I cant say enough good things about Bella Bianca. This was the first place I went to try on dresses and literally the 1st dress they had me try was the one. I was not planning on buying a dress on the first try, but they are that good at Bella Bianca! Madelon was BEYOND incredible. She was so knowledgeable and was able to help me overcome all of my insecurities-she made me feel so comfortable and addressed all my questions and concerns without any judgement. From the very moment my mom and I walked into Bella Bianca, I had an absolutely lovely experience! It was my first bridal appointment ever, and I couldnt be happier to have started the process with the fantastic staff. My bridal assistant, Erin, was so sweet and incredibly helpful throughout the entire appointment. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, and worked hard to find me the right dresses. The store is gorgeous, as is the gown selection. Erin made the whole appointment very enjoyable. I found a dress that ended up being my one to beat for the remainder of my appointments during the day--it really was stunning. Although I did not ultimately end up choosing that dress, I cannot recommend Bella Bianca and their staff enough to future brides. Thank you for such a wonderful time, Erin!

One year ago in early December, my newly engaged youngest daughter and I took a weekend girls trip to Chicago to see the Christmas sights and do a little Christmas shopping. I had researched Bridal Couture in the downtown Chicago area before our trip, and surprised my daughter when we were there, with an prearranged appointment at Bella Bianca to kick off the wedding planning/dress shopping that stretched out ahead of us ... NEVER intending to actually purchase one that day. You can probably imagine how this story ends ...From the moment we walked in to Bella Bianca Bridals we were completely mesmerized. The ambiance was ultra elegant but not imposing or too fussy. The staff was highly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, professional and, kind, and most importantly for us, FUN! Their selection of stunning dresses and designers was truly remarkable and offered an impressive range of prices. My daughter has always been a very decisive, trusts her instincts kind of girl and after trying on about 6 dresses of varying styles and vibes, she walked out of the fitting room in a stunning Ann Barge princess gown and veil that we knew instantly was the one and paid our deposit that very day ... with no other dress shopping necessary, and we have never questioned or looked back on the decision.Our wonderful, awesome, funny, HANDSOME Bella Bianca associate Jim COULD NOT have made the entire process more enjoyable and seamless for us. I momentarily questioned my sanity, being from Atlanta ... which offers a huge variety of wedding gown shops for us to have visited, as well as the logistics of ordering the gown long distance and not from Atlanta where the logistics would seemingly be less confusing, BUT, from pricing to payments, to ensuring a timely delivery and taking countless (and surely some annoying) phone calls and questions from us throughout the next 9 or 10 months, Jim and the entire staff at Bella Bianca were enormously helpful and gave us much peace of mind.In the fall of this year, as the wedding and winter approached in Atlanta, we made a VERY last minute decision to add removable long sleeves to the stunning strapless gown, and so had to rely on Bella Bianca to order the extra lace that would be required for the task. They were incredibly reassuring that they could help out, and jumped right to the matters and hand and got the lace to our seamstress in ample time.On that blustery (later, champagne soaked) morning in Chicago a little over a year ago, I very quickly realized we were in good hands and wed made exactly the right choice in walking into Bella Bianca Bridals that day! I found THE dress at Bella Bianca. They were wonderful!! I worked with Jenna as my main consultant and then Lauren and Madelyn briefly. All were fantastic. I needed some major guidance, but was still pretty picky. Jenna brought so many options, was patient, and so helpful. We sorted through many and finally found the one! She stayed late the next day so I could come back with my sister and friend so they could see and celebrate. I can’t wait to continue working with them until my wedding. Would highly recommend.

Such an incredible experience at Bella Bianca! They’re taking all of the Covid precautions seriously, but I didn’t feel like it impeded upon us having a fun time. Jenna was stellar — clearly she’s a pro and made me and my family feel so comfortable. They have great styles at varying price ranges. Everything feels luxe and elegant.

