Mr. Ricky helped my husband and I pick out a new adjustable mattress this evening. He was very patient and helpful explaining the different Mattress styles and materials. Mr. Ricky demo the different beds and even humored my husband allowing him to try the most expensive adjustable bed just so he could see the difference. The store is very compliant regarding the COVID-19 policies, they disinfect the store and Mr. Ricky used a mask the entire store visit which as he is a glasses wearer it can be an inconvenience. Also mattress firm offers a 10% military discount. If you are just looking and need information or reassurance Mr. Ricky is the person to see.

We just moved to the area and needed a mattress quickly. We enjoyed our experience with Ricky Johnson as he helped us pick a good mattress and adjusted the price (which was already a sale price) to be in our price range. The July 4th sales are pretty good and the free adjustable base was a nice bonus. Ricky only tried to sell us things related to questions we had. For example, he sold us a mattress protector almost half off when we asked about protecting the 10 year warranty on a hybrid bed. We needed to have someone install our bed for us and he helped us get that taken care of at a deep discount. We would recommend this store especially when you get the chance to work with Ricky.

Buyer beware! This company will rip you off. Bought a $899 mattress but in their effort to do me a favor, I was promised free delivery. However I was told that the computer wont allow them to not charge for delivery so to make it balance out, he subtracted $100 off my mattress making it cost $799.After 30 days I was unhappy with the mattress so I wanted to exchange it. Instead of charging the $100 difference between the mattresses, they payoff the billed price and charge the new. So instead of giving me credit for my $899 mattress I was giving only $799 credit since my free delivery was cleverly deducted. Ended up paying and extra $300 to exchange the mattress ($100 delivery fee and now a $200 cost difference).Before my 120 days was up, I decide this new mattress is still not comfortable and I wish to return it (not exchange) and pay the penalty. To my surprise, I was told I am now stuck with this $1300 mattress and cant return it.Avoid Mattress Firm! Its a con job.

Mike is absolutely awesome. Hes very down to earth and isnt pushy at all. Hes patient and willing to field all questions. The atmosphere at this store is calm and relaxed. Were very happy with our purchase and when the time comes, we will buy our next mattress from here also.

Horrible place, the service is the ABSOLUTE worst. They where awful to my disabled veteran husband and me. The man that works in the store was so completely rude to us I have never seen anything like it before in my entire life. He sold us mattress that we could NOT return and ended up having to toss. Even all the way up to management was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. RUN don’t walk.

We had been in twice to look for a mattress and the one we liked had been sold by the time we returned. We put a deposit on the main one we were looking to purchase. Mind you we were purchasing an additional three mattresses and box springs. After placing the deposit we found a better price on what we were looking for somewhere else. I reached out to the salesman and let him know we decided to purchase elsewhere due to the price difference . When I went into have the money refunded I was met with what I saw as hostility and contention. He was very nice and accommodating when he anticipated purchase but once that sale was not happening he became very rude and it was very unappreciated . Mattress firm has lost a customer in us and my family of 6. As well as any of my family and friends
