Do you love having a phone with service? Do you also like the USA? If you said yes to the second one that’s good I love this country too. If you said no then that’s good for you. Anyways if you said yes to the first then look nowhere else than this U.S Cellular. Where can I start, they have the best and nicest employees, and the best phone service out there. There is no reason not to switch. So come on in and do just that. They’re G-r-r-reat!

US Cellular only focuses on new customers I have been a customer for 15 years and I will not get the current promotions the new customer will get. so I will be leaving US Cellular and signing a new contract with Verizon to move back with US Cellular after my contract.very disappointing theyre looking for new customers and setting helping their existing customers.

Wife got a new phone today and it was a good experience. Not to bad, her old phone wouldnt take a charge unless you were using a charger pad.

They were very rude told us to put our masks over our nose and i have asthma and my mother have health problems

I had to upgrade my phone which i was promised one thing at my first VISIT and since the new phone had to be DELIVERED to store i had to go back and only to be denied Disrespectfully by the manager on the clock the second time for what i was PROMISED the first time and noted in THEIR system too .After refusing to cooperate with me simplyHer rude response by shouting at me first that she is out of business card secondly SINCE she is leaving her position in August THEREFORE theres no need for me to be given her business card adding ITS COMPLETELY irrelevant and the staff who helped me at the previous VISIT was not a Knowledgeable employee which is a bogues and a very DISPICABLE excuse too since she even did NOT bother to check the notes in system about my new phone to BEGIN which was left by the staff who helped me previously .By insisting there are no such phone available at all and thats it end of story.SIMPLY MEANING that i was lying and ended up paying twice as much too .This kind of attitude SPECIFICALLY on behalf of MANAGEMENTS is very common at this location of us CELLULAR in my over ten years of experience as being their loyal coostomer.UNFORTUNATELY this is the very first time Im making this effort to inform and confronting this horrible treatment which i should have done it every time and will from now on and not only here either.Also makes me wander what are the possibile reasons for treatment like this all these years.I Have to thank Both staffs on both visits who were very professional, helpful andSo courteous unlike the managers which happens almost every time i visited US CELLULAR at this location.ABSOLUTELY horrible Management.

Got tired of waiting and left. No help was offered and wasnt even acknowledged that we were there after standing around for over 15 min. Hence why I do most of my business at a satellite store but with having a business account and needing info on credits we were supposed to get with upgrading our new phones I had no choice but to stop at this store. Ill try again later today or tomorrow and hopefully atleast get acknowledged. On the plus side I got to see all the new gadgets and tablets they have.

When in and paid bill for two cell phones, also inquired when my new upgrade would be available. The gentleman told me tomorrow Saturday oh, so I told him Id probably be in next week at some point and he said hed be on vacation. His name is Alan Pulido. Allen also took the time to show me what my upgrade phone would look like cuz I want to stay with LG K-8. They have the K-8 Plus 2018, however they have not received the 2019 which I would have preferred but thats okay. love the LG phone and the sheriff is shot there is very very good.

Well, I finally got my problem solved. The salesperson was not congenial and spoke so fast I kept having to ask him to repeat. But I shouldnt complain because its taken care of, at last. Did you know that when a spouse died you actually have to provide a desth certificate to get your phone in your own name???

I would give zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and go to the other one by fareway. the company itself isnt bad, this store and at-least one employee were exceedingly bad. walked in to have my phone repaired since it completely quit working after latest update. was met with the rudest and most unprofessional employee I have ever had to deal with anywhere. Asked to speak to a manager and he claims there are no managers at this location just employees. he never even bothered to look up my info in the system. He also thought it was funny that I was upset that I have been a customer for over 15 years and have 6 phone lines with them and yet there was nothing they were willing to do for me. called the 800 number and the very nice customer service lady was able to help me out with no issues. avoid this place, the other us cellular by fareway has much more attentive and professional employees.
