I brought my 2011 Honda Accord there to get brake pads. I’m thinking everything is okay but I needed roters also on the front of it, so I brought my car back to my hometown to get my roters and the guy called and said my brake pads were put on backwards EVERYTHING!!! So my brakes had to be taken off just for my roters to be put on right so they wouldn’t eat up the brakes.. I wouldn’t recommend getting major work done there.

I was with my toddler, 30 minutes away from home, tire got a nail in it, I went to one place they were open, but said no because it was close to closing time. I went to Swami, he was already closed, I asked him to help me out so I can get home, he said ok no problem have a seat, within in 20 minutes he took care of it and had me on the road, he took care of me even after closing thats what you call customer service.

Ive been getting my vehicle serviced here for many years. I would never have thought on my last visit they would incorrectly fix my vehicle. I had a check engine light flashing and was told I need spark plugs and sensors. When finished my vehicle was shaking from front to rear, a foul odor coming inside my vehicle as well as I was losing power. They told me I needed gasket repair and possible an engine. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and was shown where the mechanics at Swamis put plugs in wrong ports. I showed the new mechanic the estimates from Swami which ran from $650 to $1100 worth of work to get my vehicle back running. The new mechanic fixed the problem and charged me nothing. I do not trust this shop and after many years makes me question previous repairs I had where the prices were estimated high. They lost a good loyal customers as well as the family and friends I referred there.

Awesome experience so far.I had Honda Accord 1998 and I drove 225,000 miles and was able to sell it even after that, just because of great service by Swami.

They are extremely professional and any issues you have with your vehicle is immediately assessed and a quote is provided the same day.

Poor customer service. Disrespectful to customer.Visited this place for an inspection. I been asked to pay $30 while making payments I just said I paid $25 last time. Then The owner/manager was absolutely rude he said don’t come here if you don’t like it... i didn’t ever talk to him, I was talking to the cashier. Truly disappointed and Will never visit this place ever again.

Went there week ago to repair my rear bearing, cars moving smooth, great customer service and friendly, discount was given, really amazed.

For inspection of my car I went to the dealership. They found an issue related to socks. They were asking $438.00 incl tax. It was big $. I took my car to Swami Car Care. A gentleman explained me the problem and gave me $40 discount coupon to by parts. I got parts for $120. His labor charge was $60 and the inspection fee of $30. So, $210 was enough to fix the car. I saved around $210. I recommand everyone to go and see them for all car issues.

Visited this place for an inspection on a Tuesday and it was Horrible! The owner/manager was absolutely rude and short with me. My car passed inspection but he was trying to convince me to repair this and that saying that he didnt have to actually pass the car since one of my tires had a small slither of inside wear, etc. Will never visit this place ever again and I suggest all of my Charlotte drivers do the same.

My car failed inspection due to check engine light. Took it in. They explained the couple of things it could be and why it could be more than one thing. Started with what they thought would fix the problem. It worked. Cost me less than $100. Great guys!
