So my friend when in there without a license and he told her that the only thing she needed was money and 2 min later I go in there and he says I need a license to buy

DON’T waste your time driving if you live far because you HAVE to be a licensed technician to shop in this store. They really should put that somewhere so people aren’t wasting gas. Luckily I called prior to even going due to past reviews being bad and explaining the exact situation I just described. I asked must you be a licensed technician the woman answered and quickly said yes I HAD to be licensed. So save yourself time and a headache ladies and even gents. 2021 and still no update about this absurd logic.

The owner did some demonstrations for some nail art projects. Most of the products were normally priced but anything that had to do with nail art was quadruple what you would pay online...

Best nail supply Ive been to. They have everything. Awesome customer services and excellent prices. Folks if you cant decide on where to shop definitely come here. I highly recommend!!!

A great place for licensed nail techs to shop, its like a candy store.

I’ve been with this store for so long. I’ve NEVER EVER had a problem. They are nice, helpful, and ready to answer questions. They are not prejudice they are just insuring John Q. Public does not have access to what we as professional nail techs work hard to get. I understand that. Thank goodness we live in a free country where you can shop where you like. Amazon, Sally’s, Monaco, or where ever suits your fancy. So, if you don’t like the way they do business you don’t have to shop there.

Didnt get to shop, its for licensed beauticians and nail techs. They should put this in the title. For example Pro KS Beauty Supply.

Theres several places you cant go because the products are for pros only!!! The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is they need to have prices on everything!! I am constantly asking how much something is.

Small place but has almost everything you need. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is because the website operating hours are not accurate because I checked online and it said that they were open when I got there no one was there. I made a trip for nothing and was upset because I needed supplies. But other than that it is a great place.

Very nice place and friendly atmosphere. I felt as if they didnt treat me different because of the color of my skin, I tend to have that problem with a lot of nail supply stores. I love that they show you exactly how to use product!

I usually come to this store for nail supplies. I am a licensed nail technician and the owners know my mother who is a licensed nail technician also (for 13 years) They always see I come to the store with her. I recently came to this store to quickly pick up a few supplies for my salon, and the employee, kept asking if I had a license. I told him yes. Then I was waiting to ask a question and he ignored me . I was looking for a Milky White Gel Powder. I didnt know at the time what powder it would be and I asked the same guy and he just gave me a catalogue, so I ended up buy a color that wasnt transparent as I wanted it to be. I was then waiting to check out. I only had the gel powder and a regular nail polish. I was waiting for 15 minutes. There was a pregnant lady behind the counter who looked at me and saw me waiting but just continued talking to a different customer. You cant see who works there because apparently they let anyone go behind the register or I guess they want to ignore people. A man who does the unloading of boxes had to ring me up since he saw that I was waiting for 15 minutes. He asked me 3 times for proof I had a license. Who carries a nail technician license if I have it posted up at the salon where I work at? I looked myself up online and gave him my ID. I came a couple days later and I got asked again for my license. This is unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this store. I would rather drive 30 minutes to a store where people aren’t as rude and irresponsible. They have poor customer service to people who arent asian. Go to Monaco on Central Ave. Its better and people aren’t as irresponsible

This place is HORRIBLE! Horrible service and horrible prices (things you find in this store for a high price can be found on Amazon) ! After being in the store for 10 mins looking for what I needed, the little man says “We don’t sell to the public” ( I’m guessing bc I am black and not korean, japanese, chinese, etc.) but then he continues to harass me while shopping to see my “nail technician license” and i showed him so that he would stop following me around the store like I was stealing . After that ordeal I asked another man if they had the No.2 nail in stock in the back and all he could tell me was that “it was on back order” like he had even went to look ( Rude and nasty attitude). DO NOT GO HERE, I like to go to Monaco Nail Supply on Central Ave or simply just shop on amazon, they’re very friendly and nice, this is my main store I go to since it is so close to my job and they know me by face and are ALWAYS willing to help me out and I have NEVER had to show my “nAiL TeCHnIcIAn liCEnSE”! I just want this nail supply store to know YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY NAIL SUPPLY STORE IN CHARLOTTE! Thank you & good day!

Nice selection. Kinda rude when I first walked in one guy asked of I needed help I told him what I was looking for he asked if I had a license I said yes then another guy walks over and asked me if I had a license (not sure if he didnt hear the first guy) asked if he could see it then told me it was fine but never answered my question... There are also little to no prices marked on the product

Beware: they apparently only sale to wholesale buyers. Walked around to find the item I needed and when I tried to check out the man behind the counter said how can I help you? I said I just need to buy this and he said we dont sell to public, Ill take that backhe took the item I was holding and I left...I think they should have a sign at the door because this place looks like you could buy anything you wanted and then it feels as though you are being refused service/being discriminated against

I walked in the guy said wholesale only but i see another asian guy walking around clearly just buying a few items. then this guy asked me if i have a nail license which i do but who carries that on them its stays in the salon. i told them u can look it up online. i just became irritated and left. its 2 difficult just to buy gel polish.

Advised that I have my cosmetology progress details and one of the employees said immediately you no buy here.

Being told we dont sale to you people with out a nail tech license Really felt like it was something racist, because the both of us were black females and the male that works there is coming at us shouting at us because of a no license, something is not right, it was very rude and disrespectful, if you guys dont sale so anyone with out a license it should be said when someone walks in the door or a sign somewhere on the door or something where on the website, I will not return ever again, even after I get my nail tech license

Dont go. They no longer sell to the public! Must be licensed to purchase from them. Thats just not smart! It moved to Clanton road exit in the business park right off the exit.

Every single time I come to this location he’s harassing me about having a cosmetology license. The first time I came I showed him my license & every time after that he’s telling me I don’t have a license we only sell to licensed nail techs. I’m trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but I’m a black woman so I’ll just leave that there.... I will never be back to this location!!
