This was my first purchase from Masseys and I just had to share my experience.Delivery was spot on,but it was the merchandise Im most impressed with.Sizing was perfect,not an easy task,so Ive discovered,and the quality was awesome !Kudos to Masseys as well as a budding relationship.Thank You !!!
I ordered 3 pair of boots...returned 2 of them. To my surprise my balance goes from $149.99 (the cost of the boots I kept) to $199.20! Masseys charged me $29.99 for shipping, another $7.95 return fee AND the taxes of $11.20! Michigan sales tax is 6%...which should’ve been about $8...but no, the supervisor there named Tina, advised that they can charge taxes on ALL items on the bill, including the shipping and not just the actual sold items! What a scam! She refused to waive anything. She kept over talking me, very unprofessional look for the company. She told me I should’ve read the fine print and this isn’t anyone’s fault but my own! Wow! Extremely poor customer service. I will NEVER give this company another penny of my hard earned money. Great job Tina! May God continue to bless you
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered women’s shoes, they sent me men’s. I returned them with their label and was charged for shipping. Ended up costing me $40.20 for a $17.22 return. I will never buy from this company again and don’t suggest anyone does. Customer service people were very helpful, but they weren’t able to do much.

I originally purchased a pair of shoes in October, received them 6 weeks later and they were too small; I returned them, following the instructions to a T, and waited. And waited. And waited. In January of this year I contacted them to find out what the scoop was, and they stated that they had no record of shoes being returned, but to wait patiently. At the end of February I called again, got the same response, then asked to speak to a manager in customer service; this manager took action, apologized for the delay but gave no reason as to what was happening, and sent the shoes out I asked for as a replacement. Keep in mind that for over three months I had been paying for shoes I never received, never late on my payments. I ordered a second pair of shoes, waited for 5 weeks with nothing more than a credit pending notice, and finally emailed. I received a brief email telling me I needed to put 50% down before they would consider sending me the shoes I ordered. I cancelled the order, explaining the above reasons, and received zero empathy, no Im Sorrys. I since found the same exact model shoes on Amazon for literally half the price advertised on the Masseys website. Ridiculous.
I have to rate it as Rivera stated they have horrible customer service and communication with their customers I made a purchase on 12/07/2015 did not receive my order as of yet, due to their mistake of my apartment number; when I placed a call to explain that they put a wrong apartment number, instead of acknowledging their mistake they blamed me for the error. This is unacceptable and due to a restriction that they put on the package it makes it impossible to retrieve your purchase. They truly need to revamp their procedures and become more courteous to their customers. I must say though after speaking to two people I was assured that I would obtain my package. Ill let you know if it happens.
My first time ordering with them. They lied and told me I would have my stuff before Christmas. I found out that isn’t true. Then on top of this. The manager was rude to me. I asked her for her manager she put me on hold. I was on hold over 45 mins no one ever came to the Foam. First order and it will be my last order. So unethical.
The shoes Ive ordered (3 pairs) are great, but it took each pair at 1 to 3 months to get. Theyre cute though.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Masseys and returned them the day after I received them. I was charged $20.00 (mailing and some sort of administrative charges). Dont waste your money on this site...try Maryland Square, etc. Never again!!!
Masseys has good customer service and responds to email inquiries promptly. Every online retailer charges the customer for the original shipping of a returned item. But, not too many pay for the return shipping. Masseys does! And thats more than fair!

I have been a customer of them since 2009. Yet they are a little pricey at times I just dont see why they charge so much on shipping/handling?? They never have any Free shipping for customers even around the holiday. Of late they have been messing up with orders and I received an email that my order has been shipped. I wondered why I havent received it so I checked the status and they cancelled it due to their negligence. Then for some strange reason they opened another account for me (again their strange doing) and then when I signed on it said I had a zero balance. I never paid a bill, then I received a statement showing I owed $300. They tried to make me make a double payment which I disputed because that was THEIR ERROR. I kept insisting that I speak with a supervisor and after 45 minutes I finally got one that eventually saw my side of the situation. She restructured the account so I would only make the 1 month payment. The following day I looked at my account again and it still showed the 0.0 balance. I called them and they advised me that it was showing a zero balance because of the previous order (that they messed up) was cancelled. That was the zero balance. Again after 45 minutes of speaking with credit department, customer service and then finally a supervisor, she explained the situation and advised that the accounts needed to be linked. (Linked so it wont show a 0.0 balance and link it to my account showing I owed $300.) I inquired on how long that would take, and she advised me up to 30 days!!!!!!!!! I was livid, I like to make payments on line only, no writing checks or calling to make payments over the phone. SMH.. Then since I was on the phone with the supervisor, I asked if I could make a payment on my account with her since I was on the line for over 45 minutes. She advise me she CANNOT TAKE A PAYMENT and again transferred me to cs. I used to love Massey, but I just cant take their incompetence and not owning their errors. Everyone makes errors and then they try to speak to you as if you are an idiot.
I always pay online, and my bank statement proves it. One of the payments was taken out of my bank account, yet not applied to my account. I provided proof that the payment was indeed taken out of my account, yet they insist that it is my problem that it wasnt applied to my account, and continue to bill a late fee. Very rude customer service. There will be no future purchases from Masseys, and will warn of their business practices. The BBB rating is understandably an F.
Shoes were great. Customer service sucks big time. People forget repeat customers is what keep a business running and you keep your job.

