The personnel leave you less than flat. The girl who helped me had never scooped a cone in her entire life. Asked and paid for a double scoop cone and after 5 agonizing minutes, was finally handed the worlds 2 smallest scoops basically amounting to 1 scoop. No training but any management, obviously! Very sad. Won’t be back!

Called to ask a simple question about an order I made. The person who answered pretty much told me I would get whatever they gave me and hung up the phone.

The employees are nice and easy to work with. I like the area in which the Baskin Robins is located. They always have great new ice cream flavors and some really good veteran flavors as well.

I didnt like the good tasteless. Thewsiter wasnt that great either.

Incorrect closing hours says on google maps 22:00 but at the store there is a sign that says 20:00 this is BS

The only reason I gave it a three stars cuz the lady at the counter was nice. There were two people in the back, but nobody came to help the poor lady at the front. We had to wait for a donut service because the one lady at the front was doing ice cream. The place was not clean, it was just dingy looking and run down. Not very many places to sit. I would not go back, was not impressed.

Wonderful place as always. Best all around ice cream! Great selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Ive been a customer over 10 years and the only time I was disappointed was when I was pregnant and they had run out of cookie and cream ice cream. Otherwise, 100% satisfied every time. Enjoy!

I stop in to dunkin alot. Todays visit was not great. Said hello, got mo response. Ordered, paid, and moved away. Order came, was extremely messy. Employee took one swipe at the cyp with a napkin, and pushed it towards me. I tried cleaning it. After about 10 napkins, called him over asking for a bigger cup? Different cup? Something to make it work. He took the drink, sounded as if he poured out some, and shoved it back. Sticky and now less of a drink. That employee obviously did not want to be there. Not the usual great service we get at this location.

I couldnt use my employees discount at this location witch was bad. Had to pay full price. The soft serve icecream machine doesnt work and that hasnt been fixed an its going on 2 years its been out of order. But I really like the lady that helped me, she made it work.

I would love to leave a review on the service I received but they closed at 857pm when the sign and the site states they close at 10pm. I asked the associate as she was leaving and she said they just changed their hours but havent updated anything. The sign on the door still shows closing at 10pm everyday. I guess the new hours are til 9pm on weekdays.I realize I showed up late but was expecting at least an hour of business prior to closing.

I love Baskin Robbins!!! The Coconut ice cream is the best!!! And the prices make it an ideal spot for a cold tasty treat!

Just there, the eis selection is minimal, half if the cooler is empty and for the rest, not.much... a big disappointment. My first and last visit.

Excellent product and great customer service. This is our go tofor ice cream and shakes. Prices are much lower than Sonic.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my first visit and plan to go back again.

I love their ice cream when I want good ice cream and dont want to go to super market.

Inside eating is more like it. They too have wholesome ingredients.

Terrible service. Everything i ordered was incorrect. The non English speaking lady couldnt make anything right. Dont bother coming to this location, youll leave extremely disappointed.

Great staff and ice cream. We were just a bit concerned for the employees after seeing black mold in one of the ceiling tiles.

Donuts werent fresh midday but, ice cream was good!

This dunkin doughnuts sits in front of a hotel. Krispy Kreme is across the st. The team here are ok. But dont expect bend over niceness.. They are friendly. They are fast at times. The resturant is clean.
