It was my first time in this location and there was a bit of a wait when I got there but Kate was super nice and thankful and appreciative of my patience. She was giving me updates on how much longer the wait was going to be. I got a new phone and it went flawlessly. She was very helpful and friendly, funny and laughed at all of my jokes! Come to this store for all of your Verizon needs 😁😁

I have always had good and knowledgeable service at Verizon stores, but my experience with Kate at this store was the best experience I have ever had. She and Brandon were very helpful in helping me with a new phone. I had read many reviews before I went to the store that spoke very highly of Kate and I was glad that she was working when I went to the store. She takes an interest in helping the customer choose the best product for their needs, and was so helpful in transferring my service and setting up the new phone. I cant say enough about what a pleasure it is to do business with this retailer thanks to Kate.

Kate really made my day I think she is probably the most knowledgeable cellphone person I have dealt with she really knew what she was doing. She straightened out a few problems I had that I didnt think were gonna be able to be fixed. Made switching my account over from another Carrier real simple and got me some savings I didnt think I was going to get. I really mean that probably the most knowledgeable and best person I have ever dealt with over my cell phone.

I revoke my original review now that my bill came and extra surcharges for what I never would have agreed on. Especially feeling taken advantage of being disabled on a set income which I explained to Kate I dont have any extra funds and will only get whats absolutely necessary. I was mislead how good it was without quoting the price because I never would have agreed on paying $49.99 for PureGear Liquid Screen. And again I mention taken advantage of because Kate said Oh you should try this Liquid Screen and proceeded to open and apply without a price quote so I assumed it was complimentary but definitely learned a lesson.NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Only go to the REAL authorized place in Rocky River that only holds Verizons name.

My wife and I had a very good experience at this Russell Cellular Verizon retailer. Bryan assisted us with some extra help from Kate. They were very forthcoming with the information we wanted and gave us several choices on how to get my wife a new phone and transfer her old phone to me and add me to our family plan. They were low pressure while being informative, helpful and patient with our many questions, which is exactly the style of sales that we appreciate. Bryan, who was our main sales person, diligently worked to get us everything we needed. We recommend this retailer.

Not only was she ballin with the charger situation but she saved my life with AMAZING DEALS and DOPE WATCH PROGRAMS that I was totally unaware of previously. If I wasnt hanging with my ex girlfriend with a capital X i might have bought more stuff because she was so FRIENDLY.UPDATE: I went to a couple other stores to buy a charger for my car, and much to my dismay they didnt work with my Google phone. Luckily, I got refunds at each of those locations and even bought myself a big white t-shirt that I plan to wear like a nightie.Before I gave up all hope, I returned to my favorite Verizon retail location and Kate hooked it up. Now I can text my friends and cook up some wieners in the woods, maybe some mallows. Huzzah!
