SHERNITA IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF THIS. She is the kindest most helpful human being you can hope for, especially when dealing with a lousy move and annoying husband. She actually wants to help, a rare and unique quality in customer service these days.I could not be happier with how far out of their way Shernita and Penske have gone to help me. It is worth the 50 extra bucks to have the non ghetto rental experience. Saved my sanity, maybe my marriage, THEY EVEN HAD DONUTS.TEN STARS
