I was not physically in the store but my experience was the worst! One of the sales representatives proceeded to allow an unauthorized user to take out a celular device under my name, this was after i stated through a phone call that I DID NOT ALLOWED him to take out a phone, she explained that i needed to be there physically. I then had one of the users on this account advice me that their was a new device added to the account once that was brought to my attention, i proceeded to call the store to see if i could speak to a manager or someone in charge and the lady who answered the phone stated that their was nobody in charge, once i got in contact with someone who i thought could fix this problem stated that the user they allowed to take the phone out was verified by id when that is a total LIE the only authorized user was with me at the time of the purchase. I advise everyone to use any other tmobile store because this store seems to just care about their sales & not their actual customers if i could give it 0 stars i would.

Everyone of the employees are so pleasant to deal with. And the manager Cherokee is such an awesome girl Im glad that I changed over from AT&t so I have some nice people to deal with

Well the service was good at first but it gradually got worse. when we came in to the Chickasha store to get it fixed the girl is sitting down and then just rolls her eyes, we were a little upset cause that was so rude so we did have an attitude but when my stuff hasn’t been loading all week after we’ve already been through this same thing 1000 times it’s just frustrating well it got pretty heated and the girl told my boyfriend she was gonna fight him, after she had been cussing under her breath for 20 minutes . MY MIND WAS BLOWN. Terrible experience. (Didn’t even wanna give it 1 star)

I will never shop at this store as long as there is a unprofessional and very rude! She started hollering at me while she was waiting on other customers. Told me she would not help me! HER NAME IS JAZZ!

Took longer than what it should have but nice service

The ladies were very friendly, and they helped our transition from another carrier to T-mobile smooth! They also helped us get a great deal on our phones!

They have been very good and informative to be able to help me on many occasions. Glad to have them in Chickasha

Stopped by hours said till 8 we were there at 6:30 doors locked. weren’t helped. 2 inside could care less only a star to be able let public know. 🤬

By far one of the best retail atmospheres i have encountered! very positive and upbeat. got me switched over from verizon effortlessly and even took care of all my contacts and picture! they went above and beyond! top notch service!

I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2001, and I have stayed with him this long, because I am completely satisfied with the service they have given me. They have always helped me with technical support whenever I needed it, and have been more than happy to give me a new phone if I had a problem with the old one. If you are looking for a good cell phone provider, I am convinced there is no one better than T-Mobile.

Ronny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And did not try and upsell me to the biggest and baddest he helped us find something that was a useful for us and cost-efficient

We thought we had a great experience in the Chickasha branch, but as we waited for our rebates and free items we were promised it has gone downhill. We cant get a phone call back and all they have done is lie to us over and over. My husband has called customer care at T Mobile trying to get answers and now all the lies told to us in the store are slowly coming out. We met Cody and his district manager at the Blanchard May Daze and they convinced us to come in and upgrade our phones, they would not take advantage of us and would fix our account from the mess the Norman branch made. They cleaned up the mess, but have doubled our bill and made their own mess. I wish I could leave negative stars, but I gave the lowest possible. What a terrible business they are running.

Morgan and Nicole where awesome the store was clean and fun. Happy to have a store in Chickasha and the T-Mobile service has been great.