I flew in from Denver and scheduled 4 bridal shop appointments and Bella Bianca was by FAR the best experience, especially during this pandemic. Their new store layout allows ample spacing between different parties, so they allow up to 4 guests (all others only allowed 2, or even just 1). My BB assistant was Lauren and my god I just LOVE HER. After a minute of me telling her what my style was, she said she immediately knew which dresses to grab for me and told me to cancel my last appointment because the first couple of dresses I try on would be the one... She wasnt wrong! She brought them into the changing room and I knew the dress when I saw it, before I tried it on :)Not only did she make the experience so wonderful but the entire shops staff was so kind, took in all precautions for a safe visit, and made my group and I feel amazing and have so much fun. My style is more bohemian and I almost cancelled this appointment knowing/thinking BB is more couture. I would have been so sad if I did cancel cause I wouldve left Chicago without a dress. BRIDES - PUT THIS AT THE TOP OF YOUR LIST! I also met another bride while grabbing coffee between shops and she said she bought her dress here as well. Seriously cannot recommend this (and Lauren!) enough. Thank you all so much!!

My experience at Bella Bianca was amazing! I worked with Jenna and she was so much fun to work with. She brought my image to life and worked so hard to find me a dress. She was always available via email and even came in for me to try on the dress when she wasn’t supposed to be working. I would recommend any bride go to Bella Bianca!

I had a lovely experience at this salon yesterday. Taylor Rompel was excellent at her job. She was patient and helped me articulate the style of the dress I wanted (which was difficult for me to do on my own). Once she realized what I was looking for was not offered in the salon, she offered multiple recommendations of other salons in the area that carried designers closer to what I was looking for. I was impressed by her professionalism and patience while also showing dedication to helping me find my gown even if it meant recommending competitors.I highly recommend making an appointment at Bella Bianca Bridal Couture :)

Where do I begin?! I cannot say enough amazing things about Bella Bianca, from their incredibly sweet and helpful staff, to their wide range of gorgeous dresses, to the absolutely stunning atmosphere of the salon throughout, I fell in love immediately!I brought my mom and sister to my appointment and we immediately received a warm welcome from their staff. Jim and Lauren were absolutely amazing! Lauren let me walk around and pick out some dresses I liked, which most places don’t do. After describing, though, what I was looking for Lauren already was on the same page and brought me some stunning dresses! So stunning that the first dress I tried on was THE ONE! I am incredibly indecisive but she absolutely nailed it!Lauren has the BEST energy and I’m so glad she was my stylist! A huge thing I was worried about was being able to fit into the dresses the trunk show had because she told me they’re usually a bit smaller. As a regular size 10 I knew I wouldn’t be able to truly try on and zip the trunk show dresses but she still did an amazing job making it work and never once made me feel bad, as if this was a thing they do all the time (even if it isn’t)! Upon deciding I found my dress, she brought us over some glasses of champagne to celebrate!I am so thankful for Bella Bianca as they’ve made my dress shopping SO enjoyable and completely stress-free, which definitely exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be recommending any and all brides to come here!

They changed their guest policy one day before my appointment due to Covid. They already had a policy in place due to Covid when I made my appointment previously. I received this notification in an email, not even a phone call from them. I planned my day around their availability, so my sisters and mom could be there. I canceled my appointment and was able to schedule with Winnie Couture down the street. Didn’t appreciate Laurens tone on the phone and telling me she hopes I come back and shop there when their policy changes??? I won’t be looking for another wedding dress anytime soon. Planning on marrying once. Bizarre comment.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience while shopping for my wedding dress at Bella Bianca. I was first a customer as a bridesmaid and then returned as a bride - quite an exciting experience. I scheduled an appointment for a dress viewing on a Saturday and had to put a refundable deposit down to hold the time because designer Martina Liana was in town for a trunk show. They have a large selection of beautiful and clean dresses. The dress consultants are highly knowledgeable and know exactly how to pull the dresses that interest you. I selected a dress that was displayed on the mannequin in the front window, a dress designed by Martina Liana. When I tried the dress on Martine was there to personally consult with me on the dress and provide custom options as well. It was an incredible experience not only to meet Martine but the entire wedding dress experience. I LOVED my wedding dress! Bella Bianca only offers fittings on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s but it is well worth the high prices and limited schedule to get an appointment with their seamstress because they know the dresses and they way they’re suppose to fit your body. Overall, I would recommend Bella Bianca as they truly know what they’re doing!

