The best coffee in Charlottesville is just outside the city in a gas station market. Yep, you read that right.Mudhouse Bellair is in the Bellair Market. Its a small coffee stand brewing their own coffee to order. My wife and I went on a Sunday morning and there was a healthy flow of people. Because of that, it took awhile for us to get our lattes since there was only one person working.Despite that, it was an excellent experience. My wife ordered a decaf latte and the froth was perfect. The beans well roasted. My spiced maple latte was unique, bold, and balanced.The space itself has a few tables inside and outside and the other stands within the market are worth it (especially the breakfast taco stand).

Ask for tuna fish salad at the deli. They said they would make it for me and it was very quick.Everything I have ever had at the market is just amazingly wonderful. Its a favorite place to go.👍
