Needed to get my car towed at night the tow truck driver was very friendly but a little costly he brought it to Elite On Jarvis into there Lot wich made me feel safer to leave my car overnight, the next morning I Spock to one of the mechanics and by the time I got there my car was close to finish. I was given an honest assessment as to what was wrong with my Vehicle with a reasonable price. And I need to add that I was not charged for overnight storage. I highly recommend this place.

Joe was on point and attentive to my questions and concerns. Their prices were fair and reasonable and their work was exceptional. They did a beautiful job on my 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH restoration. Great communication with me throughout the project. Great price and done in a very timely fashion. Joe treated me fairly, listened to my ideas and turned my vision into a reality. Extremely happy to have found a shop I trust and can depend on in Chicago! Plus the fact that it is right on the red line was extremely convenient.

These guys are great. Super helpful, timely and ethical. I had a couple issues with my tire and they took care of one of them and there was still something going on so they helped me out complimentary which I really appreciate.

Joe and the team at Elite have worked on my car twice this year and both times the work was exceptional. I appreciate the quality of work as well as the efficiency at which the work gets completed. The best body shop experience I have come across.

I cant recommend strongly enough coming here. Ive had a few issues with both cars Ive owned while living in Rogers Park and they have been consistently transparent, efficient, and straightforward with me. The team are all delightfully respectful and courteous. I really appreciate that this shop assumes you are curious about learning about your vehicle and will teach you what you need to know with zero condescension.My current car has to have two belts replaced and while its more expensive than I hoped (although thats all on me-- they definitely give you the best price they can do!) I know I can trust the money Im putting in with these guys, because their level of service and quality of work is always invaluable. Excellent work and I will absolutely make sure my car owning friends in the city know about this gemstone.UPDATE: got my car back and its literally like they handed me a brand new hybrid, and they were very cool in showing me the belt that was in my car and exactly what had happened to it. Such a positive experience that couldve been anything but! :)

They did good work on my wife’s vehicle, the only thing I would say is they never called me to keep me updated, I called 3-4 time and half of the time they told me about a delay that I otherwise wouldn’t have been called about if I hadn’t reached out. That doesn’t take away from the quality work but it did factor in to part of the experience.

Great guys here. Weve brought in our old sedan a couple times now; tune up then glass repair. Prices have been very reasonable, work looked great. They seem pretty popular and have no shortage of large fish to fry, big bodywork jobs in the lot, and they still took good care of us very quickly. The staff was very courteous. Glad this is our neighborhood shop!

Cant say enough good stuff about Elite on Jarvis. Ive been coming here for nearly 8 years now .You get twice the service for half the price! They are honest and upfront with what you need to get done, give you a great price and get the job done quickly. I would honestly reccomend this place to anyone.

I got some work done on my car a few months ago and one of the Parts went bad. I brought it back after I found it was under warranty. I even offered to pay the labor again because the last shop that I worked at would charge. I was told it was no need to pay everything with be covered. They called me to pick it up. But I still hear the noise. I just got home and checked. THEY NEVER CHANGED THE PART!!! I marked the part with a yellow X.... pictures coming soon.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Great shop great service I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants there car repaired correct the first time. They dont cut corners, I had my car brought there a few months ago and it never even looked like it was ever in a car accident.

Sorry to say that this place is a waste of your time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They just might say they fixed something, take your money and the problem is still there. Run do not walk away.

This was the best car crash experience Ive ever had! The gentlemen who helped me at this establishment were genuine, kind, and honest about what to expect and what I would be paying for. Which they helped me on as much as possible. The tow truck driver and his wife were so kind to my teary, babbling self post accident and made me feel instantly better. They kept me updated about who would be calling, what the damage was, and they even fixed issues that were not their problem free of cost!!! I tell all my friends to go to Elite on Jarvis for the service and the awesome people working there! Thank you guys!!!

#1 BODY SHOP HANDS DOWN.. THE FUNNY THING WAS MY INSURANCE PROVIDER TOLD ME. ELITE ON JARVIS IS NOT A PROVIDER FOR THEM AND THIS AND THAT THE LIFETIME WARRANTY WONT BE COVERED. LET ME TELL U MY CAR WAS HIT AND TOWED IN AND FIXED IN 9 days. I had a prior accident less damage went to my insurance providers shop which is gerber half the damage took 17 days. Insurance company’s want you to go to their shop so they can cut corners.. elite works for u not them..

Great shop my car came back brand new

I went to have one bulb changed, i made an appointment for the following day, i was told it would be a few hours before I get it back. They are unhelpful. Not a nice place to do business.

Where to being where to being well lets start i was in a car accident 1-10-16 i was towed by rosehill towing & recovery by a guy named patrick my tow was 195 plus 75 for dollies (i have a all wheel drive suv) 150 for a second tow 75 for admin/service&handing 75 plus 4$p.mile (18miles) 72 i was told by patrick that my SUV was going straight to elite on jarvis my tow bill for patrick was 567$i spoke with george and joe at elite george told me on monday i was looking at 737$ to get my suv that is with the 567$ i was told by joe that i was not going to be charged storage fee later to find out that i was being charged 85$ each day my suv was there so on tuesday i told george that i was on my way to get my suv he told that i was not able to get it till wenesday cuz they were (closed) mind u it was 455 when i spoke with him they close at 6 n was told that i had to make a appt to get my car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMER

I had a good experience with this auto repair shop. They kept me informed and I had my car back in a good timeframe looking as good as new.
