Cindy was very helpful at the Chickasha store! She helped me with compatible accessories for my iPhone purchase/activated the new phone and had everything setup and transferred quickly!

I had a scheduled appointment to switch to my own phone line as a new at&t member. My experience was super smooth, educational and extremely easy thanks to Issac Hair! I made an appointment with him so there was no wait whatsoever. He was very patient with me and educated me on everything I needed to know while giving me all of my options so I knew exactly what I would be investing in without any surprise fees! Im beyond satisfied with my purchase and grateful that I made the switch to at&t!

I was in the Chickasha Oklahoma AT&T store on Saturday October 8 2021. I was cheerfully greeted immediately. The two young men that assisted me were Jeff and Chris. They were both very respectful and helpful. Great experience.

I had excellent service and help from Isaac H. during our last visit. I was replacing my wifes phone and he was extremely patient with our questions. In addition to the phone, he helped pick out a case and provided info on the different options for Air Pods that I ended up purchasing as well. Not only did he help with the purchase, he also reevaluated my phone plan and saved us money on our monthly bill while also improving our plan overall (e.g. better data plan, etc). Great, fast, and efficient service all while wearing a mask and being sensitive to the current public health crisis. Id work with Isaac again for sure.

The crew here are very friendly and they always take great care of us. If theres ever any issues they always get it resolved quickly for us. Very informative and helpful. Its our favorite AT&T location that weve ever used. Highly recommend.

ALWAYS A LONG WAIT!! I understand they cant have 10 employees on hand at all times but every time I come in here there is a line of people waiting and only a few workers. If you dont have 2 hours to spend I would recommend going elsewhere

Had a confirmed appointment with the local AT&T store yesterday to upgrade two phones. We went to the store. The doors were locked and no one was there. We stayed for quite a while thinking that someone would return but no one ever did. I even called the store phone number in case it was being forwarded. While we were there another person came to do business also.

I love the employees here at our local store. They have always been so helpful if Ive had any questions or concerns. The human factor at these stand alone stores is the main reason I have been with AT&T all these years. Great customer service!

If I could rate 0 stars then I would, the manager at this store has to be the worst manager to ever exist. I heard how she talks down to all of her employees, and i don’t know how she has any customers since she treats customers like such garbage and talks so down to them. My son came in and was treated awful well Megan the manager was so unprofessional

The person responsible for promoting Megan to store manager has displayed poor judgement. Megan is it too far to walk from the computer chair to front door when greeting customers because the sound of your voice yelling “Be with you in a minute” is extremely unprofessional and quite disturbing. Megan was rude and not interested in listening to me. From what I gathered she was too focused on matching up stories and plotting Very disappointing visit AT&T...that store’s once energetic atmosphere now resembles a funeral home. We switched to T-Mobile

After failing to adjust my plan and service with AT&T to something acceptable by using their customer service phone line, I went into the AT&T store in Chickasha.My customer representative, Calvin was exceptional. He addressed my every need and I will remain an AT&T customer.I couldn’t be more pleased. I won’t bother calling AT&T for any type of account resolution again. It is worth the drive to Chickasha for this type of customer service.There a store manager Donnie was also on site and made me feel like he had known me forever.I really love how AT&T has stepped up their on site customer service

I was in this store Wednesday inquiring about switching providers and there was a grandmother on the couch, she was on the phone and trying to watch her two young grandchildren, visibly overwhelmed. The young dark haired girl, I assume a manager, went over to assist the women, she took over the phone call to handle the problem, while she sat on the ground to entertain the children, she played with them and hugged the little one all while on the phone. It seemed to take the burden off the woman. She assured the woman she would get the problem taken care of and settled down the kids, customer service like that is hard to come by, she clearly cares not only about the business but about the people too.

I was looking for a phone case. While they didnt have one because my model is that new they where very polite and helped me the second I walked in.

Store manager Megan was so rude! She broke into my conversation with the gentleman helping me. All of her comments were inappropriate and made me want to leave. I was going to switch my tv service over, but after dealing with her- no way! She was hateful the employee and myself! The rest of the time in the store she sat around like a slob, yelling hello and never getting off her lazy butt! Several times she took off her mask- but customers are required to wear them. I’m really shocked some moron would ever hire or let alone promote this woman to store manager! What a disappointment!

Initial service was good - but now out of state, service was set up incorrectly and NO ONE will answer the phone at the store! Have called at least 20 times over the past 3 days and no answer at the store! Called customer service and they say they cannot help - we have to go back to the store??? WTH???

Its a nice store. I would say good selection. They can always order things if necessary. Employees are a mixed bag. Some are knowledgeable and friendly while others not so much. Stuff is really overpriced but thats not surprising. Chances are anything they sell here you can find on Amazon cheaper.

Very unhelpful. Everything I said the salesperson called me a liar. I will not set foot in this store again. I will go to a different store in a different town to pay my bill if I have to.

Been in here 3 times each time a dark haired lady ignoring everyone picking up phones, messing with them and putting them back down. Obviously trying to look busy. Stood here my whole lunch break while she acted like she couldnt see me. Worst at&t store ever.

I have been an AT&T customer since 1974. So you can tell that I have been a customer for a very long time. I have always been satisfied with the quality of service from AT&T both with landline and cell phone line. If you are looking for a good phone, and a quality company, you cant do much better than AT&T. Give them a try.

Isaac is awesome. He has helped us both times we have gone in. AT&T their customer service is top notch here in Chickasha.

Always a long wait, customer service reps take FOREVER trying to correct even the simplest issues. Beware of surprises on your bill. For example, I never asked for Visual Voice Mail (VVM) but discovered Id been charged for months for it to the tune of about $20 extra per line, and other gotcha fees. How do you get over $30 in data overages if youre supposed to have unlimited data? Data should be free when its slow as dial up every day after 3pm. Also, 3 lines and a tablet, one phone and a tablet happen to be old & paid off models shouldnt cost you almost $500/month!!!