I loved everything about my experience here. I visited other bridal shops around the Milwaukee area before finding *the one* and clinking a champagne glass at Bella Bianca. The store is beautiful, and theres a large selection of quality samples. The staff was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Dont hesitate to make an appointment - youll be in very good hands!

Where do I begin! The entire process from the moment I booked my consultation to finding my dream dress was smoother than I could have hoped for. As soon as I walked into the boutique I felt comfortable and welcomed. I felt extremely safe, as they followed all the Covid health and safety guidelines. I had the pleasure of working with Madelon as my stylist, who was so amazing to work with. She made an effort to get to know me and ask me about myself and my wedding plans and listened closely to my feedback on all the dresses I tried on. I must have tried on at least 10 dresses and she didn’t hesitate and kept pulling dresses for me! In the end I revisited a dress I had originally loved, and she pulled the dress and I put it back on. As soon as I put it on we both knew it was the one! We came out to show my MOH and Madelon gave me the opportunity to FaceTime my mother and sister who weren’t able to be with me. After a few tears and some champagne to celebrate, I purchased my dream Galia Lahav dress! Madelon was so professional and kind, I can’t thank her enough for making the experience so exciting for me during these crazy times.

Could not recommend another bridal store after shopping here. They were the MOST helpful I could ask for, never applied pressure, and just showed so much care. Ask for Madelon - she is the BEST!!!!

My experience dress shopping at Bella Bianca was definitely one of the best during my dress hunting process. There were a ton of beautiful designers; the website had a great array of dresses so I went in with some ideas. Lauren K was our consultant and she was hands down my favorite! She was so fun, listened to all my ideas, figured out my vibe really quickly, and managed my entourage like a pro, keeping everyone engaged! Even though I ended up finding the one elsewhere, I would recommend Lauren to any one looking for their dress at Bella!

Bella Bianca was far and away the best experience I had shopping for my wedding dress. I ended up getting the Anne Barge Zelda dress. Everyone there was helpful- and unlike at Ultimate Bride- you are able to view the dresses and get a sense of what you want instead of having one person pull them from the back. I came back multiple times to try my dress on and was always treated with kindness. I highly recommend checking them out. Ashley especially and the salon manager were great to work with. Great lighting in there too!

We had an appointment, and our consultant was Erika Murch. We thought it would be an excellent experience, but we were wrong. She was not helpful at all. Entire-time she was asking about the budget we have and saying that our dresses are expensive and if we can afford or not. She did not let us look through dresses and told us the most there were out of our price and time range, and I know our budget (Approx. $6000) is not a low budget. She hardly brought just one dress out and even did not help our bride to fit it and left her alone. In the end, before we finish our conversation, she opened the door and showed us the exit. I hope no one is experiencing the same on the day everybody’s feeling is good.

What a great bridal shop. Lauren (my consultant) did a fantastic job with my unique style and requests for a non-white gown. While the store didnt have a ton of what I was looking for, Lauren didnt give up and was so good at thinking outside of the box but within my budget! I didnt find the one here but had such a great experience and highly suggest this boutique for those shopping.

