Good service if you dont tamper with the settings(anything in general) or change things that cause problems which we cant solve or fix ourselves, therefore its a back and forth thing I call a waste of time. Follow instructions or tamper with it wisely is all I know, can say and suggest);

Was able to use credits fo a new phone.
I got the insurance on my boost phone. I dropped it and broke it. Call and filed a claim for a new phone. They sent me a phone that would not work. When I called them they wanted me to file another claim and pay another deductible. Boost would not help. At that time I severed my business with boost.
Was just there. Was in and out in 15minutes with a new phon . Pam and Melissa are great.

Three people working at the store not one clue between them on providing customer service I was able to call boost customer service center and fix my problem with no fee or having to explain my issue three different times and getting asked the same question the other employee asked right in front of them and after twenty minutes of them trying to find the store phone to call customer service I turned around and walked out called customer service was done with problem solved in less than ten minutes oh and I was the only customer in the store if I could give half a star for them being at the store with the door unlocked that would be my review
Rude associate accusing my wife of breaking her phone and causing it to malfunction. Stay away they only sell refurbished phones that work for a bit and then malfunction! Too much to mention. My advice stay away!

Okay from the get-go this was a pretty decent phone service to go through Ive been there a year now at is steadily declined into a puddle of doodoo the Chickasha office is two of them precisely both suck you cant get customer service to their you cant get a SIM card through there you cant pay your bill there fudge do is a stand nothing to buy phone cases from as of March 1st they promise me that Brenda didnt go through with and with that I bought two phones to go with you upgrade well since they couldnt do the upgrade I returned One phone I gave him the phone back I still have not received my money as of today hundred $175 I mean who wants thats a float around not me then to add they act like they dont even know what the hells going on anymore the ones that would even listen the lady at the Boost store in Chickasha Dawn Turpin got what she wanted and then some and me the customer the one that she supposed to be pleasing its still frantically trying to get his money back its not right the customer service when I called them is not going I mean its just as frustrating to do that as it is to go to the Boost store I spent eight hours in the Boost store March 1st to do all this multiple trips to the bank she even had me take a picture of my debit card and send to her it was just drawing out and longer than what it was supposed to be with no customer satisfaction whatsoever I dont know how she got her job but I know a a chimp with Down Syndrome could do a better job and then after the transaction that finally she got her money is all said and done did she have to say hey did you ever get reimbursed for that no now she blocked me off her phone and Facebook so I cant remark on the buy sell trade ads she post I dont know Im surprised that I have called people and I dont know how that I have my receipts in the bank is also like has my back and on my side and like pushing Bastille I should never have this much trouble trying to get back money whenever they got their equipment you know its unreal
Boost Mobile also has easy wireless services I would suggest anyone one SSI or DHS to go visit store and save big money
No customer service, they cant complete one task before starting another.
