Poor customer service. Purchased a pair of sandals that were not the same size. I was informed by the manager when trying to exchange/return that employees are not responsible for double checking sizes when in a sale rather it is that of the customer.Manager indicated signs were posted stating absolutely no returns.Therefore, beware and always double check sizes. It is not their responsibility rather that of the customer. I am out of my money and now have a pair of shoes that are Size 6 and 8.Never will shop at Mason Shoe again. Shop at your own risk.

Poor customer service. I was there while an elderly lady was there, she asked for help, and they told her she would just need to do her best and guess on sizing.....I ended up helping her myself, along with reaching clothes that were high up on the racks.Not the customer service you used to get here, and definitely doesnt compete with service at other local stores.I have had poor service multiple times, but this was worth a review. The sad part is, Im pretty sure its the manager! )?)

This is a cool store. Have a lot of options for shoes, boots and clothing at reasonable prices.

Typically our family LOVES mason, great pricing for the whole family. We had no idea there was an event happening in downtown Chippewa the day we went for school shoes though & they made the choice to close their restrooms because of it. Shoe shopping with a 6 year old was rather difficult while holding having to pee. When we inquire the ladies at the front; one being the manager, were snarky and rude about it. Almost finding it amusing they werent allowing people to use the restroom. As a family that spends hundreds every trip we were Beyond disappointed by the rudeness of there Workers and will no longer be supporting such lowsy customer service. Just flat out crummy humans working there, a shame because its a lovely store.

I didnt mean to wreak the kids day, who was working the counter. I just needed to get some shoes.. cheer up. Find a job you can enjoy.

Good selection of footwear (which is probably good quality) but way above my desired price range!

Only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is cause in a store full of shoes I could only find 1 pair thats wide enough to fit my feet. They did offer to order my size in which is nice, but, my shoes were falling apart & I needed shoes right away.

I was looking for some waterproof light hiking shoes, I saw some online but like to try on in person. So at Mason Shoes they had the shoes I was looking for in mens but not womens 😒...I do have bigger feet so I did get the mens but I would have liked to have the womens option.

It took us over a decade to finally check this place out. Love it! I havent found anything for myself, but my hard-to-fit hubby has found very good quality shoes on three separate occasions. When we asked for help the last time we were there, hubby got very good care, as well as advice on special ordering for large and wide feet.

The store is kept tidy and the staff went above and beyond to put me into a new pair of safety- toed work boots.We looked through the bargains available in the back room. Then she asked if Id like to look out front in the regular stock, and I said sure.I basically sat in a chair and she brought me several pairs to try from across the room.I found a pair I liked and she directed me to an e-coupon to save me $30 off my purchase.Cant beat a deal like that!

The women I was with and I walked in, and immediately 3 or 4 employees looked at us, but looked away without greeting us or offering to assist us. We were annoyed, but looked around anyway. While we were walking around, we felt that we were being watched - but still weren’t offered assistance. The whole experience was unsettling, and because of the horrible customer service (or lack thereof), the store lost a sale. Definitely will not be returning.

On 12/20/2018, my mens slippers finally arrived. Would like to discover How to clean the Mason Mens slippers with fur both, inside and out? My being a diabetic, I feel that I need to know this! One of the pairs that I purchase, I cannot wear with socks! To compensate, I suspect that I should have ordered 1 size bigger!

Excellent selection of all types of mens and womens shoes. Prices seam fair and the closeouts are great. Staff is friendly but limited so give yourself plenty of time to browse. Ask for a shoehorn at the front desk. You will be glad you did.

Would not recommend. Shoes and boots appear to be seconds. I have purchased four or five pair of work boots here and one pair of shoes. I have had problems with all of them. Mostly the seams split or break along the soles. I have never had a pair last more than 6 months. Definitely an outlet store. Shop elsewhere.

There was nothing I liked about this store! We were in there for ten minutes before anyone even looked in our direction. Customer service aside, the selection they had for children was acceptable however, the shoe sizes were in adequate and they do not stock shoes in store. We were told that we can check their warehouse for availability. Never will I shop here again!

New shoes, with sales help in the main floor area. Wide selection.The upstairs area has the bargains and marked down shoes. Here, shoes are unboxed, on a rack, grouped by size, mens section/womens section. Day I was here, bargain area had buy one/get one half off. My bill came to about $99.00 for two pairs.

Excellent local shoe store with a bigger selection than it appears from the outside. They usually have a tent sale to which the deals are very good. The staff is helpful when looking for a shoe size or clothing size. Plenty of parking in the front and in the rear.

I love visiting the Mason Outlet store, and always make a point to go whenever I find myself in Chippewa Falls. The employees are very friendly and helpful! They have great styles available to order and collect from their warehouse, and I always find something that I like in their back room.

I found what I needed almost right away. A member of the staff offered to run to the back for me just to make sure they didnt have anything else I might like. In and out quick with great customer service.

I ordered shoes months ago and was told they would be in the following week then I was told they were on back order and wouldnt be in for a few weeks. They said they would call me when they came in and a month later I had not heard anything so I called and was told they were now pushed back until June 14th. I called today June 19th and was now just informed there is no shipment date and can not get the shoes. I am extremely upset with how this happened and I should have been informed that I will not be receiving my shoes. I should not have had to call numerous times just to find out my shipment was screwed up and now I wont be getting the shoes I ordered months ago! Poor service and I will not be ordering from Mason again!

Disappointed in the selection. No sale for back to school this year. In the past there has been a 20% off on back to school shoes sale. Staff was not very helpful.

Fairly standard large shoe store. I was looking for a new pair of work boots but any employees that were around werent overly knowledge or helpful.

A little pricey but always make sure you check out their well hidden clearance room. They always have good deals back there especially on work boots!!

I bought many pairs of work boots and shoes from this store when I lived in the area. They do have seconds, which were clearly labeled as such, at a reduced price. The small imperfections didnt affect the function of the product but made them a great value for their price. I look forward to shopping there again as Im planning to move back to this spring.

Lots of variety is a plus. Prices, even in the sale room, are quite high. Sales staff are too busy talking amongst themselves. I was there after 5 pm. There were approx. 5-6 staff on and about 3 customers in the whole place. I browsed for at least 45 minutes and was not once acknowledged by any of the staff. Will not return!

Went there for the buy one get one half off! And they carry my favorite brand, Merrell!
