I went in to try and switch my service. The sales associate Lucero was very unhelpful. She didnt offer much assistance and was not friendly at all. She doesnt need her job.

I tried to switch services but said I had to be present in the store. Due to health concerns I cannot go out during the pandemic. They were unable to make any accommodations which is very disappointing.

I went there today 12/22/2018 to buy 4lines for 4 free phones for 100 dolar a month. I only need an iPhone 6s, iphone 6splus and stylo 4. The actual total for service, activation fee and 6s plus 99$ at the time all together is $260 + tax arround the stores in Virginia. The store manager Jassica moline ( pardon me if spelling is not right) at the time wants me to pay insurance and for phone covers and screen protectors etc they called it a bundle ($365+ tax). Which we can opt not to take it. Even customer service agent from metro pcs talked to the store manager, still she refused saying there are other customers who will pay extra money to get it. In order to get all these I have to drive 1 hour to the next nearby store which is in Richmond.I even was willing to pay them tip because they hold iPhone 6s and 6s plus for me .I just want to say please do not get into these type of scams. It’s a simple knowledge if you go online you can see in online deals. They don’t say nothing about the insurance or so called “bundle “. These people are such liers and they way she told me feel like they are so confident that they will get customers who will pay money for this nonsense.