Bella Bianca is such a great wedding gown boutique. I just bought my dress from there today and I had an amazing experience working with Ashley! She picked out some amazing dresses for me to try on and really just went with a Hail Mary at the end of the appointment which ended up being the dress I went with. Bella Bianca is not only one of the best selections of bridal gowns in Chicago, it is also the best service. Bella Bianca - specifically Lauren and Jim - created such an incredible EXPERIENCE for me.I was shopping for my gown on a 3.5 month deadline. I had a very vague, lame idea of what I wanted that changed when I saw each new rack of dresses. I was emotional because I was shopping alone, away from my mom (just moved here).And Lauren took it all in stride.First of all, Lauren was the first person in any salon, in any city, in any position or capacity to assure me that we could find the perfect gown and get it here in time. I immediately felt anxiety melt off of me. Champagne also helped.Lauren rolled with the punches, let me switch up my idea of dresses a few times, and brought out more champagne for my overly boisterous girlfriends. We felt so welcomed! I have to mention that Jim and Lauren were both super honest when I debated over different styles and dresses, in the most amazing best friend kind of way, which meant a lot to me since I didnt have a lot of friends or fam around to give feedback.I ended up feeling torn between two Haley Paige gowns and Jim was able to immediately confirm that Haley could rush the production of either dress, which is amazing and Im pretty sure not every salon can do!!! Since I was torn, Lauren encouraged me to leave and sleep on it. She took my measurements and gave me the totals for both. This extra time and no pressure helped me pick the perfect gown!!! I was SO HAPPY with my experience and decision at Bella Bianca!Lauren was so nice in following up after our appointment for accessories (I came back to buy my veil), dress arrival / try on, etc. I have been blown away by literally everyone at Bella Bianca and if I could point you to one place for bridal gowns, it would be here!!!

I went to Bella Bianca for an afternoon appointment with my mom. It was the first day we went wedding dress shopping and we were just looking around before bringing my two younger sisters out shopping with us. We found the dress I wanted at the appointment and they told my mother and I that the dress was 15% off and I would get a free veil if we bought it that day by store close. I basically begged for the discount to extend until even the next morning so I could bring my two sisters in to show them and they said no. Basically, they took away the dress shopping experience from me and my sisters. We ended up buying the dress. The dress came in too tight even though it was measured to fit me. When I complained about this, they measured me again to make sure I basically didn’t just gain weight, which I didn’t so they took care of fixing the dress. The best experience I had was with Brenda from alterations. Basically, my dress was stunning but the rest of the experience was definitely not how I imagined it.

WOW. I had the BEST experience at Bella Bianca Bridal Couture. First of all, its a beautiful store. They constantly have new gowns arriving (I bought my gown from a trunk sale that was only there for that week) and it will never feel stale in there. Dresses are coming and going as styles evolve and change for brides. The store is clean, cute, has great lighting (essential) and is in a great location (I visited the Chicago branch).Whats more important was the service. I worked with Lauren Knutson as my consultant. She was kind, helpful, and offered tips on hemming and bustle (very welcomed advice from this bride who was totally clueless!). She was also honest when I asked for input, and if I didnt trust her I wouldnt have asked, but I appreciated her professional opinion. When I found the one she was right there, hyping us all up, and talking me through if we wanted to add a veil or not and most importantly brought champagne! I was obsessed with my dress. It was such a stunner and I cant help but stare at pictures after.The entire team is super kind and genuine. Thats huge in this industry. I loved working with Bella Bianca. Their selection of dresses was wonderful, and the staff made it so fun to pick out a dress. They were not at all pushy or pretentious as was the case at some other shops, but were very knowledgeable about their selection and designers and truly cared about helping me find my perfect dress. Bella Bianca Chicago was truly excellent. Ashley G. really understood my vision for the wedding. Jim and Bailey were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and emails. My dress is everything I ever dreamed about and more. As others have stated, I came back multiple times to try my dress on so that I could show my mother and future mother-in-law as well as when I was considering purchasing a belt for it. I highly recommend purchasing a dress here. You will not only get beautiful dresses, but also superior customer service. The ladies I have spoken with at the Oakbrook salon regarding my alterations were also outstanding.

I recently went to Bella Bianca Bridal Couture. When I arranged the appointment I gave them my budget and my sizing, they said they were happy to accommodate both. While when I got there, the assistant only have a handful of dresses to show me and repeatedly brought me dresses that were not what I was looking for just because I would fit in them. As a not size 0 bride, but also not a plus size bride, it was incredibly insulting that because I am not paper thin, I was unable to try on any dress other than a massive ballgown. The shop does not have to accommodate everyone, but if they do not, please do not purport to do so.

