Everything was great BEFORE you pay him. Phone got water in, brought in for cleaning and screen replacement. Total was $75. He was so patient and explained everything thoroughly. Second day found the replaced touch screen was not accurate..there were a couple parts didn’t work as it was supposed to be. Got back in to check, this guy literally wouldn’t open the phone to check the connections just insist it was the water damage issue. After confronted and insisted, he intentionally got 3 people who walked in later cut ahead of me, (his new customers) even when I told him we were in a rush. You can say the unstableness was from water damage not your lowest quality of screen. But showing a different attitude before and after and reject any services after you received your money is not acceptable. Have some respect for the job you’ve done.Btw, he suggested us to pay cash to avoid tax. We did not do that. This does worth some investigations.

I came in to get my screen replaced, and the guy working was very helpful. The price was reasonable, and after he was done with my phone, he helped me pick out a case and screen protector. He even put on the screen protector and put my phone in the case for me.

Take your own replacement parts. In addition to labor charges, they charge 4x the cost of the part. I just paid $25 for a $6 part.

Thee worst place ever! Took my phone there to get LCD Screen fixed this week, I guess the “owner” was out of town so his brother said he could fix it! It took him two hours to replace screen, then I found that my earpiece speaker was now not working. I immediately returned for him to fix at that time he disassembled my phone again to follow up with “this is stressful, I’m not the expert”. He assured me his brother could fix it tomorrow. Prior to leaving I requested a receipt, he said we don’t do receipts and wrote his name, amount paid and date on a sheet of paper! Return the following day to now a phone that won’t work with any LCDs and turn on! Owner looked me in the face to say “it’s not his fault I took the risk when allowing them to fix my phone” . The “Owner” then handed my my phone back returned my money with an extra twenty for my trouble, while telling me to take it to apple store. Fast forward today took to Apple store to find out they didn’t replace all the components, screws are missing and the heating elements are missing. This store basically gave me a shell of a phone and a $600 problem. I have to now buy another phone while still under contract with this phone! Do not go to this place! They won’t return my calls and hangs up on me! They clearly are in the business of taking advantage of people!Update: anyone whoever took your phone to this place check your credit! I have been getting fraud alerts since I picked up my phone from people trying to get my information. Someone even called my bank trying to get my account information!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!! Supper friendly, knowledgeable guys!! This is the only place that was willing and able to swap out a screen on my Turbo 2. After being frustrated time and time again with CPR stores in the area I went here. It took them less than an hour and I had a working phone again after almost a week of trying to get some on to fix it!!! This is THE BEST repair shop on the west side!!

Horrible service! Complete slaughter my wife phone leaving her with just a model reset of a phone with no operating parts! Plus she has been getting fraud bings since dropping it off to them on Tuesday! Our bank allowed her to listen to the caller who called in requesting her bank information! We have filed a report with the BBB and the police station!
