After looking at mattresses fir a couple of weeks, I went back to Mattress Firm and purchased the first one I looked at. On my first visit, Walter was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he was not there on my second visit but the sales person there did an excellent job of ordering, arranging for financing and setting up delivery. Even though he was new, he was great! I sincerely apologize for not remembering his name.

Walter was excellent. He used his tablet to identify the right mattress. It was wrong, 😂 but he lead me to perfect one. Got my mattress yesterday and it was the best night of sleep in a long time. I wont need my 120 nights to decide!

I went in on a Sunday, was acknowledged immediately, even though he was currently with a customer. I knew what I wanted, just had a few questions first. My questions were answered quickly and efficiently - I was in and out within 20 minutes!

Mr. David, was very knowledgeable of all the different mattresses and associated accessories, his professionalism embodies; courtesy, exemplary dress, respect, listening, core values, and detailed. I was able to come in share my requirements get fitted and on my way less than a hour.

I’m giving 4 stars solely based on the limited amount of selections for firm/extra firm mattresses to lay on. Jean was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, and for that, I give her 5 stars. She is very knowledgeable of products and materials, was able to give us quotes on two beds that were undecided upon and allowed us time think about and come back the next day before purchasing. Thank you again Jean!

We are happy with our purchase so far but the sales lady was not very professional. There were no other clients in the store but I felt like we were interrupting her time. We weren’t real sure about the mattress we came in to look at but she offered no other options. When my husband and I started discussing some other options she told us we looked stressed out. If it hadn’t been more work on us to shop somewhere else we would have left.

Found aa great matress. Process was easy. The only issue was that it is a little weird having someone watch you lay down. Steppong away for a moment would have been better. But the service was vreat and the lady was very nice.

I would HIGHLY recommend shopping for a mattress at this location. Abe helped me and my boyfriend find the perfect mattress for us as well as an awesome bundle deal. This is the second time we have used this store and will continue to do so. We bought two mattresses this time. The main reason we are so happy this time is the store rep Carlos Toro. Mattress firm was our first stop when my Husband and I were shopping for our king size mattress. We ended up going to a couple of other mattress stores throughout the day but quickly returned because no other store could match the quality or price that mattress firm had to offer. ABE WAS AWESOME! He helped us find the perfect mattress and answered all of our questions without making the experience feel like a sales pitch. He even put together a great bundle deal which included the mattress, sheet set, mattress protector, adjustable base, and two pillows! Couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Highly recommend!

Sam was super helpful. My boyfriend and I went in knowing we were not able to purchase a bed that same day. Sam made sure we were ready to go when the time came for us to purchase. He walked us through the financing process and gave us great explanations of the benefits of the beds we were looking at. He listened to our requests regarding price, quality, and overall comfort and suggested a fantastic bed. I went in an thought I knew what I wanted. Havent purchased a bed in 10 YEARS. Boy has the mattress industry changed. I tried several models and came to my own conclusion about which bed was right for me. Ive had my bed for a week now and I love it. This location has great customer service. I knew what time my set was being delivered. It was on time and the delivery guys made sure it was the right set and that it was set up where and how I like IT.

I started having back issues again, and I also have reflux issues., and I run hot when I sleep. I never really thought about a higher quality mattress solving those issues. I’m glad I went and spoke with Jayme Price. I wasn’t aware of the difference between certain styles. After answering a few questions, I had been given a couple of suggestions on what would help my issues. I was then able to try out a few I the store. It was an eye opener for me. I found a mattress that I liked and an adjustable base that helped with the reflux as well my other issues. A package was put together for me with sheets and pillows as well for a great price. I recommend going to them and spending the time to be educated. It’s well worth it. It took me a while to do a review because I wanted to throughly critique my purchase. I’m completely happy ! FYI What I ended up with was a Beautyrest plush hybrid with an adjustable base. It had the firmness too it but not too much. They always have great deals going on and can will work with you. They have some well known brands not some internet or FB market place scams ! (Been there done that🧐)

As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed by a nice salesperson. They were very helpful and helped me find the perfect bed. I thought I knew what bed I wanted until they made me sample each bed. Much to my surprise they did not try to lie about any of the products. Usually I feel like a fish surround my sharks when I go to mattress stores but I felt comfortable and knew they were being honest about their opinions. Overall great experience! We had some hiccups when purchasing our mattress. Our first one developed a manufacturers defect. The second one had been reconstructed since the first model and after 4 nights had to be returned because it was so hard (apparently the store models have been broken in at the factory). Mattress #3 was just delivered and just like the 3 bears it appears to be just right. Abe was so nice and accommodating about our issues and even the guys who had to deliver and pickup were very accommodating. I would recommend this store highly. Looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight.

Awesome experience. This was the last store we visited after a long day of mattress shopping and they delivered. We were looking at king pillow tops and received $300 off the price because we mentioned we saw the same mattress for cheaper at another store. We also received same day shipping which none of the other stores had and delivery was free. The two ladies who worked with us were great, super friendly and did everything they could to get the mattress cost down to meet our price range. Definitely a fantastic experience.
