Fast and fair! They patched a nail hole in my tire in no time flat - and on a Sunday of a holiday weekend without an appointment. Couldn’t have made it back to where I was going without these guys! Very professional, great attitudes, and extremely helpful. For the patch and swapping it out from my dummy tire it was only $25. Well worth supporting this shop! Thanks again for all your help! I will be back!

DISHONEST company! On a Friday night, close to closing hours I went to get service just for my tire to be patched. They said they couldn’t patch it and I needed to get a new tire. Long story short, they rammed my tire stud on too tight causing it to break and the merchant/owner did not want to take accountability or responsibility for their actions. He said he would refund my monies but didn’t hold up to his promise and even tried to negotiate my problem to be fixed in which they caused with MORE MONEY. The tire they provided to me wasn’t even the correct tire size so they put a smaller one on which explains why they rammed my lug nut in. I still had to get a new tire from another business and pay for the lug nut and labor of no fault of my own because of BINGO USED TIRES negligence. Quite comical if you ask me so I DEFINITELY don’t recommend this company to anyone. Considering this is a family business you would think they would be more understanding but they really are just out for the money as I wasted $60.00. Keep in mind, it’s not just about the money that I lost but the horrible customer retention/service. They aren’t BBB accredited either so couldn’t file a complaint but will gladly place my review on this business for others to be warned.

Took me in on a Sunday, no other places open. Wife needed a new tire to get to work and they had it and changed 2 within an hour. Good price and good tires, good amount of tread on them for the price, quick service and nice staff. No issues so far, can update in the future if anything but really glad with the service here.

Great service and theyre open on Sunday! Where else can you find emergency tire service on a Sunday afternoon. I was impressed with their knowledge and how quickly they worked. Hard work should be recognized. They will be my new go to place for tires and service.

If you are having tire troubles this is the place to go for new and gently used tires. Tired of the national chain this is the place for you. In addition they perform tinted windows and oil changes. I highly recommend Bingo tire & auto repair.

I came here bc of the “good” reviews & all I needed was a tire patch which just had a nail in it. Yes they’ve patched up my tire but turns out, due to their negligence, they’ve damaged one of my sensors. I should have known something was up when the man struggled a bit to put my tire in and used excessive force bc after that night, my tire light has been blinking. I went to the mechanic to have my car serviced and the same exact tire that this place changed is the only tire’s sensor that needs to be replaced. Bc of a small $25 quick fix on a tire, now I’m stuck having to get it replaced for almost $200. Come here at your own risk.

Best used tire shop I have been to in a long time. Friendly and they make you feel like they have known you for a lifetime. Great prices and quality work. I will b coming back here everytime I need tires. Thank you guys so much for your time and hard work. See you next time.

Worst customer service. Came in for an oil change. The only people working were in the back. I walked back to let them know I was there. Waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me. When he finally did come to help, he took my keys, drove my car around back and I assumed he was dog my oil change. 30 minutes later I look up on the security camera and see my car sitting around back in the parking lot. No one had been working on my car the entire time. Joke of a business. I guess they dont care about their customer service. Lost me as a customer and hopefully others heed this warning.

I had a 5 stars experience at Bing Tires & Auto. They are very knowledgeable about the work they do. Great service! No, wait time on Saturday. They have my recommendation and I will do business with them again.

They are liars who dont want to help you.My service provider called an hour before they closed and to ask them to wait for the wreaker driver to bring my car we where 58 miles from home on the side of the road with 2 children and it was 9:00pm at night they not only lied about the time they would wait but left 18 minutes earlyWe stayed on the side of the road over 3hours for help DONT LET THEM HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU EILL NE DISAPPOINTED.

Had a used tire put on and they didn’t tighten my wheel all the way and my lug nuts and studs ended up damaging my wheel nuts and lugs

If I could give Bingo tires a sixth star, I would. They did an incredible job with my window tinting and tire service. They were the only shop open on a Sunday, which says a lot about their dependability as I needed a new set of tires for my drive down to Florida the following morning. ( The window tinting was such a great price that I couldnt help but indulge in a little treat for my car!) The owners were extremely friendly throughout the entire process and gave me a good laugh. Would definitely recommend to anyone in North Carolina!

