While having an accident was an extreme inconvenience, CDE on 57th and Western made the repair process smooth. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The representative that provided the estimate walked me through the process. I was able to get into a rental at the CDE location. The representative, John, kept me informed as the repairs were being completed. They completed the job in less than a week. I would definitely recommend this CDE location.

They were very professional.. the work looks quality we’ll see with time. I took a little longer that I expected but not sure it was their fault but more of a foreign car part time issue. They were very courteous throughout the process with daily updates on progress.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . The only professional and kind people here are the receptionists, they’re the only ones with good customer service . Chris and John both extremely rude, way overpriced for the mediocre job that is done here . Definitely check out the other shops around because this one will just drain you for the money and labor .

I had my windshield and hood replaced. After getting it done I noticed that the black trim was coming up. I took it back and they fixed it, then it started peeling up again. When you get work done, make sure you check your car thoroughly to make sure that they put everything back in place the right way. Im hoping that they fix it well this time where it wont keep coming up.

I took my car here after an auto accident and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’ve had other experiences with other collision centers and this is far and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. They give you daily updates, they detailed my car after fixing it, and we’re done hours before they projected. Not to mention the friendly and professional staff. I hope I don’t need collision repair again but if I do, I know this is one thing I won’t have to stress over.

I was so hurt, my brand new car got hit.. i thought it would never be the same. CDE did an amazing job repairing my car. now it looks and drives like it did the day i drove it off the dealership lot, they kept me updated throughout the whole process and it was ready the exact day they estimated it would be done. This was an insurance claim and it was handled with professionalism and complete courteous service. I was extremely excited they completed the job 2 days ahead of original schedule.

I was sent by my insurance for an estimate, Jessica answered the phone and in a very condescending manner she laughed at me and told me they dont do insurance estimates and they wouldnt have a spot to fix my vehicle until November 3rd. When I called my insurance again I was told they are supposed to do that estimate for me since they are contracted with state farm. I decided to go to a different shop since customer service is this bad, I cant imagine how good theyll be fixing my car. I got attitude for something my insurance set up for me. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

The customer service is absolutely perfect. I was always informed at regular intervals, the staff was detailed and specific, and the work done was perfect. My vehicle looks brand new again!

They worked closely with the insurance company and recommended most essential extra repairs (2003 Corolla). They were very patient and also advised if something was not worthwhile. Decided to give this place a try based off the reviews and I am very glad I did. Paid for some body work out of pocket and got the same professional service I would have if I had went through an insurance company. This was really important for me.

Overall an amazing experience!!Nobody enjoys having to take a car in for repairs after an accident, it’s a tedious and stressful situation having to manage with the insurance company, car rental, and taking time out of work to do these things. I was rear ended by a typical Chicago driver. CDE did a superb job working with my insurance company and repairing the damage. They provided constant updates via text until the repair was completed. The rear end now looks as good (or better!) than when I bought it and drove it off the lot (2019). Highly recommend CDE based on my experience.

My experience was totally fine at the beginning when it was time for me to pick up my vehicle It was a nightmare due to the fact I pointed out several issues bro issues that was going on with my car They took the truck back to fix it the errors that I seen and still brought the truck back the errors wasnt fixed correct and my hood of my car is still off you can see its not level I am so upset I am very unhappy with my truck I will be contacting my insurance company Monday morning..

CDE Collision Center have done an outstanding job on my 2015 Chevy Impala. I was concerned about how they would match the paint but to my surprise. it came out perfect. My 2015 Chevy Impala looks brand new. I feel like I took in a 2015 Chevy Impala and got back a 2020. I am just amazed by the quality work and the professionalism of the staff. This place is very unprofessional I dont know what title he have his name is Ryan he didnt explain anything that happend or his pen to my car all he was concern about was money this place is so disorganized I ask for a diagnosis test when I first got there he said ok before I left I asked about the diagnosis test he told me that they dont perform diagnosis test. So who was he looking out for me or my insurance company. This place is so much in dissaray I wouldnt recommend anyone to every have your car work done here

This place is awesome!!!!! They were really nice and professional. Steve was such a sweetheart from the beginning to the end. A couple of parts I needed was on nationwide back order due to GM going on strike and Rob the parts manager called all over and found the parts within minutes. They did such a good job my car looked brand new again. I am extremely happy about the job they did as well as them showing excellent customer service.

Took my daughters 2017 Jeep Wrangler here after she was involved in an accident. During the whole emotional ordeal I was very appreciative of the updates via text messaging and the personal phone calls with updates on the status of her vehicle. Any issues that came about with the insurance company was swiftly taken care of by them. The vehicle itself looked outstanding as if nothing ever happened. I cannot thank enough everyone at CDE who were involved in the whole process. I would definitely recommend them, in fact, I am setting a date for CDE to take care of a dent on my other vehicle!

Had significant damage to the passenger side of my car (2016 Hyundai Elantra). Couldnt open the passenger door and the rear door could open to a certain extent. CDE did an amazing and seamless job. My car looked flawless and you couldnt tell there was ever any damage. I also needed my front plate installed and they were happy to do it free of charge which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this shop if you need body work, and I definitely will go back if needed.

Had an accident Friday 17 January 2020. After getting my insurance claim processed, I was sent to CDE Monday 20 January 2020. The entire Staff were courteous, professional and polite, especially Ms. Angela. I was told that my vehicle would be ready by Saturday 25 January but the work was done before scheduled.
