Scammers Ive used there service going on 5 yrs now and all of sudden the phone I got with them doesnt support wifi hotspot. They took my money And turned around and are disabling features that you are paying for.

Tonight I called and Melanie C. Answered ~i asked how late they stayed open. She said 8pm in the nicest, professional voice. I told my bf~who was needing the phone. Because he was gonna walk the 2.3 miles. Mind you it was going on 6pm. This kind lady went above & beyond . To help him. Very special person* this lady. And a very good asset to this business. Having to travel to travel to Chickasha (which is 1 hour and 45 minutes one way) several times a month, I decided to purchase a new phone here. I had some issues with the phone and worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot them, however was told I needed to take it back to the store I bought it from since I was within my exchange period. After researching I discovered there was only a 7 day return window, so after calling to ensure I would be able to exchange the device, I left work early to make the 3 1/2 hour round trip so I would make it before closing. I was told that the phone could not be returned because of a tiny imperfection on the screen causing them not to be able to resell it, despite it being defective and despite the fact that it had a screen protector (and case) that was installed at the time of purchase at the store. I understand the employees have to do what they are told to do by their leadership, so I don’t completely fault the employees at the store. While I understand the policy to a degree, there needs to be some sort of escalation process for situations like this. I did everything I could to protect my device. So I’m stuck with a defective phone that I can’t use. I can honestly say that this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had from a customer service standpoint in a long time.