I think it was mr. Bingo that I talked with but if so hes really respectful, friendly and courteous. I went there to get some air in my tire but on the other hand he advised me about getting another time because the one that continue to have a leakage problem it was not plugged properly, no matter what Im going back and get the hookup, all I got to say is hey this is a hell of a good place to do your business with.

Do not go to this place for major repairs, I REPEAT do not go to this place for major repairs. i went to Bingo tires to have my lower ball joint replaced, the owner said they can do the job, they took 2 full days to complete the repair, once i got my car back I IMMEDIATELY experienced loud noise from my car while drive, i than drove back to the shop and the owner said he cant look at it again at that moment but wanted me to come back the next day!!! i did not, i than had PEP BOYS take a look at my car, pep boys explained to me that BINGO TIRES damaged the upper ball joint and did not reattach the heat shield. THIS COSTED ME AN EXTRA 70.00 for the upper control arm and ball joint part, 90.00 for the repairs. they did install the lower ball joint correctly but damaged other components. DO NOT GET MAJOR REPAIRS AT BINGO TIERS IT WILL COST YOU!!!

Satisfactory experience overall. I got a good tire and it was a very convenient Sunday afternoon visit. The owner seems to be a great business man. I had an issue with his employee, Tye, but the owner quickly fixed the problem without any argument. I DO recommend this place, I will go back in the future. The owner is friendly and will take care of you, JUST AVOID TYE. Tye charged me his own extra fee for work that he, in the end, claimed to not have time to complete. Overall, youll be happy with Bingo.

Had my car motor replaced and bingo tires did an awesome job runs smooth and no check engine light, and also had my windows tinted. Awsome place to get your car fixed I recommend this place.

First off, they weren’t open at 3pm on a Monday.Besides that, I’ve gotten previous service there and the guys were confused on the tire sizes and realized they only had 1 that I needed instead of the pair that they told me they had and quoted me for.Rather than let me know, they put the one good tire on. I wouldn’t went somewhere else because that didn’t solve my problem. Both tires had terrible tread. So the one that stayed on that was almost done would’ve been pulling on the other, wearing that one out. I asked them to just put the old one back on, I’ll go somewhere else where they have the pair. They told me that they destroyed the tire and couldn’t put it back on!I provided my number and they promised to at least call me by the middle of the following week, saying that they would have the match in. Nothing!!!!I called once towards the end of that week and they blamed not having it on the storms up north. Okay. That was in over a month ago and I still have yet to hear from anyone at Bingo.Terrible service!

If you go here looking to get your windows tinted, DONT. And if you do, when you see Adam (long hair) know that your windows will not be done correctly. When you see Adams dad (older guy with glasses) know that once Adam messes up your windows, he will not refund you and look at you clueless. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere.

Do not go to this company because they will take you for your money. I went to them to get my car fixed and was told by my mechanic something was wrong with the car. When i brought this to the owners attention after a month, he induced me into believing that nothing was wrong with my vehicle and claimed that they treat their customers right. I believed him and after a year I went to get my car checked out and the same part they fixed on my car was the same part Midas told me i needed fixed again. I called the company and told them the issue and he asked if i had the receipt. He made it seem like as if i was lying about the situation but i was not. Please keep your receipt, this company will try to pull a fast one on you to avoid paying someone back.

My tire was flat my bf had bought the tires. Just showed them the receipt and they changed it free of charge. I will definitely be back.

Got 2 front tires on a Sunday and had to bring my car back Monday because they didnt balance them right and my steering wheel was all shaky. When I brought my car back I asked to have my front brake pads done since the brake guy wasnt there Sunday. Told them if the brake pads didnt cost more than $40 then replace them. When I went to get my car they charged me $72 for just the front brake pads on top of the $50 fee. The manager said well his mechanic didnt tell him that. Didnt even try to offer anything for especially since I had to bring my car back. I would never use them again. Just beware or bring your own parts.

Terrible service .. took them 45 min to try and change the tire and at the end they didnt change it when we questioned why was it taking so long he gave us terrible attitude didnt explain anything.. took our tired down put some air and set it back on the car without explaining or apologizing also he didnot had our size tired to begin with and pushed a diferent size so coming back ever dont recommend it.
