Went mattress shopping with my boyfriend today and Mattress Firm was our third stop and final stop. The first two places felt both really pushy and disinterested in finding a mattress that best fits our needs. Lindsey helped us out and was absolutely amazing! She made us feel comfortable and really was interested in meeting our needs. 10/10 recommend, we were in and out of there in 30 minutes with the perfect mattress!

Excellent customer service. There are often things out of our control and the way we react to them makes all the difference. We had an unsavory isolated event take place but after communicating the issue Jeffery and Lindsey made it right. We felt herd, validated and appreciated as customers and definitely recommend others go see them at either Greenbrier or Redmill.

Bought a standard queen set and added delivery with disposal of my old mattress. Salesman was great, no pressure and very efficient. On the day of delivery the foundation was damaged and I was 10 minutes away from home. Driver called and stated he couldn’t deliver to my teenage son (totally understandable). I told him that I was going to come home but he would have to return it anyway since it was damaged. He knew it was damaged when he picked it up, I have no idea why he thought he could deliver it. So he starts arguing with me on the phone and hung up. I called Mattress Firm back and arranged delivery 2 days later. They never showed up. I called back that day and stated that all the trucks were out, and they could deliver in another 2 days. Fine. Two days later another driver calls me 3 hours before delivery and says he will be there in 25 minutes. I told him he’s not supposed to be there for several hours and I am out. He says he had cancellations and he’s going to deliver now. Figured he probably pulled the same thing for hos other “cancellations.” Finally got them, had to tell them several times to remove the old mattress and foundation. Would not buy here again.Also tried to leave review on their site and it got deleted. Super shady.

Mattress shopping can be a difficult and a tedious experience. Fredrick our salesperson was patient, friendly, COVID safe minded, and provided many options for my husband and I to get the best mattress for both of our sleeping needs. (Read whole review) I had a very unhappy experience with another sales associate at this location. I wasnt unhappy until I went home and really looked at my receipt and compared it to the website. I let the associate know that the price online was much less than in store while at the store and he told me it wasnt the same bed. That the best online was a foam bed and they dont have it at the store. It actually was the same bed.... I was also told the bed I was ordering that I tried in store was a hybrid and it was actually that same foam mattress... However. I am still giving a 5 star review because Fritz who I have dealt with in the past was able to fix my problem by doing a price match for me and doing an exchange for an item to make sure I made the appropriate purchase for my needs. He also saved me a lot of money. Fritz also sold us another base for our new mattress at a great price. Great customer service. Way to make it right.