Expect star treatment and service at Bella Bianca! The downtown Chicago store itself is beautiful and everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. I went to three other bridal shops and tried on gowns before I went to Bella, and I did not find one dress that I felt more than luke-warm about at any of them. When we got to Bella Bianca there were so many beautiful options that I had to choose between them, ended up selecting a gorgeous Anne Barge dress and my group and I were all treated to a champagne toast after saying yes! Erin Sullivan has been so helpful along the way, checks in via email and is always so attentive and helpful with everything I have ever asked!!

In 2014, my sister got married and got her bridesmaids dresses from Bella Bianca and had a wonderful experience.Im getting married in September and decided to work with them again for my bridesmaids. This time around Im completely disappointed in my experience. On July 14th I went to pick up my bridesmaids Haley Paige jumper and discovered that one in came in the wrong color. On August 1st I was informed that the jumper would not arrive till 8/29 to the store. My bridesmaid lives in another state, so it will not arrive to her till 8/30, at the earliest. Im getting married on 9/22. This leaves around 2 weeks for alterations, which will need to happen since the jumpers have arrived almost 2 sizes too big for my bridesmaids. The error of the jumper arriving in a different color than ordered falls on the designer, BUT how the entire situation was handled reflects poorly on the operational and customer service skills of Bella Bianca. Below Ive outlined the reasons why:- I was the one that pointed out to my stylist that the jumper was the wrong color. They should have caught this the minute the jumpers arrived. Inventory is a crucial part of this type of business, why was this not caught sooner? It causes questioning on how they manage and track their inventory.- there was a lack of communication that occurred on their end. Over 2 weeks went by till I was informed when the jumper would actually arrive. Every time I spoke with my stylist I was told shed get back to me the next day with an answer, but received no follow up. I had to contact them between those 2 weeks to see what was going on.- no accountability was taken on their end till the last conversation I had with my stylist. When I first discovered the issue, just a causal apology given to me once by the manager. At one point I even voiced my disappointment and frustration to my stylist on the phone, but it was completely disregarded. No Im sorry, no I understand, no this is what we are going to offer you for the inconvenience was given to me. Finally, during the last conversation was when they expressed that they are sorry this happened and told me the jumper would be refunded.If youre big on proper customer service and the operations of a business be cautious in working with Bella Bianca.

Bella Bianca is a beautiful salon tucked away on Maple Street. I searched in many, many stores throughout Chicago for my wedding dress. Carrie was a delight to work with. She was patient and gave great advice. You can tell she has been in the business for years! Together we found the perfect dress. Since then, Cara has been very helpful with finding bridesmaid dresses and accessories.The salon itself is small, but comfortable and very welcoming. They do not do alternations onsite. Melissa and Natalie, the owners, remember you by name and treat you as though you are the only bride.Go here if you want an experience of a lifetime! You wont be disappointed.

Bella Bianca was a dream for wedding dress shopping! When I walked in I instantly felt like a princess. The dressing rooms and showing areas are beautiful. Bella Bianca accommodated me and all my family from my first appointment to my last. Kylene helped me find the dress I said I Do in and she could not have been nicer. She was so supportive along the way and never rushed me during my appointment. She let me stay in the dress as long as I wanted! She kept in touch through email during the whole process to let me know where my dress was, when my dress and veil came in, and to congratulate me on being married! I went to 3 other bridal salons and this was by far the best :)

Bella Bianca Bridal Couture has a lot of designers and their prices are quite reasonable. I definitely recommend checking them out. But, be prepared. If you find a dress that you cannot live without, buy it then and there.

I had an incredible experience working with Ashley at Bella Bianca. Ashley was extremely patient with me as my vision for my dress took a complete 180 and I left the store with a dress I never dreamed of falling in love with. I highly recommend Bella Bianca. I felt absolutely catered to and cared for from the second I walked in the store until the second I left.

I had a wonderful experience. Erin was very insightful and in tune with what I wanted. Beating the weekend rush and scheduling to attend a trunk show event on Friday was a game changer as we traveled from Boston. It meant we had more time and did not feel rushed.

Kylene was a great help! I found the dress of my dreams here by Anne Barge and they customized it exactly to my size and specifications. I would highly recommend coming here for a bridal fitting!

