I have been working in the custom cabinetry business for 10 years and Connolly is the company we always use for very unique pieces. EVERY time I have to call there, the older woman that answers is THE rudest person I have ever had to deal with anywhere or anytime. I wonder how much business they lose because of her. I know we only give them what we absolutely have to and there is a LOT they do not get because I dont want to talk to her.

!!WARNING!! Do not use Connolly for your glass needs. Worst experience in my life. The lady who answers the phone is rude and made it seem like I was an ###hole for having the nerve to call them for assistance. Then, dealing with them was even worse. Took my glass top and business somewhere else.

It was great, They have great quality class.

I have a 4 beveled edge glass panel coffee table. One of the panels broke so I took another one to the nice folks at Connolly glass to get the broken one replaced plus a spare. I paid the very fair price, they took the panel, and I got a call less than 24 hours later saying the glass was done. I picked up all 3 panels wrapped together with glass pads between the panels. I got home, installed them, and nobody can tell the difference. Fantastic job and a great experience. I will definitely be returning next time!
