I picked up a USB cord to charge my Samsung tablet with and I asked the clerk if I had the right one for a Samsung. He says “I don’t know.” I said “okay well can I open the package and try it to make sure it fits?” Clerk responds “no”. He didn’t offer any help at all. He was playing on his cell phone and was annoyed I asked for help. I said “well that doesn’t help me” and I left. Very rude. Terrible customer service.

Cashier was very pleasant and answered all of my questions! I was very happy with my purchase of a mint-colored hoodie, too. It was only $24! Totally recommend this store if you want some Charlotte merch. Everything else is a bit overpriced.

Just had a really weird experience there. 6:30pm Monday, April 12. Bought a book, went to the register and the first thing the guy says to me is “You got cash?” I was so confused, and asked if they preferred that and he said $20.00, since the book was $18.99 and the total would be $20. I didn’t get a receipt and I don’t think he actually rang it up. Just a heads up.

Travel through Charlotte a lot and use this store to buy books. You buy one for full price but if you bring it back you get 1/2 off on a different book or half your money back. Thats where the trouble starts. The clerks in the store arent prepared to do returns. They have to call people or find someone to show them how. Not fun when your flights boarding while they bungle the process. Use with caution.

Good selection of books. But they have a loud audio feed from several TVS .Totally distracting for book shopping.