This review is a bit late but since I purchased from here I think its relevant. The salesgirl was 15 minutes late to my appointment. I didnt mind, I blocked my entire afternoon and my best friend and I used the time to browse(I only had her with me). The salesgirl was apologetic but seemed to be in a bad mood. I knew exactly which dress I wanted prior to coming in so she pulled that one and 2 others (which my BF and I chose while waiting). I fell in love with the HP dress I came in to see but since we only looked at 2 other dresses I asked to see others, the salesgirl told me I would need to hurry because she had other appointments (I would need to hurry because she was late?) At this point I was already pretty set on the dress I came in to see and ended up buying it. I tried on a size 8 (which fit perfectly) but measured a size 10 on the bottom and 8 on top. They recommended I order the 10. I didnt understand why since the 8 i tried on was perfect and this dress was a ballgown so the bottom shouldnt matter as much. We settled on split sizing, 8 on top and 10 on bottom. 10 Because they worried the length would not be long enough (Im 58), I thought these dresses were custom made but I guess not. The dress came in PERFECT (though the waist was slightly higher than the sample I tried on, later I found out I should have ordered drop waist which I suspect was done to the sample). Overall I needed NO alterations. So I am so glad I pushed back on the size. The dress was really wrinkled even after they steamed it but I am familiar with steamers so I steamed it again at home w/o a problem. Also they charged me the wrong price, I noticed the price tag on the sample a couple months later when ordering bridesmaid dresses in Oak brook I pointed it out to them and they adjusted my bill after contacting someone in the DT office. Overall my experience was OK. I didnt feel like the customer service was all that great, hence the 3 stars. Good luck in your dress searches!

I purchased my wedding dress at Bella Biancas Oakbrook location with the help of Kiara, dress consultant extraordinaire! Bella Bianca has stunning dresses but what really set them apart is how warm and welcoming they were each time that we visited (6 times in total between the dress selection, dress delivery, and alteration appointments). Kiara and Geanna always remembered me and my mom when we would visit and had the friendliest, most calming attitude. We were treated like queens :) I also had my dress alterations done at Bella Bianca and cant say enough good things about them- they paid exquisite attention to detail and my dress fit like a glove.On my wedding day, my dress fit perfectly, the dress and veil were both steamed and pressed to a T, and I felt incredibly beautiful. I was getting compliments on my dress all night and couldnt stop smiling- THANK YOU Bella Bianca Oakbrook for making me feel so wonderful on my wedding day!!

The stylist was very rude and pushy. Also brought dresses that were $2,000 above what we had given her as a maximum price for a dress. If 0 stars was possible, thats what this place would receive from everyone in my group at the appointment.

Bella Bianca Bridal (BBB) has the best selection of designer contemporary gowns in Chicago. BBB is one of the main stockists of Gahlia Lahav, House of Couture. I found my perfect GL gown at BBB. The store is absolutely stunning. The girls have done a wonderful job with the setting. I felt like a princess in that store. BBB also stocks fabulous current accessories, ranging from beautiful stoles and designer shoes to modern and intricate hair accessories. I was lucky to have Kylene Cashin as my bridal consultant. I live in Tokyo, so Kylene had to ensure that everything was perfect for my custom made GL gown, including its veil. Kylene spent a great deal of time liaising with me in Tokyo via email and phone. She was patient, kind and showed initiative, meaning that I felt at all times that I was a priority. She went the extra mile for me. She was patient with my many questions from Tokyo asking her for recommendations about everything related to my gown. I was so pleased with her assistance and loveliness that I invited her to my wedding:) I would recommend BBB and Kylene to any bride to be, who like me, was nervous about the whole process! She has great attention to detail which is crucial for the custom fittings and for the gown selection process overall. Also, I found BBB to be quite contemporary compared to the other bridal stores I visited which includes stores overseas. I like BBBs choice of gowns. Chic, elegant and modern. Thank you Kylene and BBB for an amazing experience!

Went here with my sister and even though we didnt end up buying they were sill very pleasant to us.
