To whom it may concern.Last Saturday at the us Cellular store at chickasha Okla;I purchased another cell phone.The associate by the name of Ian has always been so courtes.However this gentleman man my shopping experience so enjoyable.He is kind ;courteous and a good listener to my my cell phone needs.In the future I will recommend everyone I know to us Cellular.

Ive been with U.S. Cellular for years now, but on a bundled line and have never had any issues with customer service what so ever with the locations in the city and Edmond.. But the Chickasha location just ruined that as I ask about some simple numbers, and Im talking basics the guy helping me acted as if he was refusing because I wasnt letting him run my ID and credit score. He became super short worded and avoided simple questions as regards to the basic price of starting up an account with me being the only one on it. He wouldnt help me out what so ever and would cut me off and say well you just need to let me run your ID and credit score. No, it doesnt work quite like that. Terrible customer service Chickasha.

THIS STORE HAS WENT DOWN HILL! Switched to Verizon after the cellsumore team lost there jobs because of a corporate takeover.We did give corporate a chance and they were just intrested in putting down the old crew and trying to force us to upgrade.Cellsumore always took care of us and our family truly going to miss them.

Probably the worst cell experience from one of the most inexperienced staff that I have ever dealt with. They lied over several things and promised things that the company cannot deliver. Do not deal with them. I would go to an actual us cellular store and not these wannabe franchised-owned not-knowing-anything sales staff.

Racist. And won’t help you out unless it’s BENEFICIAL FOR THEIR COMMISSION POCKETS. I worked for cell phone store so I know how that works, basically assumed FRAUD and working just for commission haha save your energy ! A lot of other great stores around, ended up ATT across the street G R E A T CUSTOMER SERVICE, really tried to help us out, not just look out after their pockets and left with Our Samsung S9+ .
