Masks are required when you go inside for everyones protection. They have a great deal of Christmas items and many cleaning supplies and laundry detergents. The store is more organized and does look much better and clean. I was looking for a no salt spice they used to have in the family dollar brand but they were out of it as it is popular and works well for flavoring without adding extra salt. All that aside it is a nice store and looks nice again.

I really hope the nasty clerk who waited on me changes her attitude with the customers who followed me this morning. She was angry over something that I didnt do. She took it out on me. I never said one word to her as she threw my purchase with a very pointed thrust into the plastic bag and with as much force and noise as possible. Her interpersonal soft skills need remediation.

Never open! When you look up on the internet to see the times they are open, it says they are open, wasted trips to shop there, always a lame excuse why they are closed posted on the door.

The manager Lily couldnt over ride a price so they are false advertising. She was very rude and shouldnt work at a people place.

Only good for certain things and it is a dirty store, but that is due to it being outdatedfloors and fixtures. Could use more square footage for what they try to fit in there.Employees seem to be pleasant, aisles are very cramped and when they stock shelves it does mean they get blocked. Just something you have to live with. If there were other choices in Chippewa Falls this store would be in trouble, but it is really the only local store offering some of the options it has at a reasonable price

I was in the store today for my first and last time. I smiled at the clerk (under my mask) and gave a friendly greeting, hello, In return I got a very unpleasant, angry face with no vocal response. Wow. Never have I ever....major disappointment. Far from my first Family Dollar store experience, but the first ultra unpleasant.

Family dollar is ok, its a little cluttered inside though. However, there is ONE employee (Dylan) that drives me absolutely NUTS! Nevertheless, all of the other employees are great, except for Dylan that is.

The store is too cramped for space and the aisles are narrow; hard to get around. Im spoiled because the store in my hometown has a great manager and its neat, clean and very organized. Chippewa Falls store needs to clean up their act. I hardly ever shop there anymore because theyve discontinued many of the items I used to purchase.

The security systems here suck. None of the security cameras work at this location and the sensors at the door that are supposed to go off when someone is trying to shoplift dont go off and they do decide to work; you dont have any of there merchandise on you! Thats happened to me at least 3 times.

The prices are pricey for a discounted item store. You are much better off hitting the Dollar General.
