Mike is the manager and he was more than helpful. Super personable and took the time to explain any questions we had. Hooked us up and even helped a few days later when we came back in to get account info. Thanks Mike for helping us save a bunch of money when we switched from Verizon
Horrible! Stopped in twice within a few weeks. The first time the manager was unwelcoming and to busy texting to help me. And when she did set her phone down anything she told me was a lie. The second time, with my daughter and her broken phone the manager was there but did not greet us or offer to help us because she was to busy unpacking new signs/advertising. Another associate tried to help us but was unable to and when she asked her manager the managers response was I dont know and kept walking past us. This store is useless!
Worst place to buy a phone can’t trust these guys with a pen they make you wait ten days for your money back then they say oh it’s gonna be another ten days great thanks sprint you guys suck yet again never go here guys they will screw you over.

I walked in this store at 3:47 pm to pay my bill (cash) for 2 lines (one of them suspended). Upon walking in An employee told me about a promotion for adding a line and a tablet for 30 dollars each a month. I at first said I didnt want it and just wanted to pay my bill, but the young Lady was adamant and even though I was reluctant I wanted the deal. She told me that we should do the purchase and add the line and tablet first because my payment wouldnt post for 4 hours and the store would be closed by the time the payment went through so we began to try to make the purchase . She begins to talk about this phone in front of my child and now has my son beyond excited for his new phone. At 6:30 the young lady tells me that because my account is not paid we can not do the transaction. So I leave around a 715 after paying my bill and my son is literally in tears. At this point I am upset because had we paid my bill when I walked through the door I would have been able to make the purchase at 7:45 PM but now I have a heartbroken 7 year old because I was given the wrong information. So I attempted to call the store after leaving and my phone service was still not restored Even though I paid my bill at 7:15 . So I used my husbands phone to call the store to see if we could push the payment forward so my son would be able to get his phone and was told to come in . When I walked in the same female employee said aweee he was sad ? my reply was ofcourse he was her reply back was well If I didnt stay he would have had to wait the fact that this young lady is completely oblivious to her fault in this situation has me baffled . Here I am at 9:04 pm with my 4 and 7 year old children waiting for a phone and tablet that I didnt come in here for in the first place . I say all of this to say, PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES had she known the correct information we would not be in the place we are in. And further more she just looked at me and said I wish I could say it was my fault so you could have somebody to blame, but its that stupid rule. Needless to say I cant wait to call HR in the morning because this experience was ridiculous.Update: it is now 9:27 PM we are now getting our devices The district manager did not want to waive our activation fees but the young lady did it for us anyway . And also discounted a case for us . This doesnt cure the situation but I do appreciate her trying. Thanks again .