I bought a pair of UUG boots the mail person took them to the wrong address, I called and ask for a manager after the run around with associates, the manager first words to me were why do you have somany accounts I told her they made a mistake, then she said why do youhave a shipping and a home address on here, I asked her why?? and whatwas the problem ship to my job billing to my home, she put me on holdcame back said we are looking into your account and hung up!!! The day before my Auntie died, I lost my voice and I wanted to call back andcurse her out so bad...What Horrible Customer Service... Hope this worksout for me sooner than later...

The Most Horrible customer service Representatives EVER!!! I tried to purchase 2 items call spoke to 3 different rep all telling me different reason why they couldnt answer my question about the payment I had to make so finally I decided to paid an extra $20 so total I sent $50.00. This is back in Oct 2016 I ask when the shipment will arrive cause I was going out of town for a few week so they informed me that it will not so I cancel my shipment especially since I overnighted my payment and they wasnt able to locate the payment until 2 days later and I shipped it from my job with Conf# and All. So I was informed that it was cancelled. As of this last month I am getting calls that they sent the items. But to Who and when.
Its all good unless you have to return something. Even if they sent you the wrong item! They take 6 WEEKS to process a return/exchange. Roll the dice and hope you get the right product. If so you will have no complaints. Customer service really doesnt care. The lady I talked to was unhappy because of the kinds of questions customers call with. The supervisor had a F it attitude. Im sure they are in business because they will finance shoes, because its not for their stellar employees, customer service skills, or friendly customer policies.

Had an issue with reordering shoes, kept getting pushed to different departments, finally said forget it just sent everything back, then they sent me a final bill saying I owed them... this review came about because I just received a call asking when I was going to pay and I once again had to ask how I owe anything. They said thank you and have a good day and hung up. I said nothing rude or ignorant to provoke the call ending but this is just the type of service I get from this company.
I am trying to change my due date for 30 minutes I was transferred from one dept. to another. Please can someone help me. 054354345-A2 due date on the 10 th of the month.I get paid once a month can it be changed to the end of the month please because you are charging me more than the monthly payment and I can control when I get paid...I called spent the whole Friday I was not only on hold for a good while...no want came the phone was disc. I ordered purse and boots on October 30th to arrive before my birthday on the 13th of November. Purse arrived in 2 days. Boots arrived a week later in the wrong size. (Im a 7. They sent a 12). I called and sent them back next day. They received the return on 14th at 9:48pm the evening I called. So instead of sending out the correct size the next day, I called on the 19th and was told we have a stack of returns and havent processed yours yet. As soon as we process it, we will send out the boots. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Good business would have sent out the correct boot size when they saw the tracking had the wrong size headed back to them. So here I still wait for boots I ordered 3 weeks ago because they couldnt do their job. If they werent such nice good leather boots Ive been looking for, I would have cancelled them.December 5, 2017Update: called to find status of correct boot size to be informed that they no longer have the size 7 available. Are you kidding me? I placed my order October 30th....sent the wrong size and wasnt sent the correct size AND never received an email or phone call that they were no longer available.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered a pair of New Balance on June 27th, 2017 about 1 week later I got an email that they would ship on July 19th 2017, today the 18th of July I looked on my account and I see the order was cancelled yesterday. I received no email telling me this. Had I not checked I would have expected them to come by the 30th of July at the latest! How do you as a company cancel an order brush it off to the customer as it was just done yesterday...thats not the point the point is I wasnt notified and if I were like most people they dont check when they have had a promised date of delivery. Very poor business practice. I will no longer do business with a company who has supervisors who have an I dont care attitude toward the customer. I called today July 18th about 3:30 and spoke with a supervisor by the name of Valerie who had absolutely no interest in trying to make things somewhat better. I asked about at least giving me free shipping after all this as school will be starting August 8th... yes free shipping, but standard not expedited really Valerie knowing tgey are for school. They can keep tgeir free shipping I will shop elsewhere. Totally disgusted with the way they handled this. The supervisor needs to be retrained in customer care and attitude change.
Horrible customer service and communication with the customer. I made a purchase on 12/7 did not get any updates until I called when I noticed an item of mine was cancelled. I paid expedited shipping ($29.99) and even with a purchase on 12/7 I will not get it until 12/23!! I spoke with a woman who could careless with such a dry tone and stated my shipping cost will not be returned, that is all I asked. I have chosen to return the products as I repurchased them from a more reputable website (Zappos) and I want nothing more to do with this company as no one has reached out with an apology or anything. Losing a customer over $29.99. I work in the customer service industry and its a competitive world, you would think they would care more about their customers. Will not recommend.
When you return an item they dont even send out a letter stating there not in stock and you wont get them for another month.!! Communication is very poor...

Iam a college student, and iam trying to not only, bulid credit but a life for my self but was only trying tio order nursing shoes for scholl and like a sports bra, me and my mom were disappointed..
We called in to pay the account off in full on 3/13/17. We were given the total payoff amount. In April we received another bill which my wife paid. We called back in for the reimbursement of the bill and found out that the charges were from 3/2/17 and that the account had not been closed. Very poor customer service and fraudulent practices.
I bought an item from Masseys. I paid it out on time. When I placed another order for 39$ it was cancelled. I want do business with them again.

Paid my account down to forty-five dollar and received a rude, unprofessional letter, demanding the rest of their money because they could not contact me by phone. Telling me they are going to report me to a third party collection agency. They can take their outrageously priced shoes and stick them, you know where. Charged me fifteen dollars every month extra, for bad information their customer service representative gave me. I gave them a star because they would not let me out of this review.

Horrible customer service, even after a year had passed after my complaint. Place an order and it would take several calls from customer service and several calls from me to customer service to get my order placed. The solution proposed for my problem was to not order online. Yeah. So, I took the advice and I am not ordering online, or at all.
