer service is incredible! I dealt with Dave and Brandon, and throughout the process, I received calls letting me know what was the matter and, obviously, how that would affect pricing. Pricing I felt was definitely fair and transparent. Obviously, car repairs are expensive no matter who youre dealing with, but I felt very comfortable with my bill at TTS. In terms of knowledge and skills, its top of the line. Dave had worked at GM for 15 yrs so he had intimate knowledge of my Yukon and what was going on with it. Dave called me the next day to follow-up. Barring me having to go to the dealership, I will definitely be returning to Dave, Brandon, and TTS for my auto repair needs!

Great honest shop with techs that really know what theyre doing. Bought a Magnaflow exhaust online designed for my car but it definitely didnt just bolt on like advertised. These guys had to re-fabricate all the mounts and weld it all back together. Now it fits, and sounds great. I will definitely be back in the future.

I have used TTS twice and was very happy with the service quality and price both times. They replaced my ac compressor about 3 years ago and saved me about $1000 over the dealer cost. It’s still working great. This week, my car wouldn’t start and they were able to replace my fuel pump for far less than I would have paid at the dealer. In both cases, repair and diagnosis was performed quickly, professionally, and honestly. Highly recommend!

After going to another shop in Charlotte to fix a wheel bearing issue that was never repaired and spending almost $2000 in repairs on what wasn’t my issue, I tried this shop.David drove my vehicle and immediately knew what the problem was. He gave me an estimate and in a few weeks I called to see if it would still be honored.Not only did David honor the quote but he also called and let me know of an error the last mechanic made at the other shop and charged me a small fee to fix it.Needless to say, I will be going to this shop for my future car repairs and replacements.The whole team is professional, honest, skilled and affordable.

My car had an issue about the steering being slack and a noise when turning. Previous mechanics provided many solutions, but nothing worked. I went to TTS based on Google reviews David was able to diagnose the issue correctly replaced some end links and the steering was as smug as when the car was new. Since TTS is near the Woodlawn Light Rail station. I could drop off my car and go to work by light rail which was very convenient. They have been very professional and been trustworthy to me. I was sad to find out protestors had badly vandalized this place in May 2020 and the shop is still under repair. Hope to see TTS back in business soon.

I have this old camper van. Not many places would even work on it. Not a problem at tts. I get the feeling they’re the kind of team that wants to help their customers. They were able to diagnose and fix all but one of the things I needed done. They recommended things I didn’t know how to notice. My van pulled left when I applied the brakes. They replaced a brake line. Problem solved. The gage cluster was broken. Found a used one and they popped it right in. To top it off though, I dropped my AirPods on the ground Brandon called me and told me he had them. Good honest team of hard working men over here. You can feel very safe to bring your vehicle here. Good mechanics are hard to find and I feel relieved to have found tts. Thank you Dave, K, And Brandon.

Brought my 2006 Chrysler Pacifica in to get my wheel bearings, inner tie rod ends and sway bar end links replaced on both sides. The went well above and beyond. Im very appreciative of the work done by the guys here. It was a total 360 from the place that my car was sitting at just waiting to be diagnosed. TTSs pricing is reasonable, their customer service is superb and they are timely. I appreciated the day-to-day update of the repairs being done on my vehicle although my car only sat there for 3.5 days whereas my car sat in the other shop from Tuesday to Tuesday without being looked at. I plan on going here from now on with any car issues that may arise.

In my opinion, the owner of this place, David, was basically a jerk to me, both before and after the overpriced service.Id suggest hiring a nice person to work your phone and counter if you cant communicate properly (and nicely) with the public. Perhaps this place doesnt want or need new business but theyll take your money and do it with a huge attitude. I had downright awful experience with David.Theres a billion places to spend money on your car, so do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely.

Brain surgeons in disguise. Just had diagnostics run on my F-150 by Steve. Without going in to detail it was a difficult situation. Steve traced it to a fuel pump and did an excellent job replacing it. I watched this guy work and he is brilliant. He really could have been a brain or heart surgeon if he had chosen that field. I actually think what he does may be more difficult. TTS is highly recommended by me and any one else I know needing auto service. Thanks.
